I come here very often and service is always quick and easy. One time I placed an online order and when I arrived they let me know they weee out of my protein of choice. They let me pick another protein, gave me a free cookie and a coupon for a free bowl. That's above and beyond I highly recommend the almond chicken it's my favorite protein at any of these bowl spots read more

Went here for the first time with my kids on the last day of school 2026, and it really was fresh And delicious. The food selections are quite different and delightful, it's so nice to have a change of pace and for it to be so fresh and delicious, it really was very enjoyable. We will return!! I want to try all the possible combinations and selections. It will take awhile to achieve but it's well worth it! Thank you everyone, the staff was so nice and patient explaining to me the process and the choices I had in creating my bowl, that just made the food taste all the better, great place to go unwind the outdoor seating was very pleasant also. :) read more

Mario was the best employee. His service is spectacular and he's always polite and kind!

My favorite place for a quick, healthy, and filling meal! I love the variety of options, the way the foods are seasoned, and the friendliness of the staff! The patio with fans and shade is great if you are eating at Fresh Kitchen! Here's my go to bowl lately- sweet potato noodles, carrots, bbq chicken and white ginger sauce on top! read more

Loved it! Super fresh ingredients, great dressings for their bowls and you can do hot, cold or combo. The cauliflower mash was a particular favorite and the basil balsamic dressing so good. Consistency! Love this location, runs like a well-oiled machine and the staff is always very friendly

Came here. Checked the hours for Sunday on Google and Yelp . Was still open when I checked online. Bunch of people inside. Went in , group said they were closed. It appeared they were having their own event. Nothing online about it. Nothing on Yelp about it. Odd and a waste of time. read more

This FK opened in Weston recently and we are so grateful and excited! The food is what we've come to expect from our many visits to the restaurant in the Nova University area as well as their service, but the restaurant itself seems larger and more accommodating. Word hasn't gotten around yet all that much, so it doesn't get very busy, but I have noticed a lot of food delivery couriers go in and out--so business is booming in person and online. I look forward to coming often and wish them great success here! read more

Fresh Kitchen - Weston - Mother's Day lunch with mami before service. - Gluten-Free Near Me - Weston, Florida

Place very clean . Great concept. Staff was very kind. I am a vegetarian and there is no choice for a bowl without protein, I paid for it and couldn't get anything in place of the protein meat free. I was so looking forward to the carrots and the sweet potato noodles but there were no noodles, said they ran out at 215 pm. The carrots had a very bad bleach flavor if not that then a chemical flavor. I threw them out. The coconut ginger rice was great. And so was the sauce! read more

As far as concept goes, this place is very similar to Bolay. Even has a lot of the same menu items (sweet potato noodles, kale salad, broccoli, mushrooms etc). I was looking for healthy and I found it here. I opted for the 4 which was 2 bases, 1 protein and 1 veggie. I got the cauliflower rice, the kale salad, broccoli, chickpeas, and added the marinated tomatoes. Truthfully, the flavors kinda clashed and I personally thought there was something in my bowl that was too salty. I think it may have been the cauliflower rice. Also, for almost $15, you'd think they would scoop a bit more into the bowl but the scoops were all SO TINY. I wasn't wowed or blown away by anything except the sauces. You can't go wrong with ANY of the sauces. They are all very delicious with the Kale Pesto being my favorite and the Coconut Sriracha being a very close second although the ginger sauce was also phenomenal. This place is kinda far from me so I likely wouldn't return based on what I ate today. But I will say that every single staff member had smiling faces and great attitudes. They weren't impatient with me being unfamiliar with the process and explained everything in each of the dishes as I curiously tried to decide what I wanted. They also told me how amazing the sauces were and told me which sauces were a good pairing with what I ordered. Overall, if I were close to this place I'd probably go every so often but just keep in mind that this is essentially a Bolay but maybe their recipes are a bit different as far as flavor but not far off. I try to eat healthy as often as I can so it would be in my rotation if it weren't so far. read more

They were out of something I wanted to order, and when I asked the employee if they had any in back, she ignored me. Another employee answered my question and said they had none in the back, and told me I could drive 20 minutes to the other location. And then, when I walked away, one female and one male employee proceeded to laugh about the situation, and another customer approached me about the situation, who told me about the two employees laughing read more

"Incredible food and even more incredible people. After coming from the hospital, the staff and manager treated us with such grace. They went above and beyond by gifting us our meal, which meant the world to my mother and me. It's rare to find a business that cares this much about the community. The manager deserves 10 stars for his leadership and kindness. We will definitely be back!" read more

Fresh Kitchen answers the problem for Keto diet people, they have items that are alternates to rice, potatoes and pasta. Cauliflowers five and mashed cauliflower, we love it. It took a bit to figure out how to order but after the third time we knew how to order low carb bowls. The options are better than the other bowl franchises, keto is becoming the diet that works and more and more restaurants are modifying their menus. read more

1 Star This was an embarrassing failure of basic food quality at the Fresh Kitchen Weston location. The broccoli was completely burnt--so bad that I had to remove it from the bowl--and the chicken was extremely dry. This isn't a preference issue; this is food that should never have been served. I ordered three Six Bowls because I didn't feel like cooking, and I immediately regretted it. For the amount of money I spent, I could have made a significantly better meal at home. This felt like a careless cash grab, not a restaurant that takes pride in what it serves. I will never return to this location and will never recommend it to anyone. Horrible food, horrible execution, and a complete waste of money. Management should be embarrassed that this left the kitchen and reached a customer. read more

This is a great fresh kitchen restaurant. This team works very hard. I had great customer service recently by Ethan and the management.

Food was not the best, you expect on your first time to be guided on how to ordering works, but this was not the case. Not very friendly staff, the place is very nice and clean. First and last time there. read more

I'm really excited that Fresh Kitchen opened a location in Weston--it's such a great addition to the area! I've enjoyed FK at several other locations, and overall the food here is still solid. However, I did notice that the blackened chicken at this spot is noticeably saltier than usual, which was disappointing since it's normally one of my go-to proteins. What really impacted our visit, though, was the atmosphere. The manager on duty seemed visibly disrespectful to some of the staff, and there was a moment where my husband was being stared at by the same man in a way that made us both very uncomfortable. That kind of energy takes away from the welcoming vibe FK usually has. Despite that, it's still great to have a Fresh Kitchen nearby, and I hope with time this location can match the consistently positive experiences we've had elsewhere. Nom nom! read more
