For my entree, I had the roasted chicken with mash and I was honestly surprised by the size of the plate! The chicken was not dry at all and the gravy was nice and peppery. I thoroughly enjoyed it and had left overs for the next day. (Side note: if you want to split a entree, it's an additional charge of $8) The Kaluz Pembroke Pines location is very elegantly decorated with a beautiful fountain in a center section of the tables. Big bar area. And we are always seated promptly with our scheduled reservation. They also offer valet parking but honestly not needed with the large parking lot area.

It was thick and chewy, such a nice compliment. I don't know if there are bar stools available and whether they set up center aisle seating when it's more crowded, but the restaurant appeared clean and well-kept. There were no rounds available when I went, so I don't know how they accommodate groups of 10+, I sat along the banquette that could accommodate two.
