Cramped (yet empty) toy aisle
Conor B.

I'm not sure why I always visit this location. There are always so many aisles that are just either picked clean, or you can see people have just ripped out and taken small pieces of items (especially in the toy department). As far as clothes go, if you're looking for something, be prepared to spend time hunting. There isn't much organization to things so you're just going to have to go through racks and racks of items hoping to find what you're looking for. Honestly, this place feels more like a thrift store than an actual new item store. At least prices are good if you find something you want. If you're looking for an employee for help, good luck. I only ever see one or two working the register and then two or three 'theft prevention' people around the exits. Maybe they should have one of those people roaming around the toy/home good sections to make sure people aren't picking apart items there. In all, I've had some great experiences at Burlington locations. This one is not one of them.

I really just looove being stopped when I enter and exit a store with a barrier and a long winded explanation that they are doing it for my safety. Sure thing, one person a piece of thick ribbon are really keeping Burlington safe....all the signs that declare they prosecute shoplifters and large surveillance screens are also super aggressive, and give a we think you are the problem feel. I don't need to feel like a criminal for just walking into your store; I'll be taking my business elsewhere. The dystopian surveillance vibe is not what I'm looking for in my holiday or really any shopping experience.

Store was extreamly messy but they had great stuff so I'll give it a 5 star

Great experience only one cashier working in check out and they had great items everywhere just a store was a little messy

This is the lady who ran & left the job she gets paid to do, to go snatch the blankets & give them to her friends/family.

I have been coming here in hopes to get a Hello Kitty blanket since ive never gotten one here. I work so I could never go during the day or the morning, only on weekends! I went on Sunday and had seen some blankets on hold for the employees, which was completely fine. I had asked if I can get one or if they had more I was told " no, the employees are taking them all" (by an employee). Everyone is entitled to get what they like i guess but why cant we put on hold? However, two girls were complaining to the MALE manager & he ends up giving them FOUR blankets from the back stating there is a lot of Hello Kitty Blanket shipments being processed as we speak & he apolgizes, so to follow him to the stock room. I honestly was upset because I had asked for the blankets and I'm rudely told no but these girls get a large amount of blankets? So I asked to speak to the same male manager however, a female manager came out & after explaining the whole situation she tells me she will give me one to just wait around because she understands the situation is very unfair & to let her process it. I waited two hours inside the store just for her to tell me she's not going to bring them out. TWO HOURS!!! Not 20 minutes.. 10 minutes, one hour but TWO HOURS! I was upset because why didn't she tell me way sooner than keeping me there for hours waiting? So knowing they had a lot in the back, I waited around one more hour in hopes they would bring them out. And as I am exiting the store feeling defeated; to my surprise, they bring them out. * I overheard the security from the bottom floor telling somebody on the phone the blankets are coming out to be ready & that is why I ran back into the stores blanket section. The very nice worker was putting out multiple different Hello Kitty and other character blankets. As i am reaching to grab the Hello Kitty ones that i really wanted and waited hours for, the same security guard runs to the cart and snatches them out in my face looks at me & smirks and gives them to these two girls that were waiting for her behind the isle, and then runs back to front of the store (downstairs) ALL WHILE ON THE CLOCK.. I was in such disbelief of what just happened.. I waited hours and finally, they are inches away from me, my hard work is paying off and the security on the clock literally runs to the blankets grabs them and gives them to the girls she was originally talking to on the phone telling them to come?! Unbelievable! I left the store in literal tears. Till this emffninking about that scenario makes me so sad. I cannot believe that the managers at Burlington even allows stuff like this. I cannot believe that they pick and choose aside from employees who want to give blankets to, mind you I am new to this location I have never gotten anything from here & wow, what a terrible heartbreaking experience.. i lost all hope at this location because unless you either an employee or friends/

The long ass one and only line!
Katherine C.

This store is ridiculous. Only one line for purchases and returns! And one floor is used to ring people up! This is the exact reason I don't like shopping here! Your workers are underpaid, over worked and it shows in their attitude towards the customers! This will be my reminder to not ever shop here again!

My favorite Burlington location, staff is helpful. Cashiers are short sometimes but the merchandise and everything else is great.

Jimmy Hawkins BUYER BEWARE.....SHAME SHAME SHAME on you…read moreRonny Nadel.... I have been a big fan of MacPherson for years...In the '50's I co-starred in the popular Annie Oakley Series (cbs '53 '57). I played Annie's brother "Tagg Oakley". The saddle I rode in the last year of the show was from MacPherson's. Through the years and the changes in ownership they have kept my leather goods in great shape. I have bought my hand made carved belts from them for years. A few weeks ago I went in and introduced myself to the new owner... I asked Mr. Nadel the V.P.(Thats the name on the card he gave me) to carve a new belt for me. I showed him the belt that MacPhersons leather made some years ago and asked what it would cost me to get a new one exactly like the one they made me some years back. Mr. Nadel was very nice and looked the belt over and gave me a quote. I said that would be fine. He measured it and took a pattern. He said it would take a week or so but would cal...l me. He did call and I told him that I was having a new silver tip for my Ranger belt buckle made. When its finished I'll come in and have you put it on. That day was today 12-17-12. WHen I walked in he Was ON THE PHONE SO i SHOT THE BREZZE WITH THE GUYS IN THE BACK ROOM AND ASKED IF THEY HAD A NAIL TO PUT ON THE TIP OF MY OLD BELT. Mr. Nadel CAME OUT AND SHOWED ME THE NEW HAND CARVED LEATHER BELT they made. The workmanship was top notch as always. i POINTED OUT THAT THE DARK BACKGROUND HADN'T BEEN DONE. HE SAID THAT WOULD COST MORE. i TOLD HIM I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND. When I originaly made the deal it was to match the old MacPherson belt. He said he couldn't do that now. It'll be more money. I repeated the story and asked how he could change the price at the last minute. He said he'd have to get more money now. I said that wasn't the deal. He said it'll cost more...in fact, I won't sell it to you at all now. I said this was to be a Christmas gift. He said I won't sell it to you at all. So I left. I've never had any trouble at all with the other owners....But Ronny(Remember....that was the name on the card he gave me) went back on his word........Ronny can't be trusted.... All those years and Ronny got greedy thinking I would pay the extra frieght at the last minute. He got very nasty too. I'll never shop there again. He's seen the last of this reel cowboy. I 'm sure lots of people have been treated very well by Ronny. For me...it was a very bad experience. I apoligize if Allen gave me Ronnie's card instead of his own. Jimmy Hawkins..... Tagg Oakley Gene Autry's Flying A Productions '53 to '58 But GOOD NEWS.. After doing some searching to get a new leather carved belt I found The H & M Leather Shop on Riverside Drive near Victory in Burbank. I met Alberto and showed him the MacPherson belt I wanted copied. He said he could do it and have it to me for my Christmas deadline.... which was in less than a week. Now mind you, I've had a beautiful hand carved Parade saddle made by Ed Bohlin and Various belts, boots, Guitar straps etc. made by Nudies and some hand carved Directors chairs made by Al Shelton. I feel I know a little something about good hand carved leather. Well Alberto at H & M delivered one beautiful hand carved belt as good as any I had made in the past.... And.... at a price much less than what Ronny Nadel had quoted me before he tried to raise the price when I came to pick the belt MacPherson made for me.... So for wonderful workmanship at a very fair price... it's Alberto at H & M... (1-818-970-6491) Turned out that MacPherson and Ronny Nadel did me a favor when he tried to screw me.... I met Alberto....a true leather artist.. Try 'em....you'll have all your leather goods made at H & M. I know I will...alreday sent 2 friends and Alberto is making a new holster for their collection. Another is having a belt like mine made.
