Whoa, how did this place get anything less than 4 stars?!?! First of all, awesome burger. It's not fast, but it's quick, and just a great burger. It's cooked really well on a sourdough bun, super tasty, I think it's grass fed and all that stuff (btw, tangent: Where have we gone as a society that we have to POINT OUT SPECIFICALLY THAT THE MEAT IS GRASS FED!??!). In any case, delish. The fries are perfect, and steak sized, which is how god intended fries to be, and the staff is very cool. This is where the place takes the extra leap for me though. I LOVE the concept. Everytime I stop by this place, I feel like I'm in San Diego or something, just love the wood interiors, cool playlist and sun lit interior. Even the staff feels like they were imported from California (I heard one of the cooks yell La Migra! from the kitchen and take off). Just a great concept, top notch restaruant. The Alpharetta Location is AMAZING!!! The manager Matthew is so helpful! We made the mistake of using GrubHub (and Uber Eats before that) to order our food, which at this point is 3 hours ago (and I have been on hold for over 30 minutes with GrubHub). Although, it is most definitely GrubHub's fault for the lack of food at this point, Matthew has had his kitchen remake our order (over $100) and is having a manager PERSONALLY deliver it to us. He is amazing! Burgerfi is AMAZING, GRUBHUB is horrible! Do not ever use GRUBHUB, they have yet to be able to assist me and I have been on hold for almost an hour. Not to mention it took me literally 12 calls to get through to GrubHub (and Matthew at Burgerfi indicated he, as a restaurant provider, never could get through to them to find out what the problem is, and also indicated, they have problems getting paid from GrubHub. I tried BurgerFi for the first time and really enjoyed it. The burgers are restaurant quality and the onion rings that I subbed out for were huge! The decor of the seating area had a cool modern yet classic feel to it. I have nothing negative to say about the food whatsoever, everything was fresh and tasted great and cooked to order. My only criticism of this place would be that the coke was a bit flat from the fountain drink station (not that big of a deal honestly, it happens) and the prices seemed a bit steep for what I was ordering. If you are looking for a good quality burger spot in Winter Park, BurgerFi is definitely for you. Just make sure to bring a bit more cash than you expect! read more

This is always been my go to location as my parents live near park ave, However tonight Me and a few of my friends stopped by to have dinner, We all ordered the same thing your $10 special, the staff was amazing in the store Was spotless as always! But we all agreed that the meat tasted a little funny and even though my friends stopped eating because they were scared because it actually smelled rotten I continued eating my burger and tonight I am actually paying for it I've been sick all night. This place is a total joke. Rip off is not a good enough term to explain this place. The prices are outrageous and the food is about as non nondescript as you can get. 2 burgers, one hot dog, order of fries and 2 ice creams cost $50.00. What a freaking scam. That said it is the perfect place to woo all of the squares who live in orlando. Make it look hip & cool, put a bunch of wippies "wannabe hippies" in the front of house with cool tattoos & big ear gauges, jack up the prices beyond extortion and BAM-you got the hottest burger joint in town. I love the decor at BugerFi, very modern and fun. The wait can be a bit much which is why I like to go at off times. I can understand the prices, especially since it's right on Park Ave and that is to be expected from any restaurant on the Ave. My only problem is ordering to-go. I guess it's partly my fault bc I like to get in and get out and several times they have gotten my order wrong. Just last week I ordered 2 burgers and a large fry and they forgot to put in one of the burgers they charged me for! This place is always busy. The wait can get frustrating but the food options, toppings, taste, and awesome fries make it worth it. Try going non peak times to enjoy it better. It can be hard to get a table and you'll feel rushed if it's full to give up your seat if you go during the later hours on Friday or Saturday evening. I've tried shake shack and burgerfi is way better in price and toppings. The concrete dessert options are way better too. I appreciate seeing the workers take pride in helping the customers. On my last visit, "Crysta" was very professional and polite while taking care of me and my group both while ordering and in checking on us while we ate our meals. Went for a quick bite to go at around 3 pm. The restaurant was mostly empty. I got the brisket burger which had this horrible thousand island style dressing on it and the fries came out in a greasy bag very under cooked. I ate two and threw them out.
