The manager was rude! I got to the store at 6:40 and it supposed to close at 7:00 and doors were already locked. I noticed a lady leaving so I went through the exit doors. NO NEED TO SACRIFICE QUALITY FOR PRICE! I recently gave a friend a gift and his mother went nuts over the elephant motif gift bag. The bag and paper were purchased at a Marshall's in Georgia but since I wasn't sure if the bag would be available upon my return, I started searching for it in Ohio. After searching several stores in several cities, I noticed that the bag and paper were at this store. SCORE!! Here's the deal: The gift bags and paper carried at Marshall's are of exceptional quality, (heavy-weight and sturdy), and price. Don't ever cheapen your gift by settling for lesser quality paper. Also, people will be able to tell that you used cheap paper and what will that say about you? I chose a special world map paper because my friend and I share a love of old world maps and the elephant motif was important because of the significance of elephants in Indian culture. Finally I added a handwritten card and guess what? I won because he loved everything!, especially the card. It was so worth taking the extra time to make sure that everything was very personal and "on point". "Pooky" may not care about those extra touches, but your friends/family of substance will!! read more

Friendly and very helpful staff. Large men's selection which I never seen at marshalls. But there a lot of dust here and a large amount of dust bunnies. I picked up a long dress that was just covered in dust bunnies at the bottom. As I flipped through the clothes I could see dust flying in the air. read more

The quality of this Marshall's has definitely gone downhill in the recent years. Reading through the old reviews makes me think this was once a nice store. I have shopped here many times for shoes, purses, gifts, home decor, etc. and have struck out almost every time. I end up having to go to target or the new Marshall's/homegoods in plain city for better quality and a better selection. This store is very dirty and has a very limited selection in every department. I believe they are currently going through a remodel so hopefully once that's finished we'll have a better Marshall's to shop at in Hilliard. read more

Went to this Marshalls yesterday and i am SOOO glad i did!! i have been to a bunch of different Marshalls but never this one. .this location completely blows any other location out of the water! (that i have been to at least) to start there is TONS of parking so you never have to worry about parking out in the middle of nowhere and walking. . upon waling in it was like walked into shoe heaven! (not quite. ) it was the BIGGEST selection of shoes i have ever seen in a Marshalls! and shockingly most of the shoes were actually stylish! i found a few pairs of boots (which i didn't end up getting just because that's not what i was there for =P) As for womens clothing, racks upon racks of clothes, and cute clothes at that!! I found the best cropped "leather" jacket that i am absolutely in love with! never found one this cute even at a regular mall (and 29 bucks! cant beat that!!) Wish i had a chance to explore the rest of the store but i was on my lunch break at work. .ill be back here real soon and i will write an update once i do =D read more

Marshall's is one of my favorite places to find hidden gems. This location in particular is top-notch. They just recently remodeled the show area. I love the display and that it is easy to see all the shoes so well. Love the clearance selection and everything is always clean and well organized. I shop here probably once a week on my lunch break. Sometimes I find tons of awesome stuff, and sometimes I walk out empty-handed. But I'm always glad I went! read more

I really like Marshall's alot. They have great name brands on clothing, shoes, home goods, perfume, you name it for a very discounted price. They've really stepped up their game in the home decor part. Some really super cute chairs and the like I was very tempted by. They have a really nice selection of womens shoes & purses and they ALWAYS have discounted racks full of clothes. I never walk out of this place without buying something. This would be a great place to shop & stock up on gifts to keep around the house, should a last minute invite come your way to a party or get together (hostess gift). I'm a definite fan. read more

Did I say designer clothes can be found here.Now each Marshalls is different so you may have to go to several to see all the different products available from one designer. For example they may have two Michael Korr bags at one; now a dedicated shopper like myself knows you can't make an educated shopping decision like that so must go see all Michaels' products at each Marshalls. I'm hunting for a snake skin bag now.Wish me good will hunting. read more

I like Marshalls, but they dont seem to get the good stuff (for home decor) like the stores in Lewis Center and Gahanna, bc they are next to HomeGoods. For ex. , I bought a beautiful set of high quality Halloween themed dishes at those stores. Thought I would be able to get addl pieces at the one on Rome Hilliard Road. I have made multiple trips to the store but their halloween and thanksgiving themed items is pretty slim. I dont understand why that is. It's not bc ppl in hilliard don't want to buy it. I think the new management doesn't want to sell it. Oh well. I guess I'll have to drive a little further for home decor items read more

Great selection of clothes, shoes, etc. My only issue was the girl who assisted the cashier I was checking out with. Very rude! I may visit a different Marshall's but never this particular one again. Hopefully one of the other stores will have the Michael Kors purse that I saw. read more
