It is fairly easy to get to this location as there are a couple of different ways to approach it from the primary road. Depending on season and time of day, this can be extremely easy, or extremely hard. Interior: the store is well organized and very clean. The aisles are wide and we've found it easy to get through them with or without a cart. It's easy to find what you seek because the departments are very clear. There are two entrances, so getting in and out is easy. There are loads of check out lanes and we've never had a problem moving through them quickly. They seem to be well staffed at all times. There's even a small cafe, but we've never stopped at it to see what they offer. Staff: the regular pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! We are greeted warmly upon arrival and they remember small details from prior discussions, which makes us feel as if they care about us as people. They take their time to ensure we understand our prescriptions and help us when we seek something. The other store associates have always been polite and helpful. Inventory: there's a broad range of products at this Target and we've usually found items we've sought here. Some departments are bare bones (like camping), whereas others have really good selections (like clothing). Overall, this is a really nice store with good associates. We sometimes just stop in to wander around as it's a comfortable environment for that activity.

John went in right after her to help us out with an exchange and an order for two items from two different stores. Today and I'm horribly embarrassed I didn't get our third sales professional's name, I walked in seeking the items that would have been delivered yesterday to find them at the store and we were able to right size everything my husband needed for a wedding next weekend. Von Maur is exceptional. Three different sales touch points all with exceptional service and optimal consistent experiences. That RARELY happens, if ever. Today, upon our repurchase, our sales professional said he was going to process us and ensure John got the credit. Integrity at its finest. I love the store experience. I love the pianist team they have - seen two now since I seem to be going there more often. :) I'm so relieved we got my husband hooked up. I don't do public restrooms unless I absolutely have to and this one was not good at all. 2) I get that the holiday season has arrived so people are out and about, but it was so congested it was uncomfortable. As in, the aisles were so tight, tons of stuff placed in the walkways, things like that. I even heard another customer say "this is giving me anxiety," and goodness I felt that in my core. I'm sure you have a lot of crap to put on the floors, but give us some space to walk, please. Thank you. Now for the positives... 1) While the checkout line was a mile long, they got through it quickly! 2) The dressing rooms were clean and they had plenty available. 3) While prices have gone up everywhere on the planet, it's still really affordable. 4) The people working there were really nice.

I'm very thankful for the random stranger that brought those hateful remarks to my attention. Today I visited the Polaris location with my two children. While waiting to check out, another customer rudely stepped in front of us in line. Instead of creating a scene, I chose to leave that line and use the children's checkout since I was mainly purchasing clothes for my kids. I appreciated that the next associate that helped us was very kind and attentive. However, while I was actively checking out, another customer that was shopping, approached me in front of the cashier and stated the other associate from the first counter believed I was stealing and that I "must not have wanted to wait and pay" for my items. I was completely shocked and humiliated by this accusation, especially because it was made within earshot of my two young children. There was absolutely no reason for Maxine to make this accusation when there's other counters to check-out at. My family's nice shopping trip turned to an experience filled with hate and unfortunately my young children had to witness this and we'll have to have a serious talk about shopping while black. After completing my purchase of over $500, I spoke briefly with a manager to report what had occurred. I have also contacted corporate because I believe this incident deserves further attention. I sincerely hope this matter is addressed with Maxine so that no other customer or family has to experience the same humiliation. This was an extremely disappointing end to what was supposed to be a pleasant Friday afternoon with my children.
