I witnessed a very bad attitude from Joe or Joel who says he is the owner of the store. Mistreated and Uber eats guy that was there to pick up an order. Made him wait over 10min just to throw him out of the store and telling him the order was going to be cancelled and to never return to the store. To me, it seems that it was discrimination because the Uber was was not very fluent in English. I felt so bad for the guy that I called to make a complaint and "Joe" was trying to change the story to make himself look like the victim....#notodiscrimination read more

I placed my order at 1:12 over the phone and was told to be there to n 15 minutes. I was at the store and it was 1:57 and no food. They had no even finished cooking my food and the best part after I had asked. Several times for my order. The answer I received was "oh we mixed up your order with someone else" 45 minutes spent for nothing. When I asked for a refund because I was going to continue waiting they were bothered with me because the food almost done. Really? This is unacceptable. I will not be returning the B this location read more

Burgers were very good, although a bit overpriced. I would love to enjoy another burger however, I had terrible customer service. There was a girl with glasses at the register named Mia who had a very bad attitude, which completely ruined my experience. I asked for a custard and as she was serving it on the cup, I asked her if I could change it to a custard shake instead. She rolled her eyes with a bad attitude and went on to make me the shake like she didn't want to do it. If someone makes me something with a bad attitude there is very little chance that I'm going to enjoy it. Overall, burgers are good, fries are tasty, but the unfriendly and unwelcoming customer service makes me never want to go back. They are paying this girl to work there and she's just driving customers away. what a shame. read more

Very good burger place. Nice service.Their concrete (ice cream really good!! I had the "Oh my chocolate" one

I do not see what is so amazing about the burgers here. They are good, but nothing to write home about. The establishment is nice and clean. The fries are good, crispy, but the burger itself needs to real flavor. I too used some BurgerFI sauce which I guess helped. I mean I will not go out of my way to come here again. read more

The decor is very cool, not fast food like at all. I wish the burgers on the menu weren't all double burgers because that leads to having to create your own. Reminds me of Elevation Burger except it is a tad nicer. The Coke machine is definitely a plus...turns your meal into fun trying all the different flavors. read more

Yummy burgers. The best way to eat their fries is well done cajun style. They can be a hot or miss. Sometimes they are soft and not crispy enough or crispy without being too burnt. The concretes are good too read more

I had high hopes. After all. Everybody Raves about BurgerFi. I opted not to pay Three and a half bucks for a small french fries so I got just a BurgerFi burger with bacon and a small fountain drink. It came to $11 with tax. The Burger was just "average". I couldn't even detect the special "BurgerFi" sauce. Not worth the money!! read more

Absolutely love their burgers and the new urban fries are amazing! The location is very convenient and the service was great! Kayla and Anthony read more

Amazing burgers and fries, although slightly pricey compared to other burger joints. I had the all day breakfast burger(which was one of the better burgers I've had in the past couple years) and I shared a large fries with my family(great deal for fries, it was like a bucket full), so the deal on the fries makes up for the price of the burgers. I would recommend this if you need some food for less than crazy price. Also, the aesthetic of the restaurant is really nice, perfect mix of old school and modern architecture. read more

Delicious burgers are easy to come by these days, but the most impressive part of this location is the hardworking gentleman at register, Isiah. He was handling the lunch rush today like it was no sweat, you could imagine the amount of people but he was all over the spot helping everybody. This dude had great customer service skills, definitely management material. Cool, calm, and patient this guy has a bright future and I'm glad our paths crossed. read more

Attack of the new burger restaurants! Apparently this is the new wave of cool places to go, so we had to check it out. I was not super impressed. The staff was standard of any fast food type place. I swear I'm not a cranky old lady, but I couldn't read the dang menu while we were waiting in line because it printed in tiny type on the wall above the cashier's head. If they had printed that sucker a bit bigger it would probably keep their line moving at little faster. Ah well. Ambiance was not the name of the game here anyway, it's just fancy Burger King. I must say I am fascinated by the new Coke fountain machines with a billion choices, of course Burger Fi has 2 to serve you all the pop you want. The burger itself was great and juicy and the fries were hot and crispy. By far the best part of the meal was the Key Lime custard thing we got for dessert. It was highly recommended by some friends who are regulars here. All in all if you're craving a great burger and a custard dessert head to Burger Fi. Next time I'm feeling for a burger and fries I'll probably still go to Five Guys though... read more

I wanted to really enjoy this burger place as it is close to my house and I have heard good reviews, but sadly it was just so so. To start with everything was very greasy, we had the fries, onion rings, and cheese burgers. The buns were too small for the burgers and they were deformed and wrinkled, as if they were in a plastic bag too long. My fries were pretty good and the gentleman sitting next table over had a hotdog that looked pretty good. read more

Hands down best burgers in town never disappointed, prompt service and very clean place. Their soda fountain has a lot of different options and the onion rings are yummy and huge. Been there multiple times and will go back to try other things on the menu. read more

Underwhelmed by my $10.49 burger and $3.00 fries. Had to check out the hype. Good tasting, but did not live up to hype

I really enjoyed Burgerfi. This was the first time i have ever been and the service was great. I had a double burger and fries both were very tasty and very flavorful. I have seen these chains around the country and finally made it to one and really enjoyed it. I will be returning. read more

Great experience! Mitch was very attentive and made sure everything went just fine. Burgers were great , serving of fries generous as usual. I havent been to this location in 3 years and im really happy with how great the customer service has gotten. Will definitely come back! read more

Excellent service from the people supporting their customers. In particular Jeff who is patient and very customer oriented, he goes above and beyond what is expected. He is focused in delighting the customers. Food is great. read more

Very good burger And fries. Unique specialty burgers and dogs. Got a little pricey though.... more than $10 a person.

Mitch is awesome!!!! He was all over the restaurant making sure everyone had what they needed and keeping everything clean. I needed sauce and he suggested they bring it to my table (he was taking care of something else so he didn't do it) and it just made it a great experience! read more

Really good burgers and onion rings. Justine and Julie were so helpful helping us choose the right beer!

These are awesome burgers. They will lettuce wrap them for you if you need to be gluten free AND the fries are not fried with any other breaded items so they can be enjoyed also. This is my favorite post work out nosh. read more

We usually come here with the family after work if we're feeling like a burger. The cashier is always really friendly and the manager is always circulating and making sure the customers are happy. I love the doors that stay open in the front to let fresh air in and the burgers are quality. They also have the cool Coca Cola machine that has a million different soda combinations. It's a little pricey, but totally worth it and the portions are pretty big. read more

Excellent burgers, and even better staff. My family and I thouroughly enjoyed our burgers. Thanks Mitch!

During my experience dining at BurgerFi, I was greeted by Jada and Julie. These two employees showed exceptional hospitality. The food was brought out pretty quickly and the burgers were delicious. I would recommend BurgerFi to my friends and family. read more

I am not sure what happened to BurgerFi. It used to taste so fresh, juicy and not so heavy like other burgers. But lately it is not so good. I will try other locations because this one in Weston is not like the ones I had in Orlando. Now I go to Shake Shack Firt Lauderdale only. Must have! Milkshakes are awesome!!!! read more

Fresh double cheese burger wrapped in lettuce was delicious. Tasty fries and the onion rings are huge! Overall a very nice experience with a friendly staff. read more

Wish there were healthful options between a beef burger and veggie burger, like a turkey burger or something. Also, outdoor seating is only on weekends FYI. Good thing there was a bench at a closed neighboring business where the dog could hang with us while eating. read more

Burgers and fries are good. But coming here at noon for lunch break is hard. Long line and food takes awhile. Only 1 cashier on during busy lunch. Need more employes on and my lunch break would be so much nicer :) read more

Ok- so BurgerFi is pretty good. BUT... Minus 2 star for non bussed tables. And minus another star for delivering my shake 5 minutes AFTER my meal. The good news is that the burgers are delicious! I would comeback but probably phone ahead take out. read more

High prices for a burger. Pleasant service. Long wait for the food. It was a very tasty burger and onion rings

Dominic rocks. I would recommend BurgerFi for a casual family evening. We enjoyed ourselves very much!!

Ruby, Anthony and Julie were AMAZING!! Awesome customer service!! Will be back!! French fries & burgers are delicious! Loved the onion rings too. read more

This pick up experience was just awful. I ordered three burgers, a hot dog and fries. I ordered one burger with add on items. After getting back home I noticed they had just stuffed the burger with the add ons and left out everything else (lettuce, tomato, sauce etc) that were supposed be in the burger. I called back and the person on the phone was just incapable to even form proper sentences - no apologies, no solutions - and then while I'm waiting for him to reply, he hungs up on me! Food was mediocre as well: hotdog bun was burned and the sausage was so hard you couldn't even take a bite. We threw it away. My hamburger (as mentioned) was lacking ingredients and the third one was soaked in grease. read more

Hands down my favorite burger place in Weston, never fails to disappoint! The fries are super crispy and made to perfection. Servers are always nice and helpful, shout-out to Julie for the great service! read more

Incredible hamburgers, with delicious meat. The service is fabulous. Friendly people. And paper straws! Environment friendly!!

Enjoying the Weston BurgerFi, Dominick & Maria very friendly & a pleasure to deal with!

Burgers are great. Used to go to a competitor (ends with 21) but the burgers here are better imho. Really love their plain fries and BurgerFi sauce. The vanilla shake was good. Ordered online twice so far and they are quick. 10 minutes for my pickup order to be ready. Make sure they don't forget your drinks and/or shakes as I've had my items almost forgotten at pickup. Place is clean and ambience is great. Staff is very attentive. read more

We went there last night burgers and fries very greasy !!! Staff was friendly and nice, the food was over priced for greasy food and well well done meat !!!! I have gone to one of there other stores and it was good but this one needs help to make it in Weston there are plenty of other places better food and not as pricey. read more
