The wine was delicious and a great pairing with the salmon entree I ordered. My husband enjoyed his old fashioned but wished it came with a single large ice cube instead of so much ice. He ordered the 6oz filet mignon and said it was very flavorful and the mashed potatoes were delicious. We LOVE the mini desserts as well considering they have a ton of flavor but are small enough to not feel guilty lol! Overall a great experience and we look forward to coming back soon! read more

Went during restaurant week ordered: 1) Cesar salad: More piquant and less anchovy taste than I like. Also should have added a touch of olive oil to marry all things together. The croutons were good (tasted like parmesan sourdough croutons) 2) Scallops with risotto and asparagus: Scallops were cooked coincidentally as per my liking (more on the raw side) without specifically asking( some people like it more done). Sear was present but not the deep golden color. Asparagus was slightly raw but ok. However it had no seasoning. Risotto: They used arborio rice but had under cooked the risotto leading to hard grains and an unpleasant mouthfeel and texture. 3) Delectable dessert (Pecan Pie): Was from the freezer so was hard to get the spoon in to extract this. If only they had slightly warmed it up all the layers would have been easy to marry. In short these basic attention to details were lacking. For an establishment that prices their meals so high I would have expected a more fastidious approach to cooking. I appreciate their claim to no fryer, frozen food and careful sourcing. Lovely location and the food was delicious. We went on the Monday night so the kitchen was able to ya lunch cheeseburger for the teenage boys while adults ate off the regular menu. The wait service was so so, could have been a little attentive and offered drink refills and after dinner coffee for a restaurant that is a touch more upscale. read more

I have been going there for years, it's actually my favorite restaurant for Happy Hour or dining. The food is delicious, and priced as well. Service either sitting at the bar or dining table is impeccable. The restaurant itself is so comfortable and beautiful. I love it the atmosphere and comfort there. The cocktails and wine are fabulous. I have never had a bad experience. I still suggest this place when going out with friends or family. read more

I have only been for happy hour many times, and I have mixed reviews. The food is all really good, very good! But, check the value! For example, the artichoke heart plate is a great price for the amount of delicious food, but other $8 happy hour dishes amount to a few bites. Overall, the servers and service is great. I like the atmosphere though it's not unique. And if you are willing to put up with Biltmore traffic, it's a good spot to put on your happy hour list! I spent a week in PHX for a conference and found myself eating here 3 times. Once for a social mixer, and the other two because I liked the food at the mixer so much. Everything I had was delicious. The appetizers, the main dishes, and the desserts. My personal favorites were the shrimp and grits, and also the tiramisu! The grits were the best part, but the shrimp were also amazing. The servers were also very considerate and attentive to our big group. It feels like a very fancy restaurant, and it was very busy but the server still made time to check in on us and crack jokes here and there. read more

Wow, what an incredible dining experience! We started with the pesto chicken flatbread, which was a perfect shareable starter to tide us over until our entrees arrived. I ordered the filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection (tender and oh so flavorful) with sides that were just as delicious. To end the meal, we tried a flight of their decadent mini desserts that are in shot glasses; it was impossible to pick a favorite as each one was better than the last! Wow, we went in for thanksgiving evening. Made a 6p reservation. When we got there we had to wait about 10 minutes because they were behind. Our reservation was for outside and by time they called us, before I could ask, the gentle man said we have an inside table would you like that? Hell yes we do. Anyway we're seated and our waiter Brian was very attentive and prompt. For appetizer we shared the artichoke and hummus plate which was different but tastee. It does need more pita added though. My main course was the thanksgiving meal and baby it did not disappoint. Dessert was cute in the tiny little cups. It was a choice of cheesecake and pie. I opted for pecan pie. The tiny cup makes it hard to dig in but I got it done and it was good!! Def will go back to try more options. My friends both enjoyed their " regular" menu restaurant meals which is a plus. Thanksgiving at Seasons 52 was such a lovely experience. We were able to make same day dinner reservations for three. We had a 10 min delay for sitting which was understandable because the restaurant was really busy. Our reservation was for outdoor seating but luckily we got offered indoors because it was a little chilly. For appetizers we got the grilled artichokes with preserved lemon hummus. I have to say that was really good. The hummus was well blended and I haven't eaten artichokes by itself so that was different. The artichokes were also really seasoned. For main course we got the thanksgiving meal with basically came with several sides and turkey. I got the Chilean Seabass which was really good, seasoned and melts on your tongue. My friend got the lamb and she really liked it, she just stated she wish it was a little more seasoned. Their blood orange margarita really good, and strong. You honestly only need one drink. The blood orange margarita is part of their seasonal cocktails. The Hawaiian pineapple cosmopolitan was also really good and refreshing. I had such a good time here celebrating a friend's birthday. I made it in time to catch happy hour so I ordered the Rose Lemonade, this was a pretty good drink, tasted like a regular lemonade but overall good. I was part of a large party and the service we received was really good. Our waitress was very patient with each of us, was able to answer questions that were asked and provided service with a smile. I ordered the lump crab and stuffed shrimp mushrooms. I didn't have much of an appetite so this is why I ordered the mushrooms. These were just ok, nothing to really shout about. There were some other items on the menu that I would like to try, so I do plan to go back to try the other items and enjoy happy hour as well. read more

We've been coming here for 7 years, almost 8 and every time we come no complaints. We usually make reservations and if you go in and sign the wait times are not bad. But usually we go through the app and make reservations. The service here is pretty cool and they are very attentive and friendly have zero complaints with them. Our go to is ordering an appetizer called the pesto, chicken and fresh mozzarella flatbread. Comes out fresh and very tasty. While we were there me and my husband, I ordered the wood-grilled kona crusted lamb loin and my husband ordered the wood-grilled idaho rainbow trout. It was good but my husband plate was kinda bland. It was cooked on point but lacked flavor. Mine was so yummy but his not so much. Next time he will be ordering the wood-grilled dry rubbed pork chop next time. This is my go to place when I just want good food and a comfortable setting. It's dark, plush booths and when crowded not deafening. This is definitely not for hipsters. Think of Hillstone with a bit less attitude. I have ordered everything at one time or another - delicious crap and shrimp stuffed mushrooms, tuna tartare, trout, and almost all the salads. The food was delicious, as usual. The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable, and the noise level allowed us to talk easily. However, the service was not what we expected from this fine-dining restaurant. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, as I noted on the reservation. The host greeted us with birthday wishes for my husband. But that was the last time his birthday was mentioned. The server, Angela, did not mention it nor did she offer a complimentary dessert. She also dropped the ball with my gluten-free request. The soup I ordered from the gluten-free menu showed up with a slice of bread on the side. I checked with the food runner to make sure it was gluten-free. It was not. The server apologized and let me know it would take 8-10 minutes to bake some bread that I could eat. By that time, I was almost done with my soup. Overall, she seemed to be in a hurry and not interested in being cordial. When we're paying for an excellent meal, I expect the service to be outstanding too. We've eaten here before, including on special occasions. We were disappointed with mediocre service that was more appropriate in a budget-priced restaurant. It's the little things that make a special occasion special. Quality meal and ambiance at a good price point! My boyfriend surprised me for date night here and I was overall really happy with his selection because of our experience. We were greeted by a manager opening the door for us and seated promptly for our reservation. The server was very polite and attentive. We luckily came during AZ Restaurant Week and received a great deal of $33 for three courses: starter, entree and dessert. The 6 oz. filet mignon by itself is normally $33, so we were very pleased by this offer. We both selected the caesar salad to start. It was a good portion, tasted fresh and had the perfect amount of dressing. For the entree, I chose the 6 oz. filet prepared medium and my boyfriend opted for the 8 oz. filet prepared medium rare for a $5 upcharge which we felt was reasonable. Our entrees came out warm, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes, mushrooms and asparagus. The mashed potatoes included some of the potato skins which I enjoyed as a unique element and the mushrooms were perfectly seasoned. The asparagus was bland, but as my boyfriend remarked, "it's just asparagus". For dessert, we were able to choose from their "mini tower of indulgence," which featured personal sized samples of key lime pie, carrot cake, cookies and cream, chocolate s'mores or an oatmeal creme pie. We selected the chocolate s'mores and oatmeal creme pie to share. Nothing to write home about, but a nice little treat to finish the night! Bottom line: I enjoyed my meal and I may even let my boyfriend choose where we dine more often because of the food and service at Seasons 52! read more

He just didn't seem like he wanted to be there. I came in excited about the food. I will say I tried the Cedar Salmon and the Crab Cake! Out of those two, the Crab Cake was good. My Salmon was overcooked. However, I don't think I would return. I just didn't feel welcomed and, in this industry, you're supposed to make the guest feel welcome. I started dinner with Caesar salad, which was good; the croutons were a bit too firm but that did not significantly distract from my enjoying the dish. For my entree I ordered the filet mignon, which came with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The steak itself was juicy and tender but a little less flavorful than I had expected. The potatoes and gravy were delicious and the asparagus was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of crunch accentuating the freshness of the vegetable. Sorry, I don't have much time for a review... I loved my experience except that the server was rushing me out by laying down hard hints: "TAKE YOUR TIME..." and then checking on me every few minutes. I used to be a server- all she had to do was communicate that she was on her way out and then I could have given her my payment asap with a cash tip and a little tip for whoever had to take care of anything left over once she had left. I came at 4:30pm and *thank you* to the amazing kitchen staff- my food was absolute perfection. I was given 2 weeks to live and this meal was a celebration that I had made it past 2 weeks. I am very thankful that even though I showed up at 4:30pm (not dinner time) my meal was given full attention. Seasons 52 is probably one of my favorite restaurants in Phoenix. I was blown away by the exceptional service I received and how fresh and tasty the food was. My waiter, Sean, was super attentive and gave great recommendations. He came to check in often and asked about the food. I love seafood and I was very impressed by the seafood here. For appetizers, I did the tuna tartare and this might be one of the best tuna tartare I've ever had. It paired so well with avocado and the crackers that came with it. It was some artisan style crackers and not a basic saltine. Highly recommend! For the entree, I did the Chilean Sea bass and it was cooked perfectly. No fishy smell and the sauce was perfect with green onions. The base grain went well with the sauce and fish. The wine flight was definitely worth it and I highly recommend you try it! They serve good wine and not just the cheap bottles so you definitely get good value. I also got the sangria and that was fruity and refreshing. For dessert, there was an extra S'more chocolate pudding, so they gave it to me on the house and that was amazing - very rich chocolate. read more

Today we enjoyed lunch at Seasons with an out of town guest. We've eaten there many times prior, but I never left a review. Our food was delicious and our server was very pleasant and attentive. I had the beef tenderloin salad, and believe me, the tenderloin is top notch, perhaps even better than what you may get at more expensive steak eateries. An absolutely perfect lunch! Every single thing about Seasons 52 is 5 Stars. Ambience is relaxing and comfortable. The dimly lit rooms immediately set you at ease with soft, shaded lamps throughout the dining area. Warm woods, stone walls and fabrics, soft music playing and tv's throughout the bar area. Customer service is competent and friendly. I sat at the bar area for a quick lunch which turned into an hour or so because I was enjoying the moment. I ordered a Crab Cake sandwich minus the brioche bun. It came with a simple yet large side salad tossed in a bright dressing. The crab cake was absolutely delicious. Fresh, lump crab with all the right herbs and the slightly spicy aioli accompaniment was mouthwatering! I also ordered a cup of the Asparagus Soup which was piping hot and cooked to perfection. The wine list is impressive yet manageable. I had a non oaky Chardonnay (times two ;). The pour was generous and the wine perfectly chilled and palatable. read more

A great experience here. Came on a Monday night, so it was fairly calm and quiet. Started with a flatbread that was amazing. Thin and crispy crunch with lots of toppings. Got to try two different entrees, the chicken and pork chop. The chicken was delicious, along with the sides it came with. The pork chop was juicy and that lemon honey glaze was so good. Also ordered the Korean bbq carrots but with the gochujang and it was great to see they could make that accommodation. Had to finish the night with some minis too. Service was great and very prompt.
