First of all they had a sign posted that they only take cash, That's very inconvenient. I asked the girl working there where the nearest ATM was and i was told at the gas station. I wasn't very happy about that but I decided to eat there anyway. I ordered the build your own burger with the side of onion rings. The burger was good, the patty reminded me of a Wendy's burger (it just had that taste to it) but the toppings enhanced the flavor. Now the onion rings were AMAZING! I would honestly go back just for that. read more

I find it really weird that they don't have any fresh brewed iced tea. The food was good, but as a non soda drinker, I found it annoying that the only tea you could get was in bottled form. read more

When the GM does stuff he doesn't not have to. We went to BurgerFI for the first time. Good was great !! Wife had ordered wrong. She ordered a burger and did not know why it did not come out like the picture. The GM was very kind in explaining the way she ordered and then bought us a meal. He was doing everything in his power to make to experience exceptional and he succeeded. Just by being himself. You can tell his crew working for him feels the same. Looks like we have our new online ordering establishment. Bravo Joe!!! You did great for your company today by show this family a great experience. read more

Great food coming from California and in and out the burgers are good but the service sucks. They should take a lesson from in and out and they might have something. Employees just want to chat with there friend and not take care of customers. Too bad like the food. Went back and again the service gets worse. Make you wait in line while employees just chat. Terrible service just too bad because the food is great. Area manager should fire the service staff and start over. Have to try another location to see if any better. read more

BurgerFi Weston has wonderful customer service, it was a little hectic since I wanted around 15 minutes for my order but one of the managers he said his name was Sharon he took care of me and my very own guest like we where family! I truly love BurgerFi food is great workers are great! read more

This burger and fry place is fantastic. Got the Burgerfi and was juicy with fresh tomato and lettuce. The frys are unreal. Hanna and Sucre took great care of us and were very patient with me and all my questions. If I lived here it would be a regular for me. Better than Five Guys hands down. read more

We did Take-out from BurgerFi Weston on 10/4/17. I called the order in from the car while enroute. Matthew took our order and he was polite and professional. At one point, my phone dropped the call and he called me right back, before I could call him. When I arrived, Jeff, courteously, double-checked my order for correctness and Matthew brought it over. What a nice smile he has! I offered to tip them and they, nicely, declined but let me know that I could write a review. So, here I am, letting everyone know that these young people give great service and my order was perfect and btw our food was great!! My husband said the strawberry custard milkshake was "the bomb"!!! Thank you, Matthew and Jeff ! read more

My burger and fries were delicious and great service! Will come again! Dominic was very friendly and attentive.

Good food and good service! Dominick and Paola were awesome and I will definitely be coming back.

This was the best burger I ever had! Such a cute place. I enjoyed the food and a beer. Loved it!

Had their vegetarian burger (made from quinoa) and omg! So delicious, packed with flavor! I am a meat eater and I was not missing my meat at all, love this place! read more

Fries are really good but portions can be smaller! Burgers can be improved.

Fast service and good food quality! Fry potatoes are amazing. I love all the variety of burgers.

Came during 12 o clock lunch hour. Only waited around 15 minutes for the food and I got it to go. I got the Burger Fi Burger Single Patty and added cheese. I also added the regular fry. All in all, I would say it was a pretty delicious burger and fry. I could compare it to five guys but obviously Burger Fi is a little more pricey. I would definetly get it again, I just wish it didn't end up being $12 for a burger, fry, and a fountain drink. On the other hand, I do understand with organic foods, it costs a bit more to provide. Keep up the good work guys, food was great! read more

Horrible food! Soggy hamburger with crumbled meat... Dessert smelled rotten Never again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE read more

I love their regular burgers and veggie burger! Wasn't thrilled with the new chicken avocado sandwich. Great service. Oh and try that custard! Its a big portion and very good. read more

Yummy but nothing too special in my opinion...I think it's a little pricey but the concretes are so delicious and workers are cheery/keep the place clean. read more

I honestly love their hamburgers and French fries. I do think that the fries are really at their best when they're cajun spice on them. Also there milkshakes are sweet and delicious; the only possible downside about the place is that after I eat their I don't want to do anything for the rest of the day because I am so full. read more

First time in Burgerfi even though I've heard of them before. A co worker and I decided to go for lunch here and can honestly say u wasn't to much impressed, although I didn't set high standards to begin with in the first places lol. I mean it's just a burger spot, but supposedly according to the reviews a good one at that. So we get there after waiting a significant amount of time to order without a long line and just one person in front us, we finally order to be told they don't accept cash. Now being the kind friend I was treating my co worker to lunch but didn't drive and have my wallet on me, but I had cash. I was told they don't accept cash so I had the blackest look on my face like oh well your lost not mines I guess we can get our food then because I only have cash. So she then after going back n forth several times gets someone to open their register just to take my order, then on top of that there was no ice in the soda machines at all, and to top it all off we waited about 20 mins for our food when there was no one else waiting or no line at all smh. Most likely won't be here again by choice at least, because there not much to eat around where I work. (Rick Case VW) read more

We had a wonderful experience with an associate named Mitch. Our order came out incorrectly and before we could even say anything Mitch noticed our conversation and immediately came over to assist. He was super kind and attentive and came back to check on us after he delivered the corrected order. He deserves a raise or promotion for how good he is at customer service. He gave a lot of effort to make sure we were happy customers! read more

Obsessed. My boyfriend noticed the massive billboard BurgerFi put up on 595 West bound, that sparked our interest to check them out! Healthy & tasty burgers! This has become my new 'fix' when I'm craving a burger. I haven't changed my menu choice, but don't need to; the BurgerFi Cheeseburger is excellent paired with the Cajun french fries! read more

Amazing, but dont get the cri-fi just go with straight up onion rings. I was not happy with the drink I got so they hooked me up with a free ice tea. Great service, good burger. Electric environment. read more

After a vocal welcome from the entire counter and cooking staff, I devoured a delicious cheeseburger, fries, and thick vanilla custard shake, and am glad to report that this new branch of BurgerFi more than lives up to expectations. I went to this BurgerFi a couple minutes ago and I was completely fascinated. The restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing with a modern look and amazing food. On top of that, the environment is so refreshing and friendly due to the amazing staff. In particular, I had the pleasure of being served by Paola. Her professional, energetic and attentive aura made our experience here a thousand times better. read more

I was very impressed with my 1st visit to Burger fi in Weston Fla. I had never been there before and didn't really know what to order. The young lady, Hanna, that took my order was very patient as I decided what to order. She recommended the Burgerfi Cheeseburger with bacon. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the burger and service. I definitely recommend a visit to Burgerfi in Weston. We saw this new burger place in Weston and pulled in to give it a try. The entire family loved the food. I ordered a BurgerFi burger and it was the best burger I have ever eaten. The ambiance was great and the service was fantastic! read more

Waited 25 minutes, to find out they forgot my order. Had to catch a flight so asked for a refund, left to realize that she only refunded me $2.65, not sure how she managed that. The staff there is young, they need supervision, the manager was no where to be found. They were not busy at all!! The truth is you get a mediocre burger and fries for $15 along with terrible service. There are better options! read more

Horrible service. I only go back because they have good burgers, albeit overpriced. Anyway, literally every single time I have come here (either for a called in pick up order or for dining in) they have always been really late with my orders. They're sluggish even on days that aren't busy. Not worth it anymore. read more

Sara provides great service to the public! Always attentive with customers and willing to help by suggesting great options from the menu.

Best burgers in town, this time the turn was for the conflicted burger and some onion rings, along with a longboard island lager beer! Absolutely, the best pair! For my wife, the lettuce cheeseburger and some custard at the end, and a happy wife is a happy life they said. Perfect night for a cheat meal! Defined coming back!!! Thanks Mitch for the service and the test of the crew! read more

Great burgers with great service. I'll be coming back more often. The worker hanna was exceptional and satisfied my order. I'm very happy.
