It is understandable that during covid customers are very limited, however the staff here are extremely rude and have no explanation on to why customers are coming out but they dont allow anyone else in. Love this store!!! They always have anything your looking for, I went this weekend and even though it's pack because of the holidays it was very clean & organized. I went to the restroom something I never do in other stores and they were super clean, the lady in charge of cleaning that day was there with great vibes. Only thing I didn't like was the cashiers gossiping abt customers once the customer left. So unprofessional! But other then that this is one of the best stores to go to. read more

I will not return to this location. Last week I purchased two cute water bottles. Of course to use the water bottles, I removed the tags. I noticed that the water bottles leaked the first time I tried to use them. I tried calling the store like 3 times on Tuesday last week and no one answered. Today I needes to return some shorts that were purchased the same day as the water bottles and I was told that since I took the tags off, I could not return them. Who in the heck leaves the tags on a bottle they are going to use? How was I supposed to know that the bottle would leak? My thought is that they would have put the bottles back in circulation amd the next idiot would buy them. I came to spend a gift card gifted to me at this location. I had never shopped at any Burlington before aNd I do not believe I will return. It seems that the company either does a poor job of training its staff or they are okay with mediocre customer service to their customers. The young lady at the cash register ( with dirty blonde curly long hair) had extremely poor social skills. I don't expect her to be happy go lucky especially because I understand retail work is difficult but I did expect her to help me complete the transaction as i was having issues with the machine. She did instead roll her eyes, avoided eye contact and refused to speak directly to me as if she was a young child. She was adamantly disrespectful and aggressive. She literally leaned over the counter to pull the cart away froM my hands as I was about to put it awaY on my way out. This store lacks selection very few jewelry space . I've been there twice and both times has the associates that work there forgotten something. first my alarm tags were still on my son's outfit and the second time they forgot to pack my shoes.I had to go the next day to pick them up and I waited a long time before they found them. not very satisfied. read more

Burlington, my go-to place to find small gifts at a reasonable price. Since I live walking distance from this location I've figured no need to make the drive to Cerritos. Big mistake, Saturday night I hear the closing announcement. Shoppers, please bring items to the front register we will be closing soon. So since technology is so big I decided to take pictures of what I needed and planned to come and purchase the next day. When an older gentleman walked by and very rudely said you need to walk to the front we are closing soon. So I did I waited for the rest of my party by the entrance. When my mom decided to pull the one item out of the cart and begins to show me. The same rude gentlemen from earlier pulled the cart away from her and began to walk away. Therefore I said NO, let's come back tomorrow I make my way to the rack and placed the item in the women's section. The same gentleman grabs it and muffled, it doesn't belong there. This store is my to go location and I've never had any issue with costumer service but today I decided to go in when I was paying my items the cashier was about to bag my items but she noticed there weren't any bags on her register space so what she did was that she stepped to the side of the following cashier and I seen there was a box I believe which were used Burlington plastic bags and she grabbed one from there when she came back to bag my items she opened the bag and put my items in it the bag was all wrinkled and half way ripped which my things can easily fall out as soon as I grabbed it from the handles she was very aware of it that she was even laughing when she saw the bag she could of asked the person next to her to give her a bag from his stack of bags, I wouldn't have any problem if she would explain the situation of her giving me a used bag but the point of her laughing and just leaving the bag on the counter for me to grab really made me feel very upset I hope next time I go there fully stacked on bags. read more
