I will say that I was a little confused when I arrived because I wasn't expecting it to be a food truck. turns out they used to have another brick-and-mortar location, but the building got bought and they had to vacate head, so they're currently one of the food trucks in a little food truck park. The owner actually took my order that day, and we chatted while my food was being made since there was nobody else in line at the time. She told me her story and her dreams and her love for sharing her food with people...
