I've been looking for an authentic taco spot in Broward. I finally found it here ! Came in for unlimited tacos (Tuesday -dine in only) for 16.99 . Place is super casual. Good service. Delicious mouth watering flavors and self served drinks. It's like chipotle but taco style . There are other things on the menu that you can order to go

I must say that this was one of the small taco joints which blew our mind. They have around six selections of different meats with their corn tacos. They're super fast usually you get it while you're ordering stuff itself just like a chipotle, but they have very authentic way of making their meats. We ordered a bunch of stuff and it was outstanding. They were running beer specials two dollar per beer where nachos and queso was amazing. I could really see how authentic it tasted. Their El Pastor tacos were amazing and they had three different varieties of chicken tacos mild medium and hot. I got all of them. It was great. We also got meat over rice, which was amazing as well. Their service was super fast. You can say that there's a lot of people who come here very often. They have a very dive bar kind of a vibe pretty cool, small seating, quick and quick out kind of a place but since we went in the afternoon, it wasn't very busy and we actually spent a lot of time there. I recommend anyone who was around this area to go to this place because there's also another place just next to this one which is a Mexican restaurant as well but that's more kind of like a TexMex.

Davie taco bar has been a hitting gem since I can remember. Before I could drive I remember my uncle taking me here telling me it's the best authentic Mexican taco shop. That was over 10 years ago and I still have not found better. The staff is great, the decor is adorable. You can't go wrong go Tuesday. The food is always so delicious!!!!

Came here as a recommendation. Place is Chipotle style where you order what you want (tacos burrito etc..) then pick your protein and toppings. I got two birria tacos with chips and guac/side of queso dip and my girlfriend got 3 tacos and churros. We both got fountain drinks. It all came out to be around 50 dollars. The food was great (aside from the chips - they were stale) but it's hard to get over the fact of the price. I eat a lot of tacos and there's plenty of places where you can get the same amount of food for much cheaper. The price is the only reason for the 4 star review. Otherwise the place is great. Service was super nice as well and patient. And not something I usually review but the bathrooms here are really clean as well. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but if I was around the area and have a heavy wallet, I would.

We ordered three steak tacos, chips and guac, and elote. The elote was okay and it was buy one get one free on uber eats. The steak tacos were bland, the chips were very hard, like too hard to eat. The guac was okay but did not make up for the rest of the meal. Would not reorder

The food and service at Davie Taco Bar was absolutely tremendous. This is just a no frills strip mall restaurant with cold A/C that serves delicious tacos. My family ordered the nachos and the barbacoa tacos and all four of us were pleasantly surprised by how great the food was. The area we were in gave us a little bit of a creepy vibe, but don't let that deter you from going here to get their outstanding food, just make sure you bring a buddy!

    Tacos. 1 pork, 1 steak, 1 pork.

I ordered 3 tacos and a coke. $17 The flour tacos were cold. They put about a tablespoon of meat on it and small portions of toppings. I took a bite from each taco because I got 3 different meats and they were disgusting. So I threw it out and took my 17$ coke with me. This place was sooo much better when it was Agave. New owners but definitely not the same food or portions.

The Tacos look great but I have had better. I didn't know what to expect from this place. I was feeling for Tacos and I came across Davie Taco Bar. The pics looked great so I decided to give it a try. I met my friend Dedra D. and we shared a taco platter. I ordered 1 beef, 1 pork, and 1 mixed with beef and pork. The set up is similar to Chipotle. They have the meats, veggies, and toppings laid out in warming tins. You get to pick and choose how you would like to build your taco. I built mines to my liking with Cilantro, onions, jalenpeno, avocado, lettuce, Pico, cheese, and spicy salsa. The taco looked amazing and I couldn't wait to dig in. Unfortunately, when I did dig in the meat was cold and lacked authentic flavors. It was pretty disappointing. I left highly disappointed and truly would never return. The restaurant is pretty spacious and can hold large groups. They are located in a strip mall with lots of parking. The staff was friendly. They need to figure out how to keep the food on display hot and ready to serve. Serving cold rubbery steak is not a pleasant surprise.

I asked for corn instead of flour for my tacos. Terribly packaged and the tacos completely destroys itself one picked up.

Decided to ordered tacos from here for pick up and when i got there i was told that my name was weird and that's a sorry excuse for guest service. Then when i got home to open my food. They used flour instead of corn tortillas for my tacos. Not only do they said that my name is weird. But they can't read i guess. Sorry excuse for a taco spot and ill never recommend this place to anyone

The ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. That said, it felt like the restaurant was a bit understaffed for the evening. It seemed like there was only one waitress handling the entire dining room, which did cause some delays in service at times. Overall, my party was fairly happy with the experience. My chicken fajitas were very well prepared and packed with great flavor. Unfortunately, my spouse's ribeye was a bit underwhelming--the marbling was excessive, which affected the overall quality. On a positive note, the margaritas were well made and enjoyable. I'm giving it a solid rating because I'd love to see a small business like this succeed, but in all honesty, it felt closer to a 3.5-star experience.

The decor remains a win. Bright, festive, and exactly what you want from a neighborhood Mexican spot. Our server was friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant -- no complaints there. The food, though... felt like an off day. It took quite a while to arrive, especially considering the restaurant wasn't busy. And when it did hit the table, it was lukewarm. Not cold, not terrible -- just not what you hope for when you're excited and hungry. We ate it without making a fuss (we're not "send it back three times" people), but it definitely didn't match the quality of our first visit. The flavors weren't popping the way I remembered. That said -- here's where I land. Every restaurant has an off day. Kitchens get slammed, timing gets off, things happen. My first experience was strong enough that I'm willing to chalk this up to one of those days. I believe in second chances. I believe in supporting local businesses. And I'll be back -- because when they're on, they're good. Consider this a hopeful 3.5-to-4 star mindset with optimism for round three.

We ordered steak tacos (listed as one of the favorites), quesabirria, spicy margarita and the limonada de mango biche. The drinks were good but the food was okay. The quesabirria was better than the tacos, but the birria sauce just looked and tasted like oily water. The steak tacos are a favorite, but was unfortunately not mine. The steak was chewy and you weren't able to taste the truffle chimichurri. The tacos were also filled with oil. We gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought it may be some sort of sauce but confirmed that it was indeed oil when it started dripping out of the taco. We placed paper napkins on the tray and it absorbed the oil but there was still a lot in the tacos. I didn't notice it at first when I took the picture, but you are able to see the oil in the tacos and the tray...there was a lot! Maybe a little salty, but even though they were super yummy sauces on the table I didn't need to use any of them but I got sidetracked by her need for a key. The ambience was comfortable, casual, well lit and simple. Camilo took great care of us and answered all of our questions. We left completely stuffed and very happy. If I had to Nick pick, I would say that the lack of liquor license deter us from drinking like we wanted to and I wish I didn't have to ask if the margarita was wine based because we almost ordered it and I'm glad we didn't now that I know.
