We came here on the weekend just before dinner hours and we were able to be seated right away and we had a server who was very friendly at our table without having to wait too long and he was ready to take our drink orders and he was always available. The atmosphere here is standard for Chilies. It is open with comfortable seating and the restaurant and the bathrooms were clean. We ordered their fajitas that came out without having to wait too long. The food wasn't over seasoned and tasted good. We also had their chips salsa but we were not happy with that. The salsa was very watery and the chips were with a lot of oil. When it came time to pay they have a device on the table that you can conveniently pay when you are ready without asking for your bill. This place is a very good and popular family restaurant with reasonable prices but nothing special. The noise levels are perfect for conversations. Heard they have "big meal deal" and since I was close by, I decided to give them a try. It was great! You get to pick three items for 10.99. I had the side house salad, big QP burger -comes with a side, I chose fries- and a fountain drink. My server was super friendly and helped me with the menu (since I had a few questions!). I ordered the chicken fajitas. I ordered these years ago when I would come here a lot. These were tasty. The chicken was flavored nicely. Their guacamole is never good but the rest of the toppings i liked. My friend enjoyed her side salad, Coke, very big Old Timer cheeseburger and fries. All for $10.99 before taxes and tip. That is a fantastic deal. She really liked it too. She said there were some very wilted pieces of lettuce at the bottom of the dish but she still enjoyed the rest of the salad. Been to this Chilis in Weston many times and the food is consistent with other corporate locations. I always sit at the bar and get the one-on-one with the different bartenders. The chips and salsa is a must with a cold beer. The burgers with fries are good but not huge for the price. They do offer two pick up parking spaces next to the side door. My only negative with this Chilis location is the very tight parking lot that surrounds the free standing building. There is other free parking but it also gets very crowded due to other nearby businesses. read more

It's been a minute since we came to this location in Weston. Our usual one is in Sunrise but our experience was so good that we might make this one our new favorite Chili's! We were a party of three this time and skipped the appetizers. While we glanced at the drink menu, the frozen red sangria jumped out of the page! This is my new favorite drink now. It's a tropical smoothie 2.0! My yum-filling BBQ brisket burger with cheddar cheese, pickles, and coleslaw was superb! And the others really liked their chicken quesadillas and Cajun pasta with chicken & shrimp, Alfredo sauce, chile spices, Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, and green onions. The service was great! I generally have a good view on this chilis considering I have been here many times and never once had a bad experience. However, I went with six other people today, my family and three friends, and it was awful. Originally we were sat at a very tight table that wasn't meant for seven people and once asked to move, they kindly directed us to a bigger booth. Our server, Jordan got half of our order wrong. We were given the entirely wrong meal for one of our friends (kids pasta instead of Cajun pasta, served with chicken instead of the requested shrimp), the wrong sauces (asked for buffalo ranch and was given two ranch), boneless instead of bone-in wings with the wrong sauce, drinks were rudely given to us with no clarification which ones were Coke and Diet Coke, and generally just bad service all around. My family and a few friends decided to come to celebrate a recent accomplishment we made together. We got sat and everything was fine we did change seats to a more comfortable area and stayed there. Our server came out and he was absolutely incompetent, he came and stared at us for a second as if he was waiting for us to notice him instead of asking if we wanted drink. The woman that brought out our drinks just kinda slammed them onto the table in one corner and didn't tell us what was what, this was especially annoying because we had gotten a Diet Coke and a regular coke and you can't tell the difference so we had to do a taste test. After that the drinks came and we ordered our food and thought everything was fine until the food actually arrived almost everything was wrong. My sauced mozz was meant to be Nashville hot but instead it was regular with the sauce on the side even though usually it was completely covered in the sauce. My friend got the Cajun pasta with shrimp she was given the kids pasta and we told them that was not what we had ordered so they took it back and replaced it but they gave us a Cajun pasta with chicken instead of shrimp. My brother got a triple dipper with the sauced mozz, bone in chicken, and chicken tenders with buffalo ranch and normal ranch. When it did come he got boneless chicken and two ranches and a buffalo sauce then my brother asked the server for two plates and he only gave one we had to ask again. When providing a box to wrap up the leftovers she did not provide a bag which should be standard. When she picked up the cash to pay the check she did not say what denomination bill she was taking the money out of which can frequently lead to miscommunications. Especially had she been picking up money from other tables. She might have confused the denomination we gave her. Standard practices to say out of 100 for example. When bringing the change out of 100 she did not bring back the proper change. She or Chili's I'm not sure which does not give you any coins. Even if you are due close to a full dollar they just don't give it to you they keep it. This seems and unscrupulous policy . This Corporation universally apparently also suggests tips on the check which are based on the after-tax total not the before tax total. We like the food. But not the price gouging or service. They hire employees but do not train them. If you have a pulse they'll hire you and they will figure out how to wait tables and serve food even if it's substandard. The food is good. But the restaurant calculates the suggested tip/ gratuities to their servers after they add 7% tax to your bill. So whatever amount of tip you add you are paying approximately 5% more than what you think you are. Customers should not have to tip on the state tax amount. It's a deceptive business practice. I imagine there will be a class action lawsuit on this one day. Just be aware that you should calculate your own tip on the purchase made not including the tax. read more

Since they've made some changes to their menu, they've been a little better but it always boils down to which location you go to and what type of service you receive from your waiter. This particular location in Weston was fairly decent. The food didn't take too long to come out, tasted fine for the most part, and most importantly the bartender has a heavy hand ;) I deducted two stars was because one of the dishes we order, the chicken pasta, was cold and seemed like it was sitting for a quite a while. The other reason was because it took a while for our waitress to come check on us. Other than those two things, this Chili's location seems to be better than others. I have to say the drinks were amazing tonight , and by amazing I mean super strong which is just how I like them! That's a chips and salsa what you always great, light and crispy in the salsa has just the right amount of spice to it. I had the chicken and bacon quesadilla, pretty basic fare at Chilis and it had the perfect amount of cheese, bacon and chicken and it was actually pretty tasty. I was pleasantly surprised with how good our food was! Why you ask?! Well sometimes food chains aren't consistent with their dishes. This experience was definitely a great one. We went in late- like 9:30 pm. The restaurant was pretty busy for an evening. Our server was really friendly and answered any questions or requests we had. My son ordered the quesadilla explosion salad- and DEMOLISHED it! He has been talking about it ever since. My daughter got the fried chicken sandwich. That thing is massive! You can share it and both be full! I got the chicken soup (not tortilla, but the other one). It's delicious! Filled with hominy, chicken, and other yummy and filling veggies. We took a 15 minute drive from our house and arrived at 7:00pm excitedly to have our meals. We were greeted by the host and was sat at a table. We noticed it was not busy (3 tables) so we felt more excited that we would receive our food fairly quickly. 5 minutes pass and we see 2 servers following up with their tables and goes back to the kitchen without even acknowledging us. The shrink-flation has officially hit this Chili's. I ordered the plate that allows you to pick two which one of them was the chicken crispers (chicken tenders). The crispers were small, not great looking, and only brought four small pieces. The plates look sad and do not have the same amount of food as it used to. The quality of the food has decreased greatly, even for the baby back ribs which used to be a safe item here. We have visited this Chili's before and had no complains, but this time we were very disappointed. read more

Decided to grab lunch here with family since we haven't had it in awhile. D was our server and he was very nice with the drink recommendations. I first had a jack daniel margarita which was delicious. I never knew a mix of jack daniels and tequila would actually taste amazing. We ordered the 25$ for 2 and got the cheese fries, chicken fajitas, and the Cajun chicken pasta. My cousin got the triple dipper (sliders, onion petals, and southwest egg rolls) since we sat the bar and signed into our chili app we got chips and salsa for free. The Cajun chicken pasta was good it was one of my go to when I come to chili's. My cousins dish was good as well but we were not a fan of the onion petals. The chicken fajitas were delicious as well. "Nope, not happening ma'" Seems outlandish to say, but their spinach and artichoke dip is by far the best I have ever had. No other has been able to come to par. Its creamy, salty, savory, perfect ratio of cheese to spinach to artichoke. And its the ONLY reason why I have dined at Chili's. Everything on their menu is basically convenience if you don't want to cook, nothing memorable. Its now called the white spinach queso dip; spinach with melted cheddar and Monterey jack cheese, queso fresco, with cilantro and pico de gallo on top, a small sphere of guac placed inside like a boulder. The spinach was not spread out evenly throughout the skillet, it was literally sinked to the bottom, smacked down in the middle, and portion of it was about 5-chip-dunks. It was pretty pathetic. And there is a strong hint of jalapeños through out the entire dip, and they don't state that in the menu. Whaaaaa? I'm not favorable on spicy so this deff didn't sit well with me (no pun intended). Whither didst thee wend big chunks of artichoke? My heart cannot beat without thee. The business overall, I have never had a problem with service, which is why I'm scratching my head at a lot of these reviews that say otherwise. All the servers work super hard for their tips, the food always prepared in a timely manner, even in a full house, and I do like how you can now pay your bill by the "computer" at your table (and even reorder drinks). read more
