This is our local BurgerFi. Hadn't been in quite some time. They had a local offer today for $5.00/burger and $2.00/shake. We walked in, and it was hopping! More impressive than the food (which was delicious!), more impressive than today's deal, was the manager and service of the entire team. Been to this BurgerFi a few times. It's always empty with only one person working. The food is almost mid, but when you want a burger at 9:30 PM on a Monday in Weston and there is no In-N-Out in your state, you gotta make concessions. So I was jonesing for a burger the other night and BurgerFi was the only conveniently located place that was open. My family decided to get take-out, and we all ordered your basic 2-patty burger with grilled onions. They charged an extra dollar for each burger for the onions, and an extra $2 dollars for a lettuce bun substitute. Took everything home to chow. There was something off with the taste of these burgers. All the accoutrements seemed fresh but the patty was amiss. Was this beyond beef? pink slime? spoiled? It was a struggle to eat. A beef stick or two from 7-11 would have been more satisfying and cheaper. The worst part? That night all of us were awaken with gastric distress. Now I know why this joint is always empty. How they stay in business is beyond me. read more

This is for delivery through Uber Eats! We'd been craving burgers & fries from this particular location because the food is always made-to-order fresh and simply delish! We placed our orders and within the hour, we were enjoying our BurgerFi cheeseburger, large order of French fries (no salt), and a Double Angus beef, (sans jalapeños) with Pepper Jack cheese, crispy haystack onions, and Memphis sweet BBQ sauce. I ordered the green style burger today and it was not good at all. The lettuce was wet, the burger was cold, it was overall put together really badly. I hope the lettuce was properly cleaned. I wouldn't order from this burgerfi again. I usually get a really good quality burger at burgerfi. I appreciate that the burgers are: steroid, hormone, chemical, and additives free. I also love that they are humanely raised and grass fed. This is the only reason I feel comfortable ordering from BurgerFi. So I hope the Weston location works better on focusing on the quality of their product when serving it. Otherwise, it takes away from the purpose of trying to eat healthy at burgerfi. read more

This is by far the best Burgerfi I keep saying it !!! Service at this Weston location is fantastic (visited 12/26/22) it is a solid 5 stars and we come here often from Sunrise m. The staff is always very nice, professional and always keeping up with the place. We ordered our typical burgers we love Junior Burger with tomato, lettuce, raw diced onions, and pickles, then a single bacon cheeseburger and add their BBQ sauce, large fries well done with chain seasoning on the side, and what I am highlighting today the AMAZING BANANA CHURRO MILKSHAKE !!!!! Ughhhh so good!!!!! I recommend this if you're into banana flavored milkshakes my absolute favorite. We always look forward to the food here and especially visiting Weston Burgerfi! read more

Delicious food is all I can say. The burgers here are top quality. The buns are always fresh. Cooked just how I like it. The only thing is I think they skimp on the cheese a little bit. It could be more. Still a great burger. I love the fries here as well. They are the right amount of crispness. This restaurant is always very clean. I have been here a few times and always have a consistent experience. The staff are very helpful and work to make for a nice experience for the customer. The burgers are pretty large so I usually save half for the next day. The burger is still good but naturally it loses something. Sorry to leave a bad review, but yuck.. Twice over the last 6 months ( and I didn't go here often) I found long black hairs in my burger. My coworker as well. Each time they offered a refund or free meal next time , but still. It seems like they do not take precautions for this type of issue. BurgerFi always has a great tasting burger, however service varies depending on which location you're at. I have visited the Weston location on numerous occasions and I've had different experience each time. One notable experience was when the order taker and the kitchen workers were yelling at each other in front of customers and it definitely isn't something to expect at a professional burger chain that presents such an amazing product. Of course, since I am giving the 3 star rating, which basically means I had an 'ok' or 'good' experience let's get to the tasty details. Man oh man... I got the CEO burger which is extremely tender and juicy along with all american toppings and double Fi sauce. The product here is tremendous and if anyone can't taste how good these burgers are, then they probably just don't know burgers in general Ha! I am so happy BurgerFi stepped up their plant based game up by adding the famous Beyond Burger!!!! This shet will rock your world. It is juicy, flavorful, endorphin-inducing patty that taste like the real thing (but better!) I have of course tried their Vegiburger and I was impressed with it but Beyond Burger might have taken the buns! I switched out what they usually add, american cheese, for white cheddar. On my last visit before this I tried for the 1st time their chocolate and vanilla milkshake....INCREDIBLE! I had a side of fries and garlic aioli; nothing short of bliss. Food came out super quick. Portion size of the fries was reasonable for 1 person but the burger, for $9 was pretty small. My opinion on BurgerFi has changed since my 1st time for the better! read more

Update: I added a star for the amazing customer follow up by Burger Fi corporate and Joe the manager. He totally understood my frustration and was very nice. So...what does one do after they go grocery shopping? They eat out. I haven't been to Burger Fi in some time. Partially because I eat vegan and their veggie burger has cheese in it and partially because the orders were never right and took forever. I was excited when they started using Beyond Beef burgers. It is a vegan meat substitute. I am not sure why why would serve it with American Cheese (Manager Agreed) and mayo and run the risk of adding non-vegan items to the burger. The burger is $8 and change and comes with lettuce, tomatoes, ketchup, onion, American cheese, pickles and mayo. Mayo was not mentioned in the description however the cashier who took my order asked if I wanted it vegan and then mentioned the mayo. He got it. He understands what vegan means. Too bad the people preparing the food did not. Shame on me for not checking prior to leaving. I only live 5 minutes from burger fi. 10 with traffic. By the time I got home the fries were ice cold which tells me they weren't very hot when they were put in the bag. I opened the burger and see something rather orange peaking out. I turn the burger around and yep CHEESE! I opened the burger and thankfully it wasn't on the bun and I was able to scrape it off, but I shouldn't have to and many vegans would NOT be happy with this turn of events. I am plant based, and I can manage a little cream in my coffee but my expectation is that if I order no cheese, I want to cheese. The cashier understood this...why is it so difficult for the kitchen to read the order and serve it per my request and not the way they mechanically so it. Again, so silly that the Beyond Beef burger even has the cheese as part of its normal presentation. Why not have it as an add on instead of having vegans annoyed. The burger wasn't as good as when I make it at home, so I guess I will just purchase it froze at Whole Foods for $5.99 (for 2) and make it myself. At least it won't have cheese on it. The reason I gave 2 stars vs 1 is only because the cashier was friendly and understood what vegan means. Probably won't be back for another few years. When i got there, I was waiting at the front for what felt like forever. There was only one girl working, and she made eye contact with me multiple times but never took my order. One girl even working in the kitchen notified her about it, but I was still ignored. After a few minutes, she told me I could just order on a device nearby. She never said sorry and was very blunt about it. The device was very hard to work with. I came there as a family of three, planning to eat a regular meal with milkshakes. The menu on the device was hard to understand, and it was also glitching. It took me about 10 minutes to order all my stuff and it was very very pricey. Once I got my food, it was bad. The milkshakes tasted very fake and the fries and onion rings were soggy. Through the time I spent there, I also saw no one cleaning tables. read more

Staff here is a notch above very hospitable, personable, and friendly! I have been coming for several months as we have three near our Davie home. As always, gendered bathrooms are still an issue in a lot of places, so keep that in mind. Hand sanitizer right outside of them in case you need to clean your hands and don't want to go inside. Food is great every time we go, and we've never had any problems with customer service. A tad bit expensive but that's pretty common with most burger places. Solid burger chain but located in the middle of a hidden plaza. Burgerfi offers American burger fares and traditional sides: fries, onion rings, ice cream, and milk shakes. Everything is cooked to order, and they offer an infinite other ways you can customize a burger (toppings, wraps, how many patties). They also offer veggie patties and hot dogs. I ordered the original Burgerfi burger, but got it lettuce wrapped. It comes with two parties, but each are kind of small in comparison to other burgers. I didn't add anything to it, so it was kind of ordinary, but still a tasty burger. I wish it had pickles or a signature sauce or something.... (* But now I'm referring back to the menu, and it says that the burgers DO come with sauce, and my burger definitely was served plain.) I was intrigued by the wagyu beef hot dog. It wasn't anything special tasting. I was hoping that it would be buttery tasting, or that it would melt when you bite into it... But it was just an ordinary dog to me. The hands-down, BEST part of my meal was the dessert! I ordered a red velvet concrete, which was heaven in a cup. It was creamy, rich vanilla ice cream with a treasure trove of moist red velvet cake wedged inside. I am drooling just writing about it. My friends and I arrived with over an hour until closing time on a Friday night. However, I felt rushed by the employees to order and eat. They were really in a rush to clean and get home...even though there was much more business hours to be open for. The woman who took my order seemed frazzled when even more customers arrived after we did. She I'm not sure what the rush was about, but she was yelling a lot. While my order this time was average, I did eat at Burgerfi previously and ate their Breakfast All Day burger, which was incredibly decadent.
