My coworker and I wanted something fresh and healthy for lunch, and we saw great reviews for Fresh Kitchen. The ambiance is like chipotle but with healthy food varieties; plus every month they are introducing new items to the menu. When we walked in, everyone was friendly and welcomed us. Since it was my first time there, the staff gave me some great suggestions on what I should try. I went with their kale base, jasmine rice, almond crusted chicken along with broccoli and chickpeas. Everything tasted fresh and was a 10 out of 10 especially those chickpeas. I cannot wait to come back and try more options.

Let me just say this is my favorite place to eat . I'll drive the distance I don't care where I am. I'll pick fresh kitchen over Chipotle or Beehive anyday. I'm sorry they just don't compare to Fresh Kitchen. The food is flavorful the options are plenty and fresh. Everything about this place is delicious and I would recommend you go in and try it yourself 10/10 6 bowl Sweet potato noodles Cole slaw Broccoli Chickpea Chicken Steak Pico Feta Fav sauce : Creamy White Ginger

My bowl consisted of sweet potatoe noodles, kale cesar, mushrooms, broccoli, rosemary chicken, teriyaki chicken & holy kale sauce.

Fresk Kitchen is a great healthy option among similar food bowl options such as Cava, SweetGreen, Beehive Kitchen, Olive U Mediterranean Grill, etc. The food is perfectly spiced and oh so good! Dietary concerns gluten-free (GF), nondairy friendly (DF), non processed sugar added (SF), and vegan friendly (V) are listed for each item. The build your own bowl are six, four and three, for combinations of bases, proteins, veggies and sauce. For my bowl six of 2 bases, 2 proteins, 2 veggies and 1 sauce, I had sweet potatoe noodles, crunchy kale cesar, basil mushrooms, lemon garlic broccoli, grilled rosemary chicken, teriyaki chicken, and holy kale sauce. All choices in my bowl were phenomenal, but the sweet potatoe noodles and holy kale sauce was next level! The service was quick in ordering. The fast casual restaurant seating inside clean, spacious with great background music. Outdoor seating was not practical with hoards of flies attempting to land on our food. I highly recommend you give Fresh Kitchen a try.

If I am anywhere near here, I make sure to stop by to pick up some delicious food. Everything is fresh and incredibly flavorful, and I love being able to get a healthy bowl with a ton of tasty veggies and delicious chicken. No matter how long the line is, it always moves quickly, and the staff are super friendly and fast when making your bowl. There is also some outside seating, which is nice for when it's cooler out.

Fresh Kitchen is the perfect restaurant when you like the Chipotle bowl model but want fresh ingredients and variety and not necessarily a burrito mixture. We love the glass noodles. The kale Caesar salad. The cauliflower mash. The bbq chicken. The steak. The mushrooms. The curry chickpeas. AND THEN the Sauces at the end!!!! Girllll the creamy white ginger sauce is so damn good.. it's like Frank's red hot, I put that shit on everything!! This place is so delicious every time!!!! The staff is cool and the line moves fast. Fresh kitchen forever!!!!

I used to work nearby, and I ate lunch at Fresh Kitchen often. I haven't been in about 5 years. The food has gotten more expensive (like everywhere else) but it still tastes very good and is healthful. My cousin-in-law and I arrived a few minutes after it opened at 11 a.m. and it already was getting busy. The servers are polite and helpful, even friendly. Since I can never decide on what to get, I always need the 6-ingredients bowl. I love the sweet potato noodles and they are a must. Next is anything made with cauliflower. Today it was the cauliflower rice. (But I think I like the coconut ginger rice more, or better yet, the cauliflower potato mash.) I also had the broccoli and the spicy chick peas (though the string beans and mushrooms are a good choice, too). I don't care for BBQ sauce so I had the almond chicken (tender and flavorful) and the grilled citrus chicken (my favorite protein). I love gravy, but I don't need it or miss it with these options. For the first time, I tried the dragon fruit limeade. Wish I knew how much sugar (it says small amount) is in it. I sucked it down. Within a half hour of arriving, the place had a long line and most tables (inside and out) were filled. The eatery is simple and clean. I love that the restrooms are unisex (even if they are a bit dark). It was my cousin-in-law's first time at Fresh Kitchen and she loved her meal (almond chicken, string beans, and coconut rice). My bill was $17.70 for the large bowl and a drink. A tad pricey for lunch. But I have enough leftovers for another meal.

The quality of the ingredients at Fresh Kitchen are really good. The steak that I had was cooked perfectly medium. It was tender and went well with the sweet potato noodles. There was a long line but it moved along so that we were served rather quickly. The staff were polite. All three bowls were made as requested. We sat at a booth inside, it was rather crowded and loud but for a quick lunch it was fine. I enjoyed trying their dragonfruit beverage. The strawberry one was preferred as it was less sweet.

I have never been to Fresh Kitchen before. To be honest i was quite impressed. The four bowl I chose was packed with flavour. I had the chicken, with lemon broccoli, the cauli rice and salad. The cauliflower rice was really, really good! I will definitely go to other fresh kitchens when I see them.

If you are looking a for a healthy but tasty alternative for lunch, Fresh Kitchen is must try! There are so many options to choose from and depending on the bowl size, three, four, or six, depends on how many options you can pick from. You options fall under four different categories which makes it hard to just pick one if you get a three bowl. These categories are base, veggie, protein and sauce. Due to this location always being super busy, and I mean a line either by or out the door, I recommend ordering for pick-up. When it comes to a pick up order, it's placed on a shelf across from the register and all you have to do is walk up, find your name and go. When it comes to missing my drink cup, the workers are super nice to provide it to you with just a quick check of the receipt. When it comes to the food, it always tastes delicious and freshly made. Every bowl is made different but will always taste good no matter what's in it and the sauce or sauces you choose will always bring all those flavors together in. Due to so much being in the 6 bowl, it consist of Chilled Sweet Potato Noodles, Coconut Ginger Rice, Maple Sweet Potatoes, Golden Spice Chickpeas, Grilled Herb Steak, & Blacken Chicken w/ house made Sriracha. Overall, the staff are always nice while constructing your order but you will feel a tad rush due to them trying to get everyone served. Unless you show up during no rush, finding somewhere to sit might be a little hard inside but there is always outside seating. Lastly, try their drinks! Fresh or fountain both are refreshing to sip on after every bite.

This place is dumb good, I feel so lucky to live so close to it. Legit wanna eat here every day at this point. The rosemary chicken is SO good, the veggies, the cauliflower mash, the toppings, the sauce!! Everything is just so flavorful and fresh tasting and I never feel bad physically or mentally after eating here

Davie location is very nice

7/12/25 Update: @FreshKitchen why did you change the green beans!!!!!!! Hate hate this new flavor Blistered Green Beans it was spicy and salty. Why change the Sesame Green Bean flavor which something that was so delicious! Ugh so frustrating that spicy is a go to. It's the reason why I don't go to Chipotle. Very disappointed!

This Fresh Kitchen is in Davie right in the heart of the college area. A great quick stop for some fresh and fast food! Came here for a quick, healthy bite and it was easy to order. We were reminded of this spot after seeing them at the Museum of Discovery and Science Annual Food, Wine, and Spirits event. Once you enter, you fall in line and they have the "Chipotle-style" ordering so feel free to peruse the menu before starting to order as they have a lot going on their menu. I got a bowl of four (their "smaller" version with just less items) with their sweet potato noodles, caesar kale salad, mushrooms, and the almond chicken. This is my go-to order but sometimes I'll swap one of the bases for brown rice. Ordering was fast, staff was friendly and it was easy finding a place to sit and eat. Great spot for a quick bite!

Four Bowl: Kale Caesar & Sweet Potato Noodles, Green Beans, BBQ chicken, and avocado dressing.

Fresh Kitchen is one of my go-to lunch spots during the workweek. Staff is always friendly and the food is, like the name expects, fresh. My usual bowl is kale ceasar and sweet potato noodles, with green beans, bbq chicken, and avocado dressing. It never misses. Fresh Kitchen is a great spot for fast, fresh, and healthy food.

Apparently this has been there for over a year but I've never heard or seen this place despite being in the plaza several times in the year. I was looking for something different or new. While searching Indian, this came up and the Himalayan aspect peaked my interest. Particularly the momo dumplings being something I've never seen before sold me on this spot. The space is small but spacious, clean and bright. The hostess/waitress was nice and helpful when I asked for recommendations. We ordered the HIMALAYAN THALI SET( FOR TWO) which came with an appetizer, 4 entrées, 2 desserts, naan of your choice and rice. We were told it would take a while to come out because it all comes out at once. We said it was fine and ordered some steamed chicken momo to hold us over till the food came. Our chili paneer app from our set came out and it was quite tasty with a good spice/flavor. Maybe 10ish minutes later our thali set came out. We went with our waitress rec for one veggie (aloo gobi), one chicken (karahi), one lamb (korma), and one seafood (shrimp tikki masala). It came with one bowl of rice for 4 bowls of food. We chose the garlic naan but they had many different more creative options to choose from. The naan was good but not great. The aloo gobi was tasty as was the shrimp tikki masala. The lamb korma sauce was delish but the lamb pieces were a little hit or miss with some tender but others a little harder or dry. Maybe another 10 minutes after our main dishes arrived, the steamed momo arrived. It was tasty and very layered with different flavors that I couldn't quite pinpoint. For dessert we got the kheer and mango kulfi which were unique. Without having a reference point for what a regular entree size is, it's kind of hard to say the cost value in the thali set for two, but if it's your first time and you want to try a a few things, it's probably worth it. I will be back to try the lunch specials next time.

We came after a busy morning at the beach and I was craving something fresh. After a quick search on Yelp, I found Naked Farmer and was reminded that we were super close to it. It's fairly close to Sawgrass Mills mall and is in a plaza with a good amount of parking. Although the outside seems small, the space inside is pretty long and has a good amount of seating. The servining is "chipotle-style" where you order your food and customize it how you want it and pay at the register at the end. I shared a bowl with my partner and we got half rice and half greens, some toppings, and the chicken thigh. This was a good amount for us to share and it was delicious! We also tried their date cake and my partner was a huge fan of it. I loved how clean the inside was and how nice all the staff was. They had water cups for self service and it was cold even without ice, which I loved! When you're done with your food, you put them away in a cabinet which is constantly cleaned out by staff which helped give the space a clean aesthetic. Very thought through and intentional on their behalf. Loved Naked Farmer and would definitely get again if I'm in the area or craving something fresh!

All I can say is wow, I'm blown away by how fresh and good everything is here. We both got the salmon bowl, crispy skin and deliciously baked without losing moisture. The farro base is on another level and I need to try to make this at home, but know I won't come close. Great farro recipe that includes butternut squash pieces, dried cherries and walnuts, out of this world. The cornbread is extra good (I feel like it has honey drizzled on top). Sweet potatoes amazingly roasted with cinnamon for extra flavor. I ended up getting a side of the mushrooms (because typically it's a sub for protein choice) and I have never tasted mushrooms so good - I could eat a whole bucket of that. I think it was a mix of portobello and oyster or king of trumpet mushrooms, so incredibly roasted in lemon - brilliant! Good service. Can dine in or takeout. Healthy and tasty, I highly recommend!

What else could you possibly want? This is the kind of place you need to visit multiple times because there's no way you could order everything that looks/sounds good; you'd be leaving with the display cases. With over 10 unique flavor choices, their empanadas are hands down some of the best I've ever had. It's almost impossible to describe how the crust is both flaky, yet sturdy & loaded with ingredients. They're buttery, soft & delicious. My favorite is the short rib but I also really enjoy the caprese & the ham & cheese. The fresh ingredients really make these things stand out in an area that has plenty of empanadas around. Look no further, come here for your fix. Their iced lattes & hot coffees are crafted to order. While there isn't a massive selection to choose from, they definitely do it right. Well balanced flavors, no bitterness, not too sweet. Their pastries are also great. The croissants are airy, flaky & buttery. I really liked their brownie but it sure is sweet. It's chocolatey, rich, moist & big enough to share between 2 people. They offer boxes that contain mini versions of their pastries so you can try multiple without committing to an entire item. The dining area is small but there's some tables inside & a couple outside. The employees are always very nice but service is definitely slow when there's a crowd. I prefer getting my orders to-go & I'm usually served in a reasonable time. Next time you're feeling empanadas or want a new bakery to visit, stop on by. So we went at 7pm on a Wednesday. What's playing on TV was not available, was told to use QR code, so easy peasy. So the counter staff was pleasantly, we ordered: rabbit hole salad and the patty melt to go. Maybe should be eaten there, right away. Didn't stand up to a quick ride home. BOTH meals looked sad and not worth $50, as was $20 each, gave $3 tip for to go. Probably won't return! It's probably great for vegans who don't require quality or taste, just gut it out to remain vegan. Salad had no flavor really, it was " overdressed", just kale dressed in an underwhelming sauce. Tons of it where it was soggy. Chips of fake chicken I guess, that was flavorless. Partners patty melt was just so so. I'm sad! You ever wanted to really like something, so you force it. We love going to local spots to support folks but we demand excellence. I wasn't expecting Coopers HAWK, but wanted some flavor. It's like not even as good as Whole Foods, which is pricey like this but good. Patty melt was average, and not worth $20. The onions saved it, but too expensive for us. Fries were limp, not well made. Now I will say, we do go to dives, so we didn't need Sonness (by the way Sonness is beyond fab!). So, we can do " dive vegan" but we cant do expensive average. It survives because often the beach crowds are too tipsy or high to care, or average is OK due to being snowbirds. Im sure these reviews aren't fake, so will chop this up to a bad night for the cooks! Stop by if you are vegan, committed to this lifestyle, then its good enough. We are in good shape medically, have more allegiance to our wallet than a movement. My partner makes great, fresh salads, so I can stay home for below average greens. But if you are committed and need to just get out, try it. I think a vegan frozen meal, Amy's is better. The salad wasn't horrible, just not worth the price. $20 for soggy, no flavor. Nope! I need flavor, price, freshness mix. Also they could do better with the ambiance. When you walk up, it seemed sad. It was empty, but zero personality. They need some music, it was quiet, somewhat moodless! Even dives have a little music. Rabbits have music LOL! Wish them luck! They have been around a while, so maybe they had better days! Why show stuff on TV that's not offered, pretty photos but disappointing for us. Good news, they are surrounded by great things, Italian to the right, Max to the left, pizza to the left. And Foundry at the end of other side! Partner ate half burger, trashed it. I ate 1/4 salad, trash. $50 in the garbage. I gotta laugh as we sat in our couch, we walked in and after 10 min, the energy felt off to me. We read the menu first. I said to my mate, "let's go elsewhere" after staff said, don't have this or that. My mate said, lets see. I went along. Intuition is never wrong! Trust yout gut, give it a try! Maybe tonight was just an off night! Go try it! Maybe it will be better for you! Im sure those reviews are real but maybe that real cook was off, amd we ended up with the no talent crew!
