Had some really amazing drinks here and was super impressed with the bartender! Everything was perfectly crafted. This is also a cute spot with enough room for groups to come and hang out. They also have a little patio in the back. Everyone was super friendly and we even ended up chatting with a group of girls. I would definitely go back!

Tried out Butler's Easy for the first time on a Wednesday evening after work during their happy hour (everyday until 7p, all day Sunday). Parking is free out front but limited and shared with other businesses. Upon entering, we were met with a relatively small interior and a low-lit, lowkey vibe. Out of all the drinks in their happy hour menu, we were most interested in the $6 sangrias, which they offer red vs white and dry vs sweet. I opted for a red-sweet, my gal pal opted for a red-dry, and we shared a third glass of red-sweet. Although not pictured due to how excited we were to try our drinks, they were served in wine glasses that were pretty full, with lots of ice, and citrus slices infused. We enjoyed our red sangrias, as the sweet one wasn't too sweet and the dry one wasn't too dry. I've never had a sangria before, but it tasted a bit diluted, but my friend loves sangrias and enjoyed her drink so maybe that's how they're supposed to be. Unbeknownst to us, we visited on a trivia night, and by 7:15pm, the place was packed with groups of friends/adult families down to play. The theme of the trivia that night was well-known songs (and the artists who made the songs). My gal pal and I wanted more quiet time to ourselves to chat, so we escaped to the back patio outside with a few tables and outdoor cushioned benches to chat for the rest of our time here. Overall, we enjoyed our time here, especially given the cheap happy hour options. I'm interested in coming back on a weekend to try the Day Drink Club special too (see attached photo). Side notes: - 2 gender neutral, individual bathrooms in the back before going outside to the patio - when I tried to order the spinach artichoke dip on the menu, I was told Butler's Easy is limited on food and instead defers customers to order at the nearby food truck or BYOF, duly noted in case I want to drink in public but also save money on food!!! - many FREE events throughout the week, didn't take a picture on the back wall but check out their eventbrite for more info: https://www.eventbrite.com/o/butlers-easy-bar-and-lounge-30060708222 - the menus on their website are NOT updated, for example our sangrias were $6.24 vs the website says they would've been $5

We came on a Monday not knowing it was open mic comedy night. We ordered the meat and cheese tray, which actually was great. The drinks were over the top and were definitely the quality we would expect from a high end cocktail bar downtown. The bartender, Becca, truly was amazing. Her drinks were great and she was doing everything herself. She was great. We will definitely come again, probably not on open mic night but we will for sure come back.

Dear friend was transitioning and closing one chapter and starting a new so we went to lament and celebrate. Butlers Easy was absolutely the perfect choice with the right amount of light space comfort and style to relax and drink (literally) it ALL in! Enjoyed many offerings from their happy hour menu as we discussed life and the things that matter most as you reflect. Pumped to come back and bring our wives and maybe even another time and place to enjoy cigars out on their patio.

We came down to Butler's Easy on a Saturday night, and it did not disappoint! They have a really cool Day Drink Club, which is such a fun concept. We tried the margaritas and tequila old fashioneds, and both were on point. We also went with a dealer's choice cocktail, asked for something not sweet, and it was absolutely perfect--exactly what we were hoping for. The vibe is great for cocktails, and the prices are super reasonable. The only food we noticed on the menu was a pretzel, so this is definitely more of a spot for drinks than a full meal. If you're looking for a relaxed place with great cocktails and a good atmosphere, this is a solid choice.

I came to Butler's Easy for karaoke night. I am not sure how often they have it but I saw on their website it was on a Friday night starting at 8pm. It appears like they have special events each month so I don't think it's every Friday. I got there around 830 and the karaoke had already started. I sat at the bar an immediately a couple people started talking to me and everyone was very friendly. I sat at the corner of the bar so it took a minute for the bartender to notice me. They have an extensive cocktail menu and everything looked really good. I had the Sun City and it was citrusy and delicious. After that I had a Tito's and it wasn't watered down or anything. Karaoke was fun and there were some really really good singers and some guys that were just having fun. There is no stage so that is kind of awkward but everyone was very encouraging. The food menu looked good but I didn't try anything. They have other nights too, like trivia and jazz. I will definitely be back.

Okay this place is COOL cool…read more My husband and I were immediately intrigued by the Vietnamese influence on the menu because that fusion absolutely speaks to both of us. Come to find out, the original concept in Phoenix was actually a pho restaurant called "Pho King" -- yes, spelled P-H-O and King. I literally died laughing. In all my years of eating pho, I've never heard of a white guy owning a pho spot -- but that's exactly how this started. The owner is married to a Latina, and the menu reflects the foods they love. That evolution turned into Dilla Libre #1, and now there are multiple locations. I love a good glow-up story. The space itself is packed with lucha libre memorabilia -- belts, masks, merch, artwork -- it's everywhere in the best way. It's playful but not cheesy. Bar vibe, colorful tables, cool energy. Very hang-with-friends, Taco Tuesday, happy-hour type of place. Now the food. They have an entire regular menu AND a completely separate vegan menu (including dessert ). Not just one sad option -- a whole menu. That always earns points with me. I had the vegan banh mi tacos and they were delicious. Fresh, flavorful, balanced -- nothing over-portioned or sloppy. My husband had a quesadilla and said it was just as good. The cauliflower bites had real spice (not pretend spice), and the habanero salsa actually brought heat. Flavor across the board. Our waiter talked with us forever about the history and concept -- super welcoming, super chill. And when they handed me a free sticker, the employee joked, "It's free... unless you're mean to me." I was sold Eclectic. Unexpected. Culturally blended in a way that feels authentic to the owners' story. It's rare to see Vietnamese and Mexican influences on one menu in a way that makes sense -- but this works. Didn't try drinks (I don't drink), but they have solid specials and Taco Tuesday deals if that's your thing. Would I go back? Absolutely. Fun vibe. Good flavor. Cool backstory. And yes... I'm keeping the sticker.

It looked pretty busy when we got there, and we heard live music would start at 7:00pm. For drinks, the menu says to ask about mocktails - I would prefer that they list it on the menu so that I have more time to decide. I forgot what was in my mocktail other than yuzu, but I enjoyed it. I think my friend's mocktail was blackberry with ginger beer. For food, they are known for their Aftermath Burger, but the Jalapeño Bacon Burger sounded even better. We told our server that we were going to share everything. We didn't ask to split the burger, but I guess he told the kitchen to, so that was a nice surprise. Did not see an up-charge for that either. The burger was SO good - loved the crispy edges of the burger patties. It was so flavorful, and I would definitely go back for it. The crinkle fries were extra crispy. The Rigatoni Alla Vodka was okay, though I wouldn't order it again. Same with the burrata - I was okay with the sliced almonds for some crunch, but the fresh strawberries did not pair well with the burrata for both my friend and me. Overall we had a good dinner with decent service. The live music was great and interactive too - the singer asked questions at a nearby table, then picked a song to sing based on the responses.

We had a reservation for 3 on a Friday night and I recommend doing that if going on the weekend. It was pretty full when we arrived at 8:45pm. The bar is not a huge place, there's an area up front with couches, bar seats, and high top tables along the bar. Main takeaways for me-- the cocktails are fantastic and complex. Really well balanced. I also appreciate the service was great, even with a busy bar. I love clarified cocktails and there were 3 options, our server was able to help me decide which one to try based on her descriptions and what I like. The menu is detailed which helps as well. My friend is vegan and she ordered the Living Color cocktail but she didn't notice the taro root cream, only after getting the drink and taking a sip, she realized due to how creamy it is. The bartender had no issue with making her a different drink that doesn't include dairy. But just know I'm not vegan, so down the hatch it went! I liked it as my final drink due to the desert feeling it has-- creamy and almost reminded me of an adult milkshake once melted a bit. During our time there, we ordered a couple drinks each, no snacks this time, we had already eaten dinner. Drinks we enjoyed: living color, passion project, quiet luxury, twig & berries, climate control, and a beer & shot. If you like to imbibe at a bar that isn't gimmicky, just great flavor profiles and spirit forward drinks come here. I'll definitely be back.

There's plenty to explore, and you should really indulge in the espresso martini shots. I do wish they worked a bit on the interior design, as the space has lost some of its charm. I also wish they had a little pizazz in how the cocktails are presented, as that's part of the fun in a classy libation. But overall, you should really consider spending some time here if you want to have fun while avoiding downtown crowds.

The soothing decor and soft lighting created a cozy atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a delightful meal, especially on an unseasonably hot day. We began our culinary journey with the Larb Mushroom appetizer, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The dish featured succulent oyster mushrooms tossed with roasted rice powder, fresh mint, shallots, cilantro, and a vibrant chili-lime dressing. Each bite was a refreshing explosion of flavors, combining the earthy richness of the mushrooms with the zesty brightness of the dressing. It was light, refreshing, and a perfect precursor to the meal ahead. For her main dish, my wife chose the Pad Z U, an outstanding selection that showcased sautéed broad noodles, crispy fried tofu, and Chinese broccoli, all enveloped in a delectable sweet soy sauce. The noodles were soft and chewy, creating a delightful texture that harmonized beautifully with the vegetable medley and tofu. The heat in the dish was skillfully balanced, providing just enough kick without overwhelming the palate. My wife couldn't stop raving about it! I opted for the Kua Kling, and it truly was a star of the evening. This spicy stir-fried minced chicken was enriched with fragrant curry paste, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves, resulting in an aromatic dish that was accompanied by tender long string beans and the unique Sadtor beans. The flavor profile was complex and enticing, with each ingredient complementing the others in a delightful dance of spice and freshness. It was a dish that not only warmed my belly but also left me craving more. What elevated our experience even further was the attentiveness of our server.
