The worst customer service im shocked people are treating others this way. My entire order was wrong no sauces incomplete orders just ridiculous I called two individuals were laughing at me and putting me on hold acting like they were trying to help then they said oh it's not showing you have sauces we can't see your order the way you can! Currently my favorite Burger Fi in the area! Everyone is very friendly, the space is always clean, it's in a nice plaza with space around it for easy parking, the interior is nice and open and doesn't feel crowded even at lunch when busy. Music is generally at a nice medium level with shaded windows on all sides and bare bulb style lights (see photo), I believe the furniture is mostly made of recycled materials, and they have those "freestyle" vending machines featuring Coke products. read more

This was the very first time we tried BurgerFi and we had very low expectations, we expected something like McDonalds where they advertise a big juicy burger but serve you a flat patty like a paper but this place serve you exactly what you see in the picture. Well done got big juicy burger. The onion rings were huge and made just right, the fries were perfectly salty and they shakes taste like a real ice cream shake. The service was also amazing as well as the ambiance. I've been coming to burgerfi for a couple years now and its never failed me. The service is always quick and the food is made on point. When you order at the counter, they give you a # and deliver it to your table! The ambience is welcoming, given that they greet you at the door every time! Since I usually come here after my workouts, I order the triple patty burger haha. I don't recommend getting it lettuce wrapped because it can get messy very fast. With the bun, it'll never fall apart, so I stick to what I know! One of my favorite things about this place is that they offer craft beer! So during October, I'll go ahead and order the Sam Adam's Oktoberfest! I recommend this to anyone trying to grab a quick bite after a workout, or simply in the mood for a good quality burger that won't break the bank! read more

NEW BURGERFI ALERT This new BurgerFi is located in one of the many new plazas in Miramar. Prime location for such a great burger place. I've frequented several other BurgerFi's but came to this one specifically for a special they were having. A FREE BurgerFi cheeseburger? Count me IN! They're pricey so when I saw this promo I had to jump on it. They were also so accommodating and let me redeem my free fries with a purchase promo as well. So in total for a burger, fries, and shake I paid $5.54 at BURGERFI...AND the service was great? Not much to complain about! If I HAD to complain the only thing I'd say is that they did take a while with our shakes, but I did notice that the staff was putting new cream in the machine which I presume needed time to chill in order to get ice cream. The food quality is top notch which is likely ehh they're pricey. Their food is fresh and a lot less greasy than some of their competing burger joints. The place is very clean and you can obviously tell they just opened. Great service and the burgers were so juicy. I had the single cheeseburger on a lettuce bun with bacon and mushroom. I've ordered delivery from here twice and both times were great. 1. I live nearby so the delivery time is fast, which my food comes a bit fresher than most restaurants I order from. 2. The food is great the first 20minutes like any other fast food restaurant, but the meat tastes fresher. I would probably eat here every so often, but not a regular stop-in. 09/27/2024 @1:20-1:40 PM Business has a sign on the door that clearly states no animals... with the exception of service animals. Three women walked into BurgerFi, one was carrying a dog in her arms. They were touching the cups, drink machine, utensils, ketchup dispenser, everything that was self serve. I expressed my concern to Shantoy the sweet lady that took my order, and she went to the manager Julian. He told her to not say anything to the customer and allowed them to stay. Why even bother to post a sign on the door and you don't even enforce the rules? I'm done with Burger-Fi on Miramar and Flamingo. Shantoy, thanks for making my concerns known to your manager. My experience was horrible ! This location just opened a few months ago and because this is a brand new location, I would say that management needs to really train their staff on customer service. There is absolutely "0" interaction between the staff and the customers. You are not greeted when you walk in.. if you had a question, the staff will not respond.. I needed a refund for a strawberry shake since they ran out and the manager or assistant manager had to give me the refund.. very rude, left the counter had me waiting just for a $5 refund... When it came to our food, it took forever and it was practically empty .... The fries were cold and dry.. Overall, the service was horrible.. The food was below average.. The store was not clean at all... the tables were greasy. While we we were leaving, we said "thank you" "good night". Not a single response..... I love BurgerFi but for this location its been kinda rough customer service is great but my order not this is the third time they have messed up my order. I was excited to try BurgerFi turns out it will be the last time. I cannot even get it one smile out of the cashier. I ate two of these onion rings, burnt and soaked in oil. The burger was undercooked and extremely salty. I did finish it because I was hungry and I did not want to go looking for something else. I try not to leave negative reviews because I understand that all restaurants have issues from time to time. I have been to BurgerFi (Weston) before so I'm familiar with it. My visit to the Miramar location left me underwhelmed. Firstly, its not cheap and patrons are expected to leave a tip when ordering. I don't understand this policy, essentially I'm giving a tip whether the service is good or bad. Anyway, service was slow and we didn't receive our onion rings and shake until we had finished our meal. Our server was pleasant so that was a plus. The shake was definitely the best part of the experience, but the burgers are just as good at Char Hut. Don't really think BurgerFi will be on my future dining list I'm sorry to say. read more

Walked in to pick up my Uber Eats order and the floor had a disgusting residue that stuck to the bottom of my shoes. The truffle sauce for the truffle fries barely tasted like truffle.
