This place is absolutely fire. I knew I made the right choice the moment I found it online and walked through the door. Everything I ordered was so that I found myself looking for something to criticize. Honestly, there wasn't much. My only real complaint is the limited indoor seating if you're planning to study or work for a while. That said, there are plenty of outdoor seats, and on a beautiful cloudy day without the usual heat and humidity, it's the perfect spot. The fries were probably the weakest item. They seemed fresh and healthy, but they lacked any seasoning or flavor. Everything else more than made up for it. The ambiance and aesthetics were fantastic, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service was outstanding as well. Love this place! I ordered the Loaded hash browns. The problem was always it stuck to the cardboard plates once the cheese started to cool off. I always had to eat the top layer because I couldn't get the cardboard off of the bottom layer. This time I asked if they could put a layer of paper in the bowl before putting my loaded hashbrowns on. What a difference! The cheese didn't stick to the plate and I was able to eat every last delicious bite of it. My suggestion is they should put a layer of paper under the loaded hashbrowns before putting it in a to go container. They should probably do that for anything that has melted cheese that will harden and possibly peel off the cardboard from the plate. read more

The breakfast sandwiches were fresh, generous, and made with quality ingredients -- especially the egg and cheese combo. The iced coffee was smooth and bold, much better than the usual chain fare. If you have kids, the outdoor seating is perfect because they can run around the plaza while you relax and eat. It makes it a lot less stressful than a typical sit-down restaurant with little ones. I've eaten here twice because it is close to my home and I love breakfast. The young people that work there are professional and friendly. However I walked in this morning, 7/16, to pick up a delivery and I walked in. The manager I assume, looked right at me and didn't say a word. Then I noticed he spoke to someone else who walked in. It seems like a small thing but the small things is what make the difference. Each customer should be greeted when they walk in. This is a good practice to adopt especially from management. They have limited sitting capacity but they do offer both indoor and outdoor seating. There are other shops in the plaza. On a nice day, it's a great place to just walk around and talk while sipping coffee. Today we ordered the iced cereal milk and iced pistachio white mocha with oatmilk instead of whole milk. As always we enjoyed the coffees and it kept us awake long enough to go about our days. I strongly recommend this place to early risers, breakfast fanatics, and coffee drinkers if you haven't tried this place already. Their sausages are absolutely delicious and must try! We love this place for breakfast. We usually park in the garage and walk a short distance to the restaurant. I visited Crack'd for breakfast during the weekend. For starters, the service here is great. The staff is constantly going around cleaning the place and they're kind and amiable. The restaurant is quite small but does have an outdoor seating area. It's located in a nice plaza so it's very open. The food was pretty good. Exactly what you'd expect. Portions are pretty big, some big enough for a second meal. If you had a late night out, this spot hits for that morning recovery meal. Unfortunately, the day I went was a typical humid Florida day & there were a lot of flies. With the door constantly being held open for people coming in and out, those flies made their way inside too. Personally trying to eat while swatting flies away is not how I want to experience a meal. I know it's not something thats their fault but I suggest getting deterrents or traps to keep those flies away. Maybe it was just that day but it killed the vibe during my visit.
