I went to Burlington to get uniforms and lunch boxes and was very happy. I found a good selection of the school uniforms that I needed. I was looking for the Packit brand lunch boxes and there were several different patterns to pick from. The checkout line moved quickly and the staff was nice. Ummm I don't know if anyone knows but this place sucks it's disgusting in there, I've been shopping at this location for a while and let me tell you, the girls there are really impolite and rude and they gave me bad stares when I was shopping around, then after that I was by the section close to their restroom area and they were so loud I could hear them from where I was, I mean the place was deserted anyways but wow and then all their supervisors and managers are running around like animals with their head chopped up, I mean come one what happens to the quality of customer service. If I could I would give this place a -100. I believe the manager which I spoke to was called tiffany and I'm sorry but she was standing around talking to the girls like if it was a party I mean are you serious I'm so done with this place. The store, in general, was hard to navigate and was a messy and disheveled. I was further disappointed in the boys' section. Many of the paired-up outfits were missing pants or shirts. I was eventually able to make purchases at a bargain, which is what I came for, but the selection and presentation of the store was very disappointing. read more

This place is similar to Ross but has better selection of clothing. Some of the clothes look more expensive than stuff that you would find at a Ross or TJMaxx. The store layout does feel abit more creative than ROSS layout. Dont get me wrong i love ROSS but Burlington is cleaner and has a better selection of clothes. This Burlington was clean and the clothes were organized and the employees didnt feel like they were zombies. They even had better music than ROSS. And it is impossible to figure out how to get a cart upstairs. I know now you have to go back to the door and take the elevator but there are NO SIGNS about this or where the elevator even is. Very clean and organized Burlington =) its easy to find what your looking for. Soo much to choose from at great prices. I love to shop here for snow gear and jackets. They have name brand clothes for pretty much half the cost. This Burlington is located/connected to the burbank mall so if your in the mood to shop you can shop the mall too. check it out. read more

There were only 2 cashiers in the register. One was a manager, and looked angry (even gave the customers the stink eye). So I decided to just drop everything and walk away. This happened about 2 weeks ago, around 4-6 p.m. Their prices and merchandise are ok. Ross is cheaper, but Burlington is much more organized. read more

I went to this store for the first time the other day and was very impressed at the selection of men's clothing. Lots of variety and I must say, DIRT cheap. I bought some very unique looking shirts and have been wearing them out as they are different from anything else in my wardrobe. Minimal staff at this place and no cell phone reception at all (which made me lose my wife!) but a great value and well worth checking out if you're a guy looking for some cheap and out-of-the-ordinary duds. read more

We have been here 3 times. The first was an accident, looking for the mall and it was new. Found 3 outfits for work and shoes. 2nd time for the bf who found belts and work shirts for under $30. This last time the BEST! I had been online and to several stores trying to find several home items, but mostly funiture. Last stop was Burlington, on a fluke to exit the mall, and we found EVERYTHING! all at the best prices. I am sooo pleased (and that is not an easy feat). Never again will i waste hours of my weekend all over and going straight to this store. Awesome service as well! read more

I love shopping here and there's usually some unique finds to be had. The only criticisms I have are that sometimes the store can be a bit of a mess. Once in a while merchandise will literally be disheveled on the shelves/racks without rhyme or reason and bigger items like bedding and pillows will be out on the floor or in the aisles. This store might need more staff on hand to keep the place more shoppable. Another concern I think most people probably have is the amount of time it takes to check out. There are almost always lines whenever I visit this store, but it's a popular store in Burbank for good reason. read more

I couldn't find the men's socks (I know, stupid) and the girl couldn't help me - she referred me to the shoe section (she really was clueless) Anyway, I found the d*** socks, and all was well, but this girl really slowed me down. So disappointed!! I went in to return a sweater that I had bought for a gift with price tag still attached! Original receipt & they only gave me store credit for the reduced price!!! I was out raged! NO WHERE ON THE RECEIPT DOES IT SAY, you'll only get refunded the marked down price after 30 days! I had my receipt I expected a full refund! I was ok with store credit but I wanted the amount I paid!! At least at Ross after 30 days even with the receipt, you receive a FULL refund! read more

As I just seen the review towards a manager there I too, have had an unpleasant experience with the same person. I have tried to returns things without the receipt because as any normal human, we lose things from time to time. & I have been told that corporate doesn't allow no receipt returns, until one day I saw the back of my receipt and it clearly states that you are able to return the item, just that you'll be getting store credit and it's current value. This is ridiculous why have people lie about policies? And when I have had her as my cashier she gives this insensitive attitude that is truly disrespectful and disgusting for any human being. So i went last week for the first time to this place cuz ive always seen their commercials and whatnot and was like kewl looks like a ross or whatever!! Anyways I see the workers all talking with people I assume are their friends cuz they are all hollering like we in the ghetto! Annoying!!! Anyways i find some stuff and go to the fitting room where there is no worker so I just go in- this place to me is already disorganized!! As im trying stuff on I hear some dude in one of the nearby things coughing up a storm and im like where the hell is my sanitizer and to top it off his fucking kid keeps coming in slamming the doors! I hurry up since this is not the right vibes for shopping and actually find some stuff- go to buy it and the dude cashier was nice and as I walk out the security thing sounds off and the guy is like its fine! Kewl cut to two days later when I actually start to put the stuff away and lo and behold one of the sweaters I bought still had a damn security thing on its sleeve and now I was mad cuz now I was gonna have to drive all the way back to Burbank and deal with this! Im so mad i return everything and the older russian/armenian? Lady is like sorry and im like well you need to teach your employees to take this shit off cuz its such an inconvinience and she doesnt say anything but these girls are laughing behind her while putting up hangers and im like do you think its funny making people vome all the way back cuz you dont know how to do your job and theyre like no were laughing cuz we probably know who it is- yea so what i tell that how does that help me mow and it looks rude and like youre laughing at me and the lady helping me out disnt even try to say oh ill give you a discount or something in case you still want all the clothes- i wouldve said no but the gesture wouldve been appreciative!! I like to come here when it comes to buying my son a suit and my daughter a dress. They have tons of cute baby clothes and gear as well. & they have nice inexpensive baby/ kids toys. It's always clean, never messy! The only thing is it gets super packed on the weekends so I usually come on week days in the morning to avoid all that. read more

I love this Burlington coat factory. Every time I go I find the best items. I was here on Saturday, July 8th and got Lauren Ralph Lauren leather wedges on clearance perfect condition $12.99! Originally $129.00! I also picked up two expensive Nicole Miller dresses $9.99 on clearance perfect condition originally $189.00! and a gorgeous pink maxi lace dress $19.99 originally $289.00!! Plus several other items and barely spent $100.00 bucks. I had this same amazing luck here about a month ago. I highly recommend this particular Burlington and will be back soon for more designer and amazing items at beyond reasonable prices! A++++++ Love this store. Went to Burlington for the very first time looking for home items. Maybe I went on a bad day but I won't be back. Store was organized however all the items I found on the shelves were either broken or missing parts. I had a conversation with another customer about how dirty and broken the items were. I'm a bit spoiled because the Burlingtons back east seemed more like stores & less like bazaars, but I do like this SoCal site better than the others. Terrific prices, although you really do need to know the brands & merchandise. Something may SOUND exciting at only $12.99 until you look at the stitching & realize that there is a distinct reason it is selling for $12.99. Still, you can get some great brands at great prices. I never shop for my coats anywhere else because I always end up back at Burlington & since I'm a largely lazy person, my decision is thus made! I am in the market for a specific style of cardigan & I plan on going here first because I usually find what I'm looking for when I'm being picky (my 2nd biggest trait after "lazy"). read more
