Went here for the first time with my kids on the last day of school 2026, and it really was fresh And delicious. The food selections are quite different and delightful, it's so nice to have a change of pace and for it to be so fresh and delicious, it really was very enjoyable. We will return!! I want to try all the possible combinations and selections. It will take awhile to achieve but it's well worth it! This FK opened in Weston recently and we are so grateful and excited! The food is what we've come to expect from our many visits to the restaurant in the Nova University area as well as their service, but the restaurant itself seems larger and more accommodating. Word hasn't gotten around yet all that much, so it doesn't get very busy, but I have noticed a lot of food delivery couriers go in and out--so business is booming in person and online. Place very clean . Great concept. Staff was very kind. I am a vegetarian and there is no choice for a bowl without protein, I paid for it and couldn't get anything in place of the protein meat free. I was so looking forward to the carrots and the sweet potato noodles but there were no noodles, said they ran out at 215 pm. Came here for the grand opening on Sunday! The line was a bit long but it was worth it to try the bowl! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. As far as concept goes, this place is very similar to Bolay. Even has a lot of the same menu items (sweet potato noodles, kale salad, broccoli, mushrooms etc). I was looking for healthy and I found it here. I opted for the 4 which was 2 bases, 1 protein and 1 veggie. I got the cauliflower rice, the kale salad, broccoli, chickpeas, and added the marinated tomatoes. Truthfully, the flavors kinda clashed and I personally thought there was something in my bowl that was too salty. I think it may have been the cauliflower rice. Also, for almost $15, you'd think they would scoop a bit more into the bowl but the scoops were all SO TINY. I wasn't wowed or blown away by anything except the sauces. You can't go wrong with ANY of the sauces. They are all very delicious with the Kale Pesto being my favorite and the Coconut Sriracha being a very close second although the ginger sauce was also phenomenal. This place is kinda far from me so I likely wouldn't return based on what I ate today. But I will say that every single staff member had smiling faces and great attitudes. They weren't impatient with me being unfamiliar with the process and explained everything in each of the dishes as I curiously tried to decide what I wanted. They also told me how amazing the sauces were and told me which sauces were a good pairing with what I ordered. Overall, if I were close to this place I'd probably go every so often but just keep in mind that this is essentially a Bolay but maybe their recipes are a bit different as far as flavor but not far off. Fresh Kitchen answers the problem for Keto diet people, they have items that are alternates to rice, potatoes and pasta. Cauliflowers five and mashed cauliflower, we love it. It took a bit to figure out how to order but after the third time we knew how to order low carb bowls. The options are better than the other bowl franchises, keto is becoming the diet that works and more and more restaurants are modifying their menus. read more

1 Star This was an embarrassing failure of basic food quality at the Fresh Kitchen Weston location. The broccoli was completely burnt--so bad that I had to remove it from the bowl--and the chicken was extremely dry. This isn't a preference issue; this is food that should never have been served. I ordered three Six Bowls because I didn't feel like cooking, and I immediately regretted it. For the amount of money I spent, I could have made a significantly better meal at home. This felt like a careless cash grab, not a restaurant that takes pride in what it serves. I will never return to this location and will never recommend it to anyone. Horrible food, horrible execution, and a complete waste of money. Management should be embarrassed that this left the kitchen and reached a customer. read more

I'm really excited that Fresh Kitchen opened a location in Weston--it's such a great addition to the area! I've enjoyed FK at several other locations, and overall the food here is still solid. However, I did notice that the blackened chicken at this spot is noticeably saltier than usual, which was disappointing since it's normally one of my go-to proteins. What really impacted our visit, though, was the atmosphere. The manager on duty seemed visibly disrespectful to some of the staff, and there was a moment where my husband was being stared at by the same man in a way that made us both very uncomfortable. That kind of energy takes away from the welcoming vibe FK usually has. Despite that, it's still great to have a Fresh Kitchen nearby, and I hope with time this location can match the consistently positive experiences we've had elsewhere. Nom nom! read more

I usually go to the FK on University. We decided to try the one in Weston. I Got my usual 4 bowl. They gave me very small portion and only 2 pieces of the almond chicken. Also they didnt have the natural fountain drinks. Just the flavored teas. Very disappointing. read more

Wow. Just Wow. Never have I ever been served an assembly line meal that made me feel like I was being wrapped with a warm, chicken filled blanket. The atmosphere was impeccable, and I can't even begin to explain how good the service was. I even went back in line to ask for the servers names because I felt indebted to write their names for the deliciousness of this meal. First things first, the servers. Keyla, Giovanni, Andreina, and Justin were all wonderful, giving great portions of delicious, mouth watering food. Super smiley, super sweet, and all around a hardworking and fantastic team. But I cannot begin to explain how fantastic the service from the cashier Alexis was. She was so sweet, and had a great smile and bubbly personality the whole time. We had read about this restaurant in Around Town in Weston. We visited on Jan 14th. As we approached the counter, we told the server we had never been there before and could she explain how the menu works. With the biggest smile, she told us how it worked. Next servers in line were just as helpful. By he time we got to the cashier, we felt confident we had purchased the best bowls for our tastes. Even one of the servers found a place for us to sit as it was somewhat packed that day. We oohed and awed over the delicious bowls we got. One of the best meals I have ever had. Service was great, food was great and atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend visiting a Fresh Kitchen restaurant...especially Weston! You won't be sorry. read more

What an amazing option for lunch. FK is absolutely fantastic and the staff, especially Mary is world class. I order almost daily, especially for big meetings! Everyone absolutely loves the food. It's healthy the perfect portion and light. The atmosphere is relaxed, comfy and suits all option work or play. YES the parking might be tight some days but just waiting a few mins it usually opens up quickly and if you don't mind a very short 5 secs walk it a huge parking lot.
