I have been using Byrd pest for well over a year now. When I first had him come out, we lived in Westley and had a terrible ant problem that I spent many weeks trying to solve myself. I had enough after the darn things broke into our pantry and was in just about every single thing we had in there. He came out, sprayed, and by the next morning they were gone, and spiders we didn't even know we had started coming out to die. We moved to Patterson into a rental at the beginning of this year. The rental we moved into was unknowingly infested with roaches. Horrifying. We had him come out and in case you didn't know, roaches also come out to die. It was the most disgusting thing I had ever seen. Waking up the next morning, let's just say I thank God I had my slippers on. The bottom floor was covered in dead or dying roaches. In a panic I asked him to come and spray again just to be safe. He did at no charge, and for a couple more days they came out and died. Thankfully we haven't seen a trace of one since, but we make darn sure we keep up with him spraying! His price, which is very reasonable, is very worth it. JJ did a great job on an inspection in Gustine for us. We told JJ what issues we were concerned with, and he checked those our and provided a comprehensive list of issue and how to resolve them. JJ was really great in communicating with our 90 year old relatives about what needed to be done and what was best for them. Will be happy to have JJ continue providing pest control for us. JJ followed up last week's inspection and completed the work with treatment outside the house, removed spiders and wasps nest, helped us in identifying a rodent issue and how to get it resolved, and advised on outside changes to minimize roach and ant problems. Good communicator and worked with with our relatives. The work was reasonably priced. Very happy customer and I recommend JJ and Byrd Pest Control. read more

Outstanding! We had another pest control company before we switched to Byrd Pest Management, and the personal level of service that John provided us was awesome. He cleaned up all our cobwebs and even disassembled a piece of our fold up lawn furniture to kill all the black widows inside. He walked outside with my wife to show all the areas he was concentrating on. He proved very knowledgeable and afterward we saw our sidewalk littered with dead bugs and roaches. We started seeing some funky large black roaches in our garage and they were making their way into the house. As a clean freak and mother of a four year old I could not handle this. We called Byrd Pest Control and they came out right away. Since the day John Byrd sprayed we have not had one live roach anywhere inside or outside. We also have not had any issues with spiders or pincher bugs since he sprayed! Byrd took care of my kitchen ant invasion when I first moved to Patterson five years ago. I haven't seen an ant since then. John and his staff are very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. For this reason I called them again to sign up for a one year contract to take care of any bug issues. I wouldn't consider using any other service. I always prefer a local provider over a national one as I believe you get a more caring, personalized service. John and JJ deliver. I've had Byrd pest control for my home for about 3-4 months now. Initially we had roaches and other insects that would show up in our home everyday. Initially John came out and made several visits until the roaches disappeared. Garrett came out the last time, he rang the doorbell and explained exactly what he was doing and was very friendly. He was very knowledgeable, put us immediately at ease and wouldn't charge us for unnecessary services. He offered advice on how to treat the problem ourselves when he could have easily charged us for his time and unnecessary "miracle treatments." I was having a problem with rodents around my home. Went the store-bought route and had no luck whatsoever. Jon informed me that, in California, rodents would have to eat 10 times their body weight with over-the-counter remedies. He then made a few suggestions and was spot on!
