If you don't want meat and would rather do without the tofu for protein this can be a great option for you as well. My fave options are the sweet potato noodles, balsamic mushrooms, chickpeas, kale, broccoli because it's super filling and avocado cauliflower rice. The atmosphere is always casual, but lunchtime can get really busy as you can tell from the the recent photos I shared. This has become my new favorite go-to spot for lunch. The location is really nice, with options to dine inside or outdoors. The ingredients are fresh and healthy. When I went it was nice to see that the staff remembered the order for someone who dines there frequently. FK has my boyfriend and I in a chokehold. I absolutely love this place, not to mention they have the best " healthy " CC cookies ever. This is the only review I've posted without any pictures because the bowl is devoured immediately. It can be a little pricy, a bowl it add ons typically ends up being around 20-25$, but you will be satisfied. The restaurant is a Build-Your-Own-Bowl style with the most delicious options that each have their own distinct flavor pairing perfectly with other combinations. The restaurant has 3 bowl options (kids bowl, 4 bowl, & 6 bowl) with the 6 bowl being a fairly heavy meal and a kids bowl being, obviously, on the lighter side. My personal go-to is always the 4 bowl, swapping out one of the bases for a veggie. As for ordering I would definitely have to recommend the Sweet Potato Noodles, Lemon Garlic Broccoli, Sesame Green Beans, Roasted Salmon (trust me), and the herb balsamic vinaigrette is an absolute must. I also always add Feta Cheese which is the perfect touch to the bowl. Side Note: Because it is on the healthy side, the food is a bit costly but definitely worth it. This is my favorite go-to spot for a quick healthy lunch/dinner. My husband routinely gets the same thing but I like to try different things from here every once in a while. His bowl (the six= 2 bases, 2 protein and 2 veggie for $10!!!) brown rice and sweet potato noodles... maple sweet potato (ok now it's sweet potato overload for me lol), Parmesan broccoli, steak and citrus chicken. He also tops it off with the white sauce they have there. My bowl (the 4= 2 bases, 1 protein and 1 veggie for $8!!!) and you can always add on more veggies or proteins or even swap out a protein for a veggie and vice versa! I got a double base of the sweet potato noodles (they are cold and just the perfect balance), extra veggies I got broccoli and green beans. Give me alllll the greens! And then for my protein citrus marinated chicken. I topped mine off with a kale dressing and it was delish *chefs kiss* The staff is friendly, the line moves quick, the portions are generous for what you pay and they have plenty of outdoor and indoor seating.
