Don't be afraid of that garlic sauce, it's not overly garlicky at all :) The hamburgers were cooked to perfection and all the toppings were delicious! Bravo to the chef! One thing about me: I'm absolutely obsessed with Peruvian cuisine. Unfortunately, this place completely missed the mark. The service was terrible from the start. They use electronic tablets as menus, but mine was dead. I had to wait nearly 10 minutes just to get someone's attention and receive a replacement. That's just the beginning. My food arrived before my drinks, and I had to repeatedly ask for a bottle of water and a spoon. I ordered the chaufa, and it was incredibly oily. It didn't even have the proper color or flavor you'd expect from a good Peruvian fried rice. I would've taken a photo, but by that point we had already waited so long that I just wanted to eat. To make matters worse, the dish was mostly rice with maybe 10 pieces of chicken scattered throughout. I left half of it untouched. I also ordered ceviche and specifically wanted shrimp and fish. Instead, they brought me fish only and somehow upsold me to a different fish that I never asked for. Of course, I didn't find that out until the bill arrived. Overall, it was overpriced, disappointing, and nowhere near worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and spend your hard-earned money somewhere else.
