Cava finally opened up in Pines and shockingly the line/wait time was not as long as I expected or have experienced in other locations. The food was fresh, the service was quicker than expected and there was plenty of seating throughout the restaurant. Everything was relatively clean so no complaints on my end. I love Cava and will definitely be coming back soon

I stopped by here for their Community Day event and it was excellent. I was able to order their Braised lamb bowl and the blueberry lemonade drink. Everything was so good. I left a donation before exiting. What warmed my heart was how they handled an elderly lady that showed up without a ticket. She was able to enter and place an order. I appreciated how they showed up in the Pines Community as actively caring, I hope they become a staple in the community

Location is fairly NEW & super clean and Staff is friendly. If you're in a hurry I suggest to download their app and order ahead of time because it gets busy during lunchtime. If you order the build your own bowl only the chicken is included for $11.55 any other proteins like Steak or Salmon have extra fees. I got a side of the classic PITA chips and they are so good. Warm, Crispy and salty. It was my first time but I will be back soon! thanks

The decorations were so fun and really felt immersive- even the bathrooms had spooky photos on the walls, and their menu also went all out with the theme. We ordered an app -Santorini bites- off the "secret menu" and it was incredible. Salmon for my entree was honestly one of the best meals I've had in a long time. It was really an experience and I will be back again!

I love how crazy they go for each holiday from decorations to the limited edition menu items. My friend and I made reservations about a month ago for a Sunday dinner at 6pm. We ended up getting there early around 5:30 and they were able to seat us early which was very nice and accommodating. We had the nicest/coolest server Emily. She informed us that they have happy hour everyday from 4-7, and informed us of the happy hour deals. We were pretty in awe of everything so we took a little longer to order but Emily was very patient and kind. We ended up getting 2 cocktails each and truffle fries to start and then both got pasta with chicken schnitzel for our meals. The drinks are out of this world. They come in super cool decorated glasses/stands and really meet the vibes of the restaurant for Halloween. I will say the drinks were a little too sweet/strong for my taste but I loved the vibe of them. Wasn't a big fan of the flavor/taste, and had to drink them slowly to get it down. As for the food, everything was good but just average in my eyes. I got the gnocchi with four-cheese sauce with the chicken schnitzel, and I will say the chicken schnitzel is a nice large portion, but the flavor was kind of bland. I did really enjoy the gnocchi. The truffle fries were also good but some fries were soggy and again it wasn't anything crazy. The only other thing that rubbed me the wrong way was us getting kicked out. Our server told us we had to leave because the next reservation was coming which we understood, but when we asked how much time we had she told us we had to leave immediately. We both still had drinks left so we had to basically chug, when no one even came in in the 5-10 minutes after she told us to leave. If you're kicking someone out at a certain time you should give them ample heads up. That left a sour taste in my mouth. All in all I did like the experience and think everyone should try Rosalia's. It's a cool atmosphere for the holidays.

Dodd was very delicious, the garlic sauce was on point. So was the humus. The coleslaw on top of rice was a great combo of flavor and texture.

You choose a starch, which is either rice or couscous or you can have half and half. Then you also get to choose a vegetable and a protein. I opted for the plate with a combination of rice and couscous, two vegetables (loved the red cabbage and cucumber salad), and two proteins (chicken schnitzel, shawarma, or falafel). I chose the shawarma and falafel for my plate and loved that the latter was cooked fresh right in front of me and was just right (crunchy and flavorful). I tried the spicy hummus and a couple of sauces. There were only two young ladies working in the eatery and one had to have everything translated to her. At first I thought they were speaking a Mediterranean language but soon realized it was Spanish and used my knowledge of the language to communicate with the non-English speaker. My meal came with a pita bread that was cold. When I asked to have it warmed up, the server was very obliging and it made all the difference in the world as I hungrily scarfed down the warm, doughy bread. Portions are generous. I had some of my food for lunch and took the rest home for dinner. And it only cost about $15.

The staff helped me find what I needed. They had the dry kataifi, roasted kataifi and frozen kataifi. I told them I wanted it for the Dubai Chocolate and said I could use any of them but the roasted kataifi was probably best option to keep it simple. It cost $8.49. The market itself reminds me of small Asian markets. I was in a hurry but I want to come back and really look around. They also sell pistachio spread here too but I already bought that so didn't need it. After I paid and, on my way out, I immediately noticed the viral Propitious Ice Cream in the refrigerated section. OH. EM. GEEEEEEE!!! Been looking for this everywhere. They had so many different flavors options including mango, peach, refreshing lemon, summer lemon and the blue one is a milk flavored ice cream filled with yellow peach jam. I was so excited to find this close by but also couldn't buy any since I was running around. I will be back for these!!! "Propitious Ice Cream, also known as "the viral ice cream", is a Chinese frozen dessert that comes in fruit-shaped popsicles of mango, peach, and lemon. The popsicles have become a social media sensation, with TikTok users documenting their months-long searches for the product. The ice cream's rarity and premium price, ranging from $7-$11.99 per popsicle, contribute to its mystique."

I was also looking for a couple of specific things that I haven't been able to find since Caspian Grill closed. The store was pretty much what I expected. A few aisles of shelves stacked to the top with a variety of items. Let's face it. Middle East is a large area with many countries, each with its own unique spices and dishes, and so it is a huge undertaking to try and satisfy everyone, but for the most part, they succeeded. Given the people who were shopping there at the time, I would say that the authenticity of the store was greatly appreciated. I ended up not finding the Persian items I was looking for, but that's ok, instead I got a Turkish item. They also serve food at the store, which is nice because after walking along the aisles of food items, you start craving a Middle Eastern treat. I saw a vertically roasted meat and I knew what I wanted, but i didn't see a menu and when I was asked what I wanted, I wasn't sure if they were serving Gyro, Doner, or Shawarma, and not wanting to offend anyone, I asked for a meat wrap. It worked and I ended up with a Shawarma, which made the whole experience worthwhile.
