"Yes, we have no bathrooms"…read more The Chester/Kent Island Safeway Gas Station across basically a road and the whole parking lot has no public restrooms. It is such a surprise to the public that a gas station on Route 50 to the Delaware and Maryland beaches has no restrooms on site that Safeway has put up not one, but two signs informing the public that Safeway can't meet basic traveler's expectations. There are restroom's inside the main store across the ChikFilet and shopping center traffic and Safeway's parking lot. You have to wonder the difference in fuel sales from a Saturday to a Sunday, when ChikFilet's closeby bathrooms are closed. What an opportunity to make more business sales!
