We stop in here regularly to use the pharmacy as well as shop around the other departments. Exterior: the parking lot is large and always clean. It is fairly easy to get to this location as there are a couple of different ways to approach it from the primary road. Depending on season and time of day, this can be extremely easy, or extremely hard. Interior: the store is well organized and very clean. The aisles are wide and we've found it easy to get through them with or without a cart. It's easy to find what you seek because the departments are very clear. There are two entrances, so getting in and out is easy. There are loads of check out lanes and we've never had a problem moving through them quickly. They seem to be well staffed at all times. There's even a small cafe, but we've never stopped at it to see what they offer. Staff: the regular pharmacy staff is absolutely wonderful! We are greeted warmly upon arrival and they remember small details from prior discussions, which makes us feel as if they care about us as people. They take their time to ensure we understand our prescriptions and help us when we seek something. The other store associates have always been polite and helpful. Inventory: there's a broad range of products at this Target and we've usually found items we've sought here. Some departments are bare bones (like camping), whereas others have really good selections (like clothing). Overall, this is a really nice store with good associates. We sometimes just stop in to wander around as it's a comfortable environment for that activity. read more

I went into this target to try on bathing suits for a vacation and while in the changing room , my mother would take the ones that didn't fit and since the store was close to closing she decided to be helpful and put the bathing suits on the hangers correctly so the worker didn't have to, the woman who was there proceeded to make fun of her and get a cocky attitude over it. Horrible customer service and ridiculously rude employees who act like they hate their lives. Would not recommend this target. read more

This is your typical "big box" store much the same as a Walmart or Meijers. THe store was clean and well organized and appeared to be well stocked for the upcoming holidays (we were there in mid-November). They had what we were looking for (like I said - well stocked). They have the worst customer service I have my foot in a boot. I'm using one of those carts that you sit in I have a basket full of stuff I need to transferr to a regular cart there is an employee standing there doing nothing just watching me doesn't bother to come over and help doesn't offer any assistance at all. What I would've expected is if the employee had said excuse me ma'am do you need any help. Target is one of my go-to stores. They have almost everything and I always find what I'm looking for. Employees are much nicer here than at most other larger stores which is nice and there is a Starbucks which is a huge plus. This location is setup a lot differently than some of the other ones I go to, but it's still a decent location. read more

I ventured into this store because the gentleman from Sephora across the street told me to come here and get thee NYX glitter glue! Now the store was very clean and the shelf's were fully stocked! Not the Sonia kabuki brushes were gone but it's ok they get more!!! I got what I needed and went to find a lane that was open but there was only 2 lanes open!!!!! Was told they couldn't pull it until it got ordered through the app but they did have it in stock. Ordered it, sent a relative to get it and she was told they didnt have it but would have it the next day. Relative went back next day and was told they didn't have it. Called customer service to ask what happened. Got told that orders get filled as they come in. Fine. Asked why my relative was promised something they couldn't deliver and got the same answer about the order in which online orders get filled. Despite asking several times, I never got a straight answer, customer service rep became hostile and asked if I had any other questions that she hadn't already answered and I repeated the question, was hung up on. I used to go to this Target a lot. Now I go in an absolute pinch but I work near a good one and have family near a different one which generally keeps me away from this one. I came into this Target today just browsing through their work place clothing and I found that it is much more reasonably priced than heading over to the Limited for a professional outfit. My fiancee made a good point when he got his first real gig over at Nationwide Insurance, that Target is the best place to find reasonably priced work attire. He got his work attire for less than $50 and made a great impression on his first day. Target is also my go to place for other household items. We can find most of our kitchen, bath and outdoor items all in one spot. What's better than one stop shopping? It saves the hassle of going into many stores and getting everything you need. Target or "Tar-jay" as we like to call it,"the fine french import store" (NOT), LOL is our "go-to" one-stop shopping store. Much cleaner typically than its competition ~ Wally World. They seem to, more than not, have what we're searching for. I won't always buy produce here as I think the mark up is high, but otherwise their prices aren't bad. After Christmas sales are pretty good just get there early otherwise the seasonal merchandise is pretty picked-over. When Target first started adding grocery items it was slim picking, but over the years the department started growing and you can actually find more items. We've tried and love their Archer brand chips etc. The one area that we find very slim is their camping department. For the most part, their customer service is good. Changing their return policy has been a bit disconcerting, but a little bit of patience and they generally work it out. This particular location has great customer service! read more

One of the nicer Target stores in the area. The pharmacy staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The service is usually pretty speedy. Store is clean and has a nice selection. I don't want to write bad reviews, I just don't but here we go. I go to this target often after work to wait for the traffic to die down. I am a product junkie, and I like to feed my addition privately. So that means wandering aimlessly around the hair and beauty aisles, picking stuff up, putting it back and picking it up again. Well now they have this "Beauty" specialist who is there to do I don't know what. She politely asks if I need help, I say no thank you and then proceeds to awkwardly follow you around and pretend to arrange the products. I work in retail if a customer does not want assistance give them a few minutes and read their body language. You can tell if they need help or not. I just don't think the Ulta or Sephora model of Beauty specialists work at a store like Target. read more

I seriously ADORE Target, but the Polaris location is the only one where you get accosted the minute you walk by the beauty section. Let me start off by saying I like target quite a bit, but their return policy is horrible. I bought a digital camera in March and used it on vacation, I bought the 2 year protection plan for it (I'll never know why). Sure enough it broke and when I finally got time to return it, the lady in guest services was difficult to deal with. She swore up and down that I couldn't return it due to it being outside of the 90 day period, she couldn't seem to grasp that I had purchased the protection plan. Pro: This Target has the best selection of maternity clothes in Columbus. Some of the other stores in the area have just a few styles, but this one has twice as much floor space for the maternity section, which rocks. Con: The young lady who works in the cosmetics department does not seem to be able to detect when a customer would like to be left alone. While she is very friendly, she tends to talk a little longer than wanted and it can come off that she is hovering to deter shoplifting or something. Target has always been my favorite grocery store chain. This Polaris target is my favorite target to go to. The only downside is this target does not have a Starbucks inside unlike the Easton target. Absolutely terrible! Wanted to buy a new phone here because they had it on sale so I figured I would give them a call and see if they had it in stock. After I got placed on hold 4 times for a total of about 9 minutes i hung up and I figured I was better off just going there to check it out. After I arrived I had to hunt down an associate in electronics, after I found them they asked me to wait a minute until he was done with his customer. This was no big deal...yet...another associate arrived and didn't greet me or anything he just stood behind the counter and did his own little thing. Finally the other guy was finished so he asked what I needed and I told him I wanted to purchase a phone but he said that the "target mobile" dept. was closed for the evening and I would have to return tomorrow during their completely different hours. (Let me add that those hours are 12-8 and the store is open 8-11 I personally think they should be open the same) At this point I am pretty pissed off so I sought out a manager. The guy I finally got to talk to was an idiot...he kept asking me for my name and number so he could have the mobile dept. call me which I thought was ridiculous because they can't sell me a phone over the phone. While I was talking to him I told him I was upset about being put on hold for such a long time and that I decided to hang up...his excuse was that his associate was probably on his lunch break....that just made me more pissed off because why would you only have one person for the entire electronics department?? Why couldn't someone else instead of putting me on hold for the 4th time try and help me? Or maybe say oh I'm sorry the mobile dept. closes in 10 minutes. Lets just say I won't be back to this store. Yesterday I went to this target to return something and buy something different. Had to wait at the service desk with a line five deep. When I finally got up there I gave them my receipt and return and they gave me a gift card but gave me back a dollar less than the original price so I had to wait in line again and explain the error. The cust service person looks and says, "oh i must have types the wrong number, same day returns are complicated I'll need to get some help" Cuz you know, that's what I love, waiting even longer to have someone fix the dollar you cheated me out of. So instead I just left went home and bought the same exact items on Ebay and saved more than 40%. I love Target. It's one of my favorite places to shop for certain things. I usually feel very comfortable there. But for some reason every time I go to the Polaris location I do not feel comfortable at all. Some of the staff has been unfriendly to me. And twice now I have gone in to return one of those little mystery toys that they sell, and was told that they couldn't return it. I would have been fine with that if the store had an actual written policy on it. I asked for one because I couldn't find anything on the actual packaging stating that it could not be returned. And I was told that 'we just don't' return them. Both times I took the toy to a different Target and it was returned with no hassle at all. I even mentioned what happened at the Polaris location and the customer service representative at the other store said that there was no policy that said that. Overall I would say this location has a strange almost stuck up feel to it, and I would avoid coming to this one. read more
