Sake, wine, and some great beer.... Wish I could say the same about the service.
    Rosie P.

I don't think I've ever been made to feel stupid or humiliated as a customer, until visiting Rewined. My wife and I had plans for dinner at Glai Baan (a Thai food MUST!) with some friends this past Friday night. Because our friends arrived before us, they checked in at the restaurant and relayed to us that there was a 2 hour wait but we could check out the wine bar right around the corner and have some drinks in the meantime. We agreed to the plan and arrived at Rewined. The place itself was super cute, with a nostalgia theme and plenty of patrons. There were people playing card games at the bar and overall had a great atmosphere. When we sat down with our friends, they let us know that there was a partnership between the bar and the restaurant, and that they would be able to let us know when our table was ready, which I thought was really cool. After chatting with our friends for a few minutes, my wife and I looked over the menu and headed to the bar. This is where things went weird. The bartender started our conversation by asking if we were having dinner at Glai Baan and we replied yes. She then asked for my name but I explained to her that I was not on the list at Glai Baan and I just wanted to purchase some drinks. The following interaction was one where she repeatedly asked me for a name while I explained to her that my friends who were sitting at the table had checked in at the restaurant, but that I did not want to be on their tab, I just wanted to pay for our drinks. She condescendingly repeated that she would need a name, and I told her I wasn't sure what name had been put down at the restaurant, and that I felt I wasn't understanding the policy, to which she condescendingly replied "it's fine. I'll just leave the name blank " but ended up going to ask my friends for the name given. When I came back, she said she knew what table they were sitting at and asked for our order. While we were waiting for our drinks, a girl sitting at the bar apologized for the way I had been treated and tried to explain the process to me, saying the bartender had been unnecessarily rude during our interaction. I thanked her for her empathy, but was left feeling like an idiot. We returned to our table, and although we had a nice time catching up, I could not get the uneasiness out of my chest but I did not want to ruin our evening by bringing it up. When it came time to pay, I stood at the bar and waited for our bill, which never came because it was all charged to one tab, which is exactly what I did not want and had explained to the bartender. Despite having the absolute the worst customer interaction I've ever experienced, I hope that it was just an off day or interaction for the bartender. The other reviews suggest it's a great spot and it does seem that this place could be an awesome time which is why I am not giving it a one star rating, but I certainly would not feel comfortable returning.

If your looking for a cool wine and bar spot you must go! They've got games for days and it's the most fun! I really enjoyed the black widow cider. They've got a giant selection of craft beer, wine and cider. Sam the bartender was the real mvp. The best personality and helped us with our beer and cider selection. You need to check it out asap'

Good vibes. Good beer! Fun games.

Cute and fun bar to grab a drink and play some games. We stopped by while waiting for our table at Glai Baan; the two businesses comunícate through walkie-talkie and they let you know when the table is ready. The bar was reaally cool decor, good music and an extensive selection of games, beers and wines. Bartender (Miss Little Overalls) was really friendly and attentive. Definitely a must try!

Listen, this is such a hidden gem. The beer selection is absolutely out of this world, the theme is 90's bliss. We were traveling from Pittsburgh and decided to stop here before dinner. SO THANKFUL we did. Inside is a 90's kid dream, music was on point. Bartender was great, and a beast! Just her and 25 people, never waited for a drink. If you are in the area, and interested in a "upscale dive bar" this is it!!! Would give 10 stars!

This is a cute spot to grab a drink and play some games with friends. Rewined has a great selection of games to choose from. The selection of beer is extensive too. They have a HH option for a $5 mystery beer. The bartender made selections that we enjoyed a lot. They have wine and sake as options too, but I think the beer has a better value. There's some snack options available too and they allow you to bring in outside food. It is sometimes difficult to read the menu though depending on where you are seating. It does get busy in the evening, especially with people waiting for Glai Baan. I have gone here while waiting for a table at Glai Baan. It is a nice setup since the establishments will call each other when you're table is ready. If you are in the area, definitely check this spot out.

Super fun wine and beer game bar with cool vibes and good service. We came here while waiting for our table at Glai Baan. The two businesses have walkie talkies to communicate back and forth when your table is ready, a stellar service really. The drink menus are written on the walls, beer on one side and wine on the other. Didn't pay too much attention to the beers since I was going with wine, but the wall looked full and I did notice a lot of cans in the fridge. The wine selection was pretty big too, liked that all were available by the bottle or glass. They had a ton of games, the bar was even lined and stacked up with them. Such a fun place, wish something like this existed close to me!

    Best place in the galaxy

Great, I had an amazing time there and the alien food was so good. I had alien drinks and spent time with my alien friends, the alien atmosphere was alien amazing

This is such a cute bar. If it not had been for Glai Baan, I would've never known this was here. It was pretty busy when we stopped by on Saturday and most people seemed to also be waiting for their tables at Glai Baan. There was one one person manning the bar and we luckily found three seats towards the back. The bartender quickly explained to us that the menus were on the walls and she took our order. We all had flavored Topo Chico's. I ordered my favorite - Ranch Water and it was so refreshing. The music was great, the décor is sooo unique and fun, and the service was great. I will definitely come by again in the future!

A total trip down memory lane. I was a teenager in the 90s and this was wonderful. The fun decor, board games and cassette tape counters were spot on. They seemed to have a decent wine list, but we didn't have any. We had green beer for St Patrick's day and Meade.

Unfortunately, this visit was a huge disappointment. We arrived about an hour before closing and sat down as we normally do. While I was walking to the restroom, which is located past the kitchen area, I heard a server/bartender we've seen several times before ask the cook, in an obviously annoyed tone, if two people had just arrived. When he said yes, she responded, "Who the fuck!?" The cook then looked directly at me. At that point, I honestly felt extremely uncomfortable and wanted to leave. We decided to stay since my boyfriend had already ordered a beer, but the experience immediately felt different. We felt like our presence was an inconvenience simply because we came in an hour before closing. Unfortunately, the food didn't make up for it. We ordered the beef skewers and a burger. The skewers were okay, but they were not nearly as good as we remembered them being. The burger, however, arrived completely cold. What makes this especially disappointing is that we used to really enjoy coming here. We understand that being close to closing time can be frustrating for a restaurant, but customers should still feel welcomed, especially when they are coming in well before closing and have supported the restaurant in the past. We really hope this was just a bad night, because we genuinely used to love coming here. But after this experience, we unfortunately left feeling very disappointed.

From the food to the service, everything was chef's kiss! It was our first time there, so we weren't sure what to order. Our server was absolutely AMAZING. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful with her recommendations. I asked if they had raspberry or peach sweet iced tea, and instead of just saying no, she literally came up with her own concoction for me! That little extra touch meant so much. She even took the time to chat with us about where we were headed because we had a flight to catch. She was incredibly friendly, personable, and made us feel like more than just another table. And THE FOOD?! Absolutely delicious. We especially loved the shrimp dish so much that we ordered TWO more plates to go so we could eat them at the gate while waiting for our flight! lol That should tell you everything you need to know. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, but honestly, the customer service is what made this visit unforgettable. This woman deserves ALL the recognition because she was giving A1 service from beginning to end. I actually called the restaurant afterward because I wanted to find out her name, and I was told Ashley. I really hope that's the right girl because that name definitely rings a bell! If it is her, Ashley, THANK YOU! You were so kind to my mom and me and made our experience so special. So if you're in the Phoenix area, ruuuuuuun!!!

I arrived a bit before 6 to find it closed, no sign on the door and nothing online stating it had closed. So we headed downtown to the second location. I arrived about 6:10 pm and was asked if I had a reservation. I explained that we went to the other location only to find it closed and when we called the only number on the website to make a reservation (earlier in the day), no one answered the phone. We called multiple times. The guy at the door informed us the other location had closed and he couldn't seat us until 8 pm unless we wanted to sit at the bar. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there was no manager there. A restaurant should always have a manager or someone on site empowered to address customer concerns. We agreed to sit at the bar. First we ordered cocktails for $17 each. While they were tasty and refreshing, they had virtually no alcohol. I ordered the Kra Pow and, on the server's recommendation, chose the pork belly. My friend ordered the Pad Ki-Mao with pork belly. After waiting 30-45 minutes for the food, it finally arrived. Mine was dry pieces of pork belly, dry rice, an egg and three cucumber slices, no sauce whatsoever. When I asked for sauce, I was offered soy sauce and hot chili. My friend's noodles were tasty, but she also thought her pork belly was dry. The server, who was also the host and bartender didn't check in on us a single time during our meal. Between the outdated website, unanswered phone, lack of management and service, long wait and underwhelming food and drinks, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I expected much more from this place.
