I walked in and immediately felt the vibe of a popular coffeeshop! I went to order and the barista made my experience memorable - his name is Alejandro. I ordered the Oreo Iced Latte and one breakfast taco (bacon, egg and cheese). Highly recommend the Oreo Iced Latte! It's a sweet blend of a double shot of expresso with a crumbled Oreo placed in it. It's designed to fuel your sweet tooth, wake your body and quench your thirst on a hot summer day! The breakfast tacos were nice as well. Especially the spicy salsa that came with them. It was heartwarming that on my first visit, he willingly gave me an extra taco. Thank you Alejandro! Instantly one of my favorite coffee shops of all time, and anyone writing those "Best of Dallas" lists, you've gotta swing by. What makes it so great? Tall ceilings and gorgeous ambiance. Delicious coffee that got me amp'd for hours. Really friendly barristas. Comfy chairs and lots of space inside, and tables for outside too. Really awesome experience. Buzz & Bustle have it going on! It checks all the boxes for for what makes a great coffee shop. First off, the ambiance is very relaxed and inviting. There are a lot of plants everywhere, which I love. The decor is modernistic with many metal and wood features, and has a very steam-punk public library vibe. The coffee is delicious, and I am a stern critic of bad coffee. Buzz and Bustle also offer a variety of delicious pastries from Doughregarde's bake shop. There is a lot of seating and plug outlets, making this coffee shop a great place to study and get work done. The coffee shop connects to a bodega shop where you can purchase snacks and drinks. I will return to Buzz & Bustle without question. read more

Love this place for coffee and pastries. It's my go to on the weekends and I love their breakfast tacos. Especially the chorizo one! Staff is very friendly and helpful! The atmosphere is very nice and great for studying. The only thing I would change is the salsas. The old spicy red and creamy green were way better than these new generic ones. I felt that those salsa really made these tacos stand out above the rest. Hope you bring them back! read more

Oatmilk cappuccino ($5.25) was great and pastries ($3.75 - 4.50) were all amazing. Parking garage is only free for 1 hour ($3 flat rate after) Friendly service and plenty of cafe seating inside and outside. The parking garage elevator/stairs is close to the shop, so getting in and out once you know the layout is not bad. Looking forward to coming back and trying more drinks and pastries! read more

Coffee is decent but not incredible. Service is mixed depending on who is working. Generally they're friendly. Occasionally they're incredibly slow to produce drinks for no discernible reason. Recently, I witnessed one barista being incredibly rude to a customer, who was actually being nice, about a mixup in whether a drink should have been put in a to-go cup. The barista loudly complained to their coworkers that it was not listed as to-go. The customer didn't even want them to make a new drink, just put the existing drink in a to-go cup, so I'm not sure why that warranted a passive-aggressive rant in front of everyone in the store. read more

Loved our experience at this coffee shop! I had no idea it was tucked away down Southwestern Blvd. I had no idea what to expect when we walked in but I was in awe! This whole place is vibe! So esthetically appealing and the service was great. Everyone was so nice. I was pretty busy about noon, lots of people working but it was still fairly quiet. The space is big and there's a few different sections for seating, so even though there were a lot of people in there, it's spaced out enough to where you don't feel overly crowded. I ordered an oat milk latte and then grabbed a black coffee to go. My daughter loved their chocolate croissant. Everything was amazing. I'm excited to go back to this area on a warmer day when we can enjoy their patio, hit up their small businesses around, and then go down the road to the little water feature where kids can splash it up! Just walked out a minute ago because the manager (I think she was the manager ) at the coffee bar brushed me off. Maybe Im too old to fit their desired demographic of youth hipster but I was literally not standing in front of the menu for more than 30 seconds before she oltold me to step aside for a younger customer who had arrived after me and took longer than me to order . Located in the village shops, this coffee place is a great place to grab a coffee and do some schoolwork or work. It's right next to the dog daycare so it's nice to drop off your dog before work, get a coffee here and then be on your way. I like the Oreo latte and I would definitely get it again. The baristas are kind and helpful with giving advice on what to order and the coffee shop environment is soothing and feels cozy. Good coffee shop experience. The iced almond milk latte was very good. The brew was smooth and balanced, if a little nutty in flavor. I also have had the cappuccino which was also enjoyable. The chocolate chip cookie is very soft and the right size for an afternoon snack. They even offer to warm it up for you. The barista was friendly and all smiles. I liked the decor and spacious seating areas. The seating is around the corner from the counter so it's a bit quieter. It was cool to see the Yama tower steeping the cold brew in the entrance window and the coffee roaster right out front behind the counter. read more

Great coffee and staff! I have never written a review before but I go here so much it was worth creating one! I used to come to Buzz frequent to WFH and it was fantastic. Friendly staff (especially Brie) and very great coffee and treats. The chocolate chip cookie is my favorite cookie I have ever eaten. This is a beautiful shop and the staff were really nice and welcoming. However, after subbing oat milk and adding a 15% gratuity, I paid $9 for a really really bland latte. The espresso just had no depth of flavor at all. Even my wife, who prefers a lighter espresso flavor, thought it was super bland. Very disappointing. read more

Service was great pretty efficient and the brew was not disappointing... the ham and cheese croissant though left alot to be desired... I mean how can you get that wrong? I've been to Buzz and Bustle twice now and each time, it's been an A+ experience. The staff are super friendly, and the little touches such as the life-giving plants that adorn the space, vintage photos, and the way each dish is uniquely presented on trays makes all the difference for me. The first time I visited, I had a pumpkin spice decaf cortado which was creamy with a burst of cinnamon; and this past week when I visited, I had a green tea that was served loose leaf in a teapot...a perfect accompaniment for settling into the space while enjoying a conversation with the friend that I came with. Amazing ambiance. Different sections that are more geared toward working, reading, or conversing. I had their hot mocha and a chai tea latte and both were phenomenal. The chia tea wasn't overly spiced which was perfect. Food is also really good too and reasonably priced for the area.
