Jaime offered either a complimentary lunch or dinner, or bowl cards that could be used at any location. I chose to return to the Davie restaurant. When I returned, I ordered a bowl with BBQ Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken. I also finally got to try the sweet potato noodles that I had originally ordered, and they were very good. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the portion size was generous and filling, easily enough for two meals. Jaime also offered a dessert and a beverage, which I greatly appreciated and enjoyed. While mistakes can happen anywhere, I was impressed by how quickly and professionally the team addressed the issue. Hannah and Jaime went above and beyond to make things right, and the follow-up experience exceeded my expectations. Can't say much for the ambience, I believe the cool white fluorescent lighting lowers my vibration and makes people feel aggressive. I also didn't see on the menu to see that they serve MinuteMaid lemonade, which if you're a vegan, would not recommend, DYOR! I asked to swap it for organic elderberry drink and she said she would refund the beverage to that didn't happen, but we'll get to that in a minute. First thing to come out, of course was the lemonade which initiated the swap and paid separately for the elderberry drink. Second to come out were the empanadas. Now, I'm not a vegan, but I do know that vegan cheese can somewhat melt. However the cheese on the inside of this empanada was still cold, dare I say nearly frozen, meaning that the empanada wasn't even fried long enough to melt the cheese. The next thing to come out where the falafels. What had entice me about them was the tahini aïoli sauce that supposedly drizzled on top, that's actually what sold me not the light tomato sauce. Well as you see from the photos as it came out, there was no tahini aïoli drizzled on the top when I asked the waitress, she said it was "86ed". She did offer a refund for not letting me know, but I declined and still ate it anyway. The falafel were crispy and nice on the outside and properly done on the inside, however, without the aïoli zip, the "light tomato sauce" falls flat on the plate. I'll include what happened when I went back for another order, which is why I'm writing this. So I placed a dessert order (smoothie/carrot) cake five days later via UberEats. I go to pick up the order and I ask about my refund with the owner Sam. He calls the waitress out from the back, and she says that I never asked for the refund for the lemonade, which isn't true. Then she threatens to call the police and says that I'm harassing her! OMG, she was the one that promised me a refund for the beverage! So I explained that to Sam I show him the photos from five days earlier. He first refuses to hand over my Uber eats order and tells me to get out of his store, that I'm harassing his employee. I politely reminded him that I just came in for my Uber eats order and the waitress wasn't even present when I go there to pick it up, she was in the back/office. As I'm leaving the store I let him know that I'll be leaving a review when he yells out for to not give him a low review as I walk away. LOL Sam, you and the huevona earned it buddy! We came after a busy morning at the beach and I was craving something fresh. After a quick search on Yelp, I found Naked Farmer and was reminded that we were super close to it. We also tried their date cake and my partner was a huge fan of it. I loved how clean the inside was and how nice all the staff was. They had water cups for self service and it was cold even without ice, which I loved! When you're done with your food, you put them away in a cabinet which is constantly cleaned out by staff which helped give the space a clean aesthetic.
