Although it was Easter Sunday, the evening was not very crowded, and we were all able to find parking with no problem. The price and quantity were all very lovely. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and tasted great! The crab cakes were delicious and tasted of fresh crab, the ahi tuna was perfectly cooked, and the fillets were seasoned and cooked to our liking. The dessert was the perfect size and a guilt-free option after a lovely meal. They even gave my mother a birthday dessert with a candle. We had a gathering of five friends for a happy hour and seasons 52 is one of my favorite places to do this. They have a very nice menu for happy hour, including several choices $7 glass of wine- everyone at the table was able to find something that they liked. We also ordered an assortment of items, the flatbreads, Ahi tuna, crabcakes, goat, cheese dip. There was plenty for the five of us for a lite dinner. Dee was our server and she was delightful! I really like the ambience of this restaurant, especially when you're in a back corner. We had plenty of time to reconnect and catch up with each other. Definitely one of the better happy hour spots in town. I also appreciate that you do not have to sit at the bar in order to participate in happy hour, that has become custom in some places and that's a real pain when you're trying to visit with people. This is my second visit within the last three weeks. This time I took not only my sister, but my mom and it was her first time and we kept talking about it. I think what attracts is most is the caloric content of the entrée/menu which generally I think is around 600 cal. We made a reservation for 530 on a Friday and quite honestly the restaurant was pretty full when we arrived. Our server was prompt and attentive. We started off with the cheesesteak flatbread, which was delicious. Although we did find it had too many white onions, and then it was topped with scallions which just had too much of an onion flavor. And one piece of the steak fillet strip was fatty and chewy. We also had a cup of the lobster bisque which had a very distinct sherry flavor to it in visible pieces of lobster. Myself and my sister opted to have the shrimp and grits. This is the second time she had it. My mom went ahead and had the scallops over the mascarpone risotto and fresh asparagus. I think I would've ordered that next time there were eight jumbo scallops or very large scallops grilled and the mascarpone risotto was delicious. We also had a side of mashed potatoes. These were overly salted. It was the only flavor that we tasted. We finished the meal with four different desserts and actually took them home. She gave us a little "house" to take them home. We had the turtle one, the Keylime pie and then two others I don't recall. Our server kept the refills coming with our iced tea as well. It's a very calm, soothing environment with them lighting. If that's not your vibe, you may want to use the flashlight on your phone to read the menu. What a great date spot! Parking in the lot (although it's a popular so be patient finding a spot!) Absolutely beautiful ambiance and classy, upscale decor inside. Beautiful and clean restrooms, with a large patio area for outdoor dining. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks from the friendly bartender Erika, who was a total delight from the start. We ordered delicious cocktails-cucumber smash and a perfect slightly dirty martini. Rachel took our order and helped us choose, as it was our first time in. We opted for the filet and lobster with a side of macaroni and cheese. All of the bartenders were friendly and we instantly struck up a rapport. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Hannah also checked on us and was friendly and helpful. We were visiting Phoenix for a vacay and we were so glad that we decided to eat here! We had a fantastic experience at Seasons 52 on Valentine's Day. We came in with reservations, and everything from start to finish was smooth and well-organized. The service was fantastic and really made the night feel special. The ambience was terrific too, warm, inviting, and perfect for a special occasion. We started with the charcuterie board and the crab cake; both were great starters. We ordered skinny spicy margaritas, and honestly, they might have been the best we've ever had. So good. For dinner, my son had the filet and lobster tail and loved it. My daughters ordered kids' meals and were impressed with the portions. One chose steak, and the other went with the mac & cheese, which was super flavorful. My fiancé ordered the butterfish and said it melted in his mouth. There were 6 of us and the restaurant accommodated us very nicely with a cozy booth that allowed us to really spend girl time with in an easy to conversational setting. Had another great experience at Seasons 52. Two had the plank salmon with potatoes and beans. Salmon portion was huge and perfectly prepared. Definitely at go to dish. Two had scallops. Came on Christmas Eve 2025. Had reservations for table inside. Every table was seated and the lobby was full. Checked in and waited maybe 10minutes, was probably less than 10minutes. Went on a 7pm on a Saturday and it was quite busy as expected... 45 minutes wait so we sat at the bar! It was actually comfy. Mood lighting in the restaurant, nice place. Service was efficient. I got a cucumber lime mocktail drink and quite enjoyed it. Boyfriend got his typical Pinot noir and liked it also per usual. I got the scallops with the risotto and broccolini. I like how these entrees are healthier options yet are still packed with flavor. The scallops were tender and juicy and had a slight crisp caramelization to them, love. There was a good amount of scallops, I approve. The risotto was cheesy and ooey gooey, just how I like it. Would not have been mad if there was more of that. The broccolini was in a standard lemon sauce I could make myself at home but it was tasty nonetheless. My boyfriend got the 8oz filet mignon and lobster tail (only $4 more than the 6oz, might as well) and was very happy with his dish. He loved the lobster and I tried it and yum I agree. I wish I could give this poorly managed chain of restaurants a zero. The photo below shows the charge for a takeout order I placed this evening. The order was completed. I was told to pick it up at this location at 6:30. Upon arrival, I "checked in" as instructed and was told that my order would be out in a few minutes. Time is precious, right? Not at Seasons 52. After I waited 15 minutes, I left my car and walked to the entrance, where I was greeted by a sign that told me the restaurant was permanently closed. Did they poison someone? Tonight? How do you leave a system operating that charges an order, provides instructions for picking the order up, etc. when the site is closed. I have never experienced anything like it. I had saved this restaurant to my yelp favorite list over a year ago, but didn't have the time to try it out until last week. We were warmly greeted upon entry and seated promptly by the host. Our waitress, Erika K, was very attentive and helpful when we asked her questions about different items on the menu; and continually checked in with us throughout dinner service. The service was impeccable and efficient, especially if you are dropping in before a sporting event or concert in downtown phoenix; we were in and out, had a three course meal, within 60 minutes -- which was impressive! The ambiance is classy/sophisticated yet warm and inviting. The very reasonably priced food was great and the portions were generous. We both ordered the Spinach and Strawberry Salad; Caramelized Grilled Sea Scallops; and a few of the miniature indulgence desserts. Everything we ate was outstanding and the scallops were seared to perfection! I will definitely return, and I would highly recommend Seasons 52 to any fellow foodies that enjoy reasonably priced amazing tasting food in a nice upscale atmosphere. While the food and service are exemplary, the front desk people are incredibly snobbish and unwilling to accommodate customer requests. We asked for inside seating not in the bar on our reservation last time and were told we could not be placed in a booth when we arrived because we hadn't requested that on our reservation. Should we have requested oxygen as well? For this weekend we specified in our reservation "inside seating not in the bar in a booth" and were told on the phone when they called to get confirmation that they could probably seat us inside, but everything else might not be available. Twice we have seen walk ins treated better than we who went to the trouble to make reservations. We made Easter reservations at another restaurant where the staff were happy to have us. read more

My friend celebrated her birthday here and I'm so happy I decided to attend. I had dined here back in 2019 for an after work dinner and there wasn't much on the menu that interested me. So I thought this time would be the same experience but it wasn't. The menu has been upgraded since my last visit. There are so many menu options to choose from. I ended up getting the Chipotle Shrimp Flatbread. It was very good. I loved that the flatbread was a thin crispy crust. It was not filling like other flatbreads made with dough. It had a nice spicy kick that was just right. I was able to catch happy hour and tried the Rose' lemonade. It was delicious and refreshing. The bar tender was cool and provided great service. The atmosphere was quaint and the staff including one of the managers were very friendly and fun. The only thing missing was the music which was playing but very faint. Season's 52 was a conundrum for me. The food was really excellent. I had a Caesar salad that was huge. I was expecting a small salad for the $10 price, but I got an entree size salad. And, they have anchovies that they will put on it! Yee ha! My main was the scallops. Served atop a delicious risotto, the seven good size scallops had been prepared perfectly. Though some restaurants tend to get grilled scallops a bit on the rubbery side, these had been grilled and were absolutely perfectly moist and tender all the way through. The service, on the other hand, reminded me of Olive Garden. There was nothing wrong with it, but nothing to write home about, either. For instance, appetizers came before we were even half way through cocktails, and mains came before we had finished appetizers. I know many of you prefer fast, fast service, but our group likes to linger a while between courses and really doesn't like a dish being served before the precious dish is finished. Now, while I have somewhat criticized the service for this, the real culprit is the kitchen, and the service staff, although at the kitchen's mercy, could tell them what's wrong. Would I go back, though? Probably. But, I would not order an appetizer until I was about finished with a cocktail, and I would not order a main until almost finished with the appetizer. read more

I tried the filet mignon and it was pretty tasty - my main complaint was that I was not able to pick how I wanted it cooked since we were a large group. I was told by our waitress that all steaks would be cooked to medium but it came well done with no pink whatsoever. I saw their chicken and pork tenderloin served to other guest in my table and it looked delicious. Caesar salad was good. I tried the grilled artichokes and they were cooked perfectly. Our table ordered some flatbreads and even though I didn't try them they looked good. The dessert also looked great but I didn't try either. Only when reviewing the bill at the end of the meal did we notice it did NOT say "Gluten free Flatbread". Asked server about it and she said she didn't put it in the system as gluten free. She did NOT say she didn't hear me say that. Inexcusable for this caliber of restaurant. I doubt she told the manager. Went during restaurant week ordered: 1) Cesar salad: More piquant and less anchovy taste than I like. Also should have added a touch of olive oil to marry all things together. The croutons were good (tasted like parmesan sourdough croutons) 2) Scallops with risotto and asparagus: Scallops were cooked coincidentally as per my liking (more on the raw side) without specifically asking( some people like it more done). Sear was present but not the deep golden color. Asparagus was slightly raw but ok. However it had no seasoning. Risotto: They used arborio rice but had under cooked the risotto leading to hard grains and an unpleasant mouthfeel and texture. 3) Delectable dessert (Pecan Pie): Was from the freezer so was hard to get the spoon in to extract this. If only they had slightly warmed it up all the layers would have been easy to marry. In short these basic attention to details were lacking. For an establishment that prices their meals so high I would have expected a more fastidious approach to cooking. I appreciate their claim to no fryer, frozen food and careful sourcing.
