Very good experience here. The ribs were giving flannigans a serious run for their money and the service was blazing fast. The place was clean and nicely appointed and the server was exceptional. I will be back.

This location can be hit or miss as far as service goes. Usually it starts off strong and then the server disappears at the end of the meal. The restaurant itself is large and clean. Food for the most part is great. We have had mostly good meals here with the occasional "off" night. We really like that it's priced fairly and you get a large portion. Hard to come by these days. Their buffalo chicken wrap is my favorite!

It was just me i was sat in a booth which i asked for it. Greg was my server he was great. The food was good. Salmon with rice and two sides orders. I did broccoli and cheese and mashed potatoes it was good. I had an ice tea told him unsweetened but to put a bit of watermelon sweetener. I had no dessert because I was too full. Everything was good and tasty. Highly recommend this location. I have been to the one in kendall down south and the food is not that good. Differently will come back to one location in Pembroke pines.

Service was good at the bar. Bartender was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly. It tasted good but the chicken pot pie was very overly salted. Some of the chicken pieces also had ligament pieces. There was plenty of seating and the restaurant was clean.

Came or the first time for dinner I had been to a Cheddars in Mississippi and was very happy to see one here in Fl and it did not disappoint. The service we received from being seated by the hostess to being served by out server was exceptional. The restaurant very clean and the vibe very family oriented . We were served complementary honey butter croissant which were amazingly delicious. We started with cocktails we were recommended the special watermelon margarita mt daughter had hers on the rocks I had the frozen very big serving and a phenomenal price.. We ordered for diner the bourbon salmon and shrimp. and the Rack of ribs which the meat fell off the bone and seasoned and cooked perfectly For the boys we ordered the chicken tender and fries platter and the 6 ounce sirloin which was perfectly cooked. The dessert, was also amazing we ordered the chocolate cake and the apple pie with a scoop of ice cream on the side. both of the desserts were very good. I was taken back when the bill came as the prices are amazing for the portions and amount of food we ordered, you cant beat that for a great experience. much better than most restaurant around. I will definitely recommend and I will come be back to try the other items in the menu.

We did not have the best experience. I took my father to Cheddars for lunch. The only reason I gave this 2 stars was because they had technology that let us pay our check on the device at the table. We ordered a Monte Crisco sandwich and an order of onion rings. The food was terrible. They over fried the rings and the sandwich in old oil. We showed one of the managers our meal and he agreed and said he would talk to kitchen. We never saw him again. We showed and told our waiter our food and he said he was sorry for the way our food came out. The staff never offered to make our order right. Now for my pet peeve, my ice tea glass was empty the entire meal, and the waiter never came back to fill it. Poor service, overcooked food, and not an appropriate response to our complaint. The restaurant was clean and not too loud. I do not see myself going back anytime soon. This was not the experience we were expecting.

Came here for the first time for a pre Mother's Day dinner and I was not disappointed. First the service from the hostess to our server was excellent. The restaurant does have a chain restaurant vibe but very open and clean. The complementary honey butter croissant was delicious. To start we had the special watermelon margarita on the rocks which was only $6 !! Big cup very yummy. For diner I had the bourbon salmon and shrimp. I'm very happy that the bourbon sauce was put on the side as it was very spicy so I only put a little bit on my food. Everything on my plate was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. My mom had the barbecue ribs which the really fell off the bone and she mentioned that they were also well seasoned and perfect. My oldest had the chicken tender and fries platter which again he enjoyed I tried them and they were not overly salty. And my little one had the 6 ounce sirloin which again I ordered the medium well and it was perfectly cooked. For dessert, we both had the chocolate cake as well as the apple fritter both the desserts were very yummy. I was completely shocked when I saw the bill since with everything it was very economical and I would say cheaper than dinner at Denny's and the quality was better than you every day chain restaurant. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.

Cheddar's is a chain of American comfort food restaurants based in Irving, Texas. It was founded in 1979 in Arlington, Texas by Aubrey Good and Doug Rogers. The couple asked a fifth grade for restaurant named suggestions and they came up with Cheddar's. Today the chain is owned by Darden Restaurants and they have grown to over 180 locations in 28 states, many in the south and Midwest. I have been a Cheddar's fan ever since I discovered the chain 20 years ago in Georgia. When I got back to Florida I was a regular customer of the Tamarac location until they sadly closed during Covid. I had a lot of great Cheddar's memories including coming here after church with my daughter to enjoy their ribs. The two Cheddar's menu items I absolutely crave are the broccoli cheese casserole and the honey butter croissants. The rest of the menu is quite large with many chicken, fish, beef, salad, and pasta entrees. They have a full bar with lots of tasty drinks and cocktails. The chicken pot pie is another favorite and you can never go wrong with the skillet chocolate chip cookie brought out to your table warm with vanilla ice cream. Reminiscing about how much I missed the food here, I decided to get lunch on a day I had off from school from the Cheddar's Pembroke Pines location. The restaurant is close to I-75 and Pines Blvd making it easy to reach. Unfortunately I wasn't going to make it in time for the lunch specials so I just ordered it online. The process could not have been easier. I just picked out what I wanted and when the food was ready they texted me a link to check in. After I arrived I checked in, let them know my parking spot number, and they brought it out. Kathy even called me to see if I needed help when I was running a few minutes late. For $10 I got their delicious chicken pot pie with chunks of white meat chicken, peas, and carrots in a flavorful gravy and topped with a layer of puff pastry. My meal also included a side and of course I picked the broccoli cheese casserole and they even added a honey butter croissant. Everything was as wonderful as I remembered. The food at Cheddar's is delicious and a good value for your money. Whether you are enjoying your meal in their inviting brick and wood dining room or taking it to go, Cheddar's is a place for reliable, comforting food without spending a fortune.

I've driven by Cheddar's a few times but never actually treated myself to a visit inside. Until now! Cheddar's is a great place to come to if you're looking for good bites at an even better price. I got the 6oz sirloin with grilled shrimp combo, which comes with 2 sides (I got the steamed broccoli and baked potato). The steak was cooked just how I like it and the grilled shrimp were delicious and flavorful. The broccoli was delicious too, as was the baked potato which you can't go wrong with. On top of this, you get Cheddar's famous croissants to start, which is topped with a sweet honey butter. Our server was newly trained yet delivered friendly and fantastic service. All in all, Cheddar's is a real treat that you shouldn't wait any longer to try.

This Cheddar's is on the corner of Dykes & Pines Blvd, in the same plaza as the Crunch gym. I always pass by as this is my go-to gym and make a note to eat one day and finally got to during a dinner with a friend. It was pouring rain and the staff was super friendly and welcoming as we came in. We got seated right away and our server was fairly attentive. I think he was on the younger side as he didn't know much about if they had certain drinks or what certain beers were. They serve croissants with bread as their starters that comes to every table and this is definitely different. I'm not used to having croissants as a starter, only used to having them as a breakfast pastry or dessert so, again, very different. I ordered the chicken alfredo and my friend got the steak. As far as dinner goes, definitely pretty normal for restaurants like this. Nothing stood out but it was pretty good. The server did forget our drinks for a bit, noticing that our food came out before drafts or bottled beers but that's okay. Overall, a pretty good spot if you're looking for a normal dinner with friends or family. It's also in a pretty good location but parking is shared with the gym and the rest of the plaza's businesses.

As the place was empty and two women working were talking at the bar I walked in and went to sit. One of the women asked if I was with the group and then told me I needed to wait to be seated. It was awkward. It was a bit rude. Most times it's not what you say, but how you say it. Maybe it's just me, but the waitress immediately informed me that three items weren't available, including biscuits and cornbread of some sort. As a first-timer, it was weird. Fortunately, everything got better from there. My first meal, regardless of time, needs to be breakfast-y. As I perused the weekday brunch menu via QR code (what if you don't have a phone?) I ordered a coffee and water. The water came quickly, but the coffee took its time. I ordered the Wafflette (don't you want to try things you can't get other places?) It came as pictured and was good. The syrup was quite watery and left a lot to be desired, but I really didn't need it. The star of this dish is the bacon. I could have bathed in this bacon. It was thick and chewy, such a nice compliment. I don't know if there are bar stools available and whether they set up center aisle seating when it's more crowded, but the restaurant appeared clean and well-kept. There were no rounds available when I went, so I don't know how they accommodate groups of 10+, I sat along the banquette that could accommodate two. I am very interested in returning to try the ox tails, which are available in two (or was it three) dishes on the menu. I look forward to revising my review then.

I went during the Enchanted theme and it was nicely decorated and had a lot of cool drink options to match. I started off with a "Sherwood prince" to drink. The server asked if I liked Old fashioned style drinks and I said yes and he wanted to make sure since a lot of people aren't sure what they may be ordering. Overall the drink was way too on the sweet side, wasn't balanced and I couldn't finish it. For the Appetizer, we got the meatball sampler. The cranberry Pinot Noire, peach Bellini, and limoncello were all delicious and honestly could have eaten those things the whole night. For the main dish, I ordered the Gnocchi Alla Vucciria. It was a hefty portion of Chicken Schnitzel topped with a Gnocchi in a Vodka sauce. This was a very tasty dish and even though I was full, I kept eating! Two things made this visit less than desired but I hope to give it another chance. My server was young and was too playful in a picking on you, making fun kind of way which I did not appreciate. It got to the point where if he said something else to my wife in a playful mean way I was going to put him in his place. And lastly, the drink menu was talked up a lot and felt like my drink was overly sweet and not balanced. Not sure if the customer base just likes sweet drinks but I would hope if you are saying your drinks are top of the line that it includes the balance of ingredients as well. Overall Rosalia's kitchen has great food and a nice environment but think the service and drink fell short. I hope to give it another shot. Please tell your staff that playful mean is not the way to treat customers.
