Very chill coffee spot. This is the perfect place to work and meet up with friends. The music and overall noise level was moderate. Inside was decorated nicely and reflected the Halloween season. I was greeted upon arrival, I was so excited to try a few things on their menu. I started off with the Cookie Butter Bliss latte- this was perfectly balanced. The cookie placed in the drink was different, but it eventually "melted" into the drink. The Turkey Tango was a large portion and it was served with potato chips and a side of ranch dressing. Here I was going to Starbucks every morning not realizing I had this adorable little coffee shop at the corner of my house. What! How? Extremely adorable when you walk in with such great lighting. The employees were very welcoming when you come in. Quite a variety of flavors for either hot and cold lattes. I went with the most popular Coquito Latte but hot and wow delicious! They have a lot of little goodies that you can also snack on while you're having your coffee - the choices aren't easy to make. We had a very good lunch here. Service was friendly and efficient. It's very accessible from the big shopping center lot. I got their turkey and brie cheese sandwich. I left off the arugula. The bacon was crispy. And the ciabatta bread was lightly toasted. It was perfect. Loved it. Along with my sandwich I had an iced decaf latte. The coffee is smooth -- not bitter -- and I enjoyed my drink, as well. My husband enjoyed an iced peach chai latte. He wasn't that hungry so he had a guava pastry which they warmed up for him. A coworker recommended that my fiance and I stop by Tarrazu and I'm so glad they did! The coffee shop is quaint with quick and friendly service. There's a small handful of tables inside with a few outdoors as well. I opted for the iced cafe bombon and my fiance ordered the coquito latte. We both got the sunrise trio but mine with a croissant instead of the bagel. Our coffees were delivered to the table first and food maybe 5 minutes later. You could also tell everything was made fresh to order because my sandwich was too hot to hold at first (which I love btw). We went around 12pm and they close at 1pm daily so be sure to come early if you'd like to give them a try! read more

Overall I had a pleasant experience and will be back. I felt that their items were very affordable. I got an almond danish/ croissant for just under $5. The best pastry we got was the spinach feta one. It was absolutely fantastic! We also got an almond fruit tart. It was my daughter's favorite but I felt it could have been more almond flavored. This is my new favorite coffee shop in the area. It may not have the same aesthetics as the more well-known shops, but I promise the experience is better. On my first visit, my Matcha was perfect. Earthy but sweetened perfectly. I'm assuming they used ceremonial grade matcha because it didn't fall flat. On my second visit, I ordered the chai latte. It was sweetened nicely while also having the undertone of spices that a lot of chain stores miss out on. Only critique - It could have been a little warmer. The place was clean, which was nice. I tried to grab a seat in the back booths, but they were closed off because one person was working on his computer back there. I loved coming to this coffee shop they serve organic coffee and tea which is way more healthier, the staff were extremely nice and helpful they even gave my dog a pup cup which was so sweet of them. I loved that they had outdoor and indoor seating and they were dog friendly I got the iced coffee with coconut milk and I had their turkey tango which was super delicious, I was also happy to see how clean their coffee shop was as well. Stumbled upon Tarrazu on yelp because I desperately needed my morning matcha and I do not regret it. I am super picky about my matcha and this was one of the best ones i've tried. I also had a breakfast sandwich (egg, cheese, turkey sausage on a bagel) and it wasn't anything special but it hit the spot. The service was fast and the baristas already had the drinks being made before I even finished paying. The cafe is super cute and has a a good amount of seating to hang out. The cafe is clean and decorated in the most charming way. They use high quality Monin syrups for their lattes. They also have signature drinks that can be made cold or hot. I tried the Bees Knees latte, made hot with lavender, vanilla and honey. It was amazing! So good and very unique. For food, there's fresh pastries, sweets and empanadas. There's also sandwiches and quiche. I tried the Turkey Tango and I'm still thinking about it now. Nice layers of turkey slices topped with some fresh greens and a sweet pepper jam and some savory cheese to balance out all the flavors. Tarrazu Coffee is an independent, family owned coffee shop that recently opened in my neighborhood in the Coconut Creek Plaza a few doors down from Publix. Tarrazu was inspired by owner Gabriella and her husband Jeff's trips to Coasta Rica to visit Gabirella's mother. Tarrazu is a coffee farm region the couple visited in Costa Rica. According to their website " We take pride in working directly with farmers to ethically and sustainably source our own coffee so that you can be assured of quality and freshness from farm to cup." I am so glad a cute coffee shop opened in my neighborhood. This is just what we needed in this plaza. The drink menu features expresso, coffee, and tea drinks. They also have breakfast sandwiches, small bites, and pastries with even vegan options. I ordered an iced lavender latte and a chocolate croissant that was presented warm. It was a really great cup of coffee that I enjoyed to the last drop. There is plenty of room inside if you need to do some computer work while enjoying your brew. Gabriella was so sweet and friendly. I stopped by here yesterday with my wife and twins for our morning coffees. Whenever our family is traveling, we always try to hit up local coffee shops and on this day we chose Terrazu Coffee. This coffee shop is located in a strip mall off Coconut Creek Parkway near Lyons Rd. The inside of it is bright with a merchandise area in one corner, a coffee bar to place your order with a display case full of pastries and then seating throughout the rest. For our coffees on this morning my wife and I both eyed their specials since they had a number of things that sounded good. Ultimately though we both ended choosing the same thing which was the Coco Loco Latte. The menu described it as a special blend of caramel and coconut with a coconut cold foam. My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed our coffees and I appreciated the coconut flavors with the coffee itself. If I only had one wish, it would have been that the coffee itself would have been more prevalent in the drink. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. Absolutely love this little hometown, family-run spot. The coffee is incredible, the baked goods are always fresh and the case is STACKED at all times. But, my favorite part is the staff is so kind and welcoming. This is the opposite of a pretentious hipster coffee shop and personally such a welcome breath of fresh air from the other coffee shops in South Florida. They are also very quick with orders. My menu faves are: the turkey tango sandwich, the iced bees knees latte, the iced coquito latte, and the guava pastry. I was driving around in Coconut Creek and had already had lunch a bit earlier. But was still a bit hungry. So I did what anyone reasonable would do. No, not wait until dinner, I'm not that reasonable. Passed by a cafe place where I could do some work while I snacked at something, not a full meal but more than a pocket snack. They have sandwiches and etc, but i saw something that I decided was the right size, bigger than some small egg bites out there but not a whole big meal again. I only had a tea with it, even tho it is a Costa Rica folks place, means good coffee, but i am trying to stay away from coffee after 2:00PM :-) I think I spoke with the owner at the cashier, and asked why not gallo-pinto since is one of my favorite foods from Costa Rica (is a rice and beans mixed, common on breakfast), and she laughed and said they had to make some adjustments in the kitchen and menu to do this. Since they open at 7:30 (to 3:00PM), would make it a different choice for breakfast, and I recommend the frittata at any time, tasty, fresh and not a heavy meal. read more

The young woman at the register was very bubbly and happy to be there. She had told me that they opened up about four weeks ago. I ended up trying a iced latte with oat milk and spice brown sugar, which was pretty good. I also tried the Matcha which I did like as well. As far as food went, I tried the ricotta and leek quiche, which is very tasty. Although I didn't taste the ricotta. I also had a chocolate croissant. I'm not sure if they use a pre sweetened matcha, if it's powder or liquid, but it could be stronger/earthier. It does taste like flavored milk but it's still enjoyable. brown sugar iced coffee: The taste of the coffee bean shines through which is the #1 thing we look for when trying new spots. Not overly sweet, and the coffee - brown sugar flavor is balanced just right. Also tried the cinnamon french toast and it was 10/10! We will definitely be visiting this spot often. read more
