I live in The Village and come to B&B semi regularly! Drinks are always made quickly and the baristas are really nice. The shop has lots of open seating and is a nice place to work from home or do homework. There's lots of plants and it definitely has a cute vibe! Off the bat, the vibes of this place are awesome! The Village neighborhood is beautiful, so the location is great. It was pretty busy when I walked in so luckily, I was only taking my stuff to go (but a busy shop must mean they're great right?!) So, I was confident what I was ordering would be good. The barista who took my order was really sweet and helpful and had such a good attitude. I got the "Purple Haze" half sweet - which is an iced matcha with lychee syrup and ube cold foam. I love how they were doing something unique and different! It was really tasty; the flavor was great! I will say that the matcha did need to be whisked more, since there were a lot of clumps in the drink - but that could just be a onetime fluke. Love this coffee spot! We got the Texas something nitro and it was so good. Great balance of acid, sweetness and cinnamon. We just wished we mixed it before finishing it since all the syrup was way at the bottom. This cute spot also has really nice decor and many seating spots. My friend and I were looking for a place to study for boards and were happy to have stumbled upon this place! 5/5 AMBIENCE The area is cozy yet spacious, and there is a wide variety of seating options (sofas, standard chairs/tables, booths, and high chairs). There are plenty of outlets for seating along the walls but I don't think I saw any available outlets for the seating in the middle areas. This is a very welcoming space for studying/working, and the majority of people were there to do exactly that. My friend and I spent the majority of the day here to study and I appreciated that there was zero pressure to buy anything in order to use the space (we ended up getting lunch here but there were a handful of people that I saw who would just come in to study for a few hours and then leave without buying anything). Despite how busy the place was, the noise level was very manageable and I was able to study perfectly fine without the use of headphones/sound cancellation even with the background chatter and music playing overhead, and I think it's because of the high ceilings so the sound dissipates pretty well. There's also limited shaded outdoor seating with overhead fans if you prefer to study/work or enjoy your food/drink outside. 3.5/5 FOOD/DRINK I had the club sandwich for lunch--it was a basic sandwich served with kettle cooked chips and wasn't anything to write home about. The sandwich felt small for a $12 price tag, and I would have at least wanted something more than just plain white untoasted bread. I also had the iced matcha latte with oat milk which was nice to sip intermittently as I studied but again, it wasn't anything special. I'm lactose intolerant and prefer soy milk but they only offer oat and almond milk alternatives which caught me off guard as I feel that soy milk is a pretty standard milk alternative. They do offer free water and there are two self-serve "water stations" which is nice. MISCELLANEOUS - Staff members were very friendly! - There's limited parking right outside the entrance but there's plenty of free parking in the underground parking garage--if you park near the green elevators, the elevators will take you up right next to the shop so it's still convenient. read more

I loved this place! Nestled in the sleek industrial apartment complex / country club The Villages, this well decorated coffee shop offers plenty of seating options. Cozy armchairs and sofas in the front, some cafe seating on the concrete patio outside and a quieter space ideal for getting work or study done in the back. I liked all the typewriters and paper airplanes: aspiring authors take note, this could be the perfect place to finish your novel! I ordered a latte which was pleasantly bitter with lots and lots of foam. Their drip coffee was tart and bright- a nice palate cleanser. They have a case of pastries including chocolate croissants and raspberry danishes which were perfectly laminated and very delicious. There's a gift shop attached which mainly seems to sell paper goods. The bathrooms in the back are large and clean. They are marked for men or women, but each is single use, so anybody could use them. read more

Cute spot! I was looking for a coffee spot to meet some friends. This place has a lot of seating, most of which was full on a late Saturday afternoon with people working. I ordered a matcha latte and it was lovely. My friend ordered the peanut butter latte (or something similar) and was in love with it! Only challenge is parking. This place came recommended to me from a peer of mine and it's quickly become one of my top-tier recommendations. The first time I came I got a cappuccino and was absolutely blown away by it. It was delicious and rich and the perfect amount, and paired well with their black bean queso fresco breakfast taco! The second time I came I tried their peanut butter cup mocha and while I wasn't as much a fan of that one (it was more savory/peanut buttery than sweet, and left an oil film on the top after drinking), it was alright -- just not my thing. I definitely want to come back to try their other drinks, especially a vanilla latte which is one of my usual go-tos at coffee shops. Shoutout to that chocolate chip cookie, though, as it is definitely one of THE best artisanal chocolate chip cookies I've had (I like to try these at every place I visit!). My second-favorite thing about this place is the aesthetic. It's just so nice, the furnishings, the plants, the aesthetic is all clean lines and elegance without sacrificing a sense of warmth and coziness. The one thing to note is that you have to buy something for wifi access each 2 hours, and all the parking spots in the surrounding area say "30 minutes parking." read more

There are a lot of plants everywhere, which I love. The decor is modernistic with many metal and wood features, and has a very steam-punk public library vibe. The coffee is delicious, and I am a stern critic of bad coffee. Buzz and Bustle also offer a variety of delicious pastries from Doughregarde's bake shop. There is a lot of seating and plug outlets, making this coffee shop a great place to study and get work done. The coffee shop connects to a bodega shop where you can purchase snacks and drinks. I ordered the Oreo Iced Latte and one breakfast taco (bacon, egg and cheese). Highly recommend the Oreo Iced Latte! It's a sweet blend of a double shot of expresso with a crumbled Oreo placed in it. It's designed to fuel your sweet tooth, wake your body and quench your thirst on a hot summer day! The breakfast tacos were nice as well. Especially the spicy salsa that came with them. Parking garage is only free for 1 hour ($3 flat rate after) Friendly service and plenty of cafe seating inside and outside.
