Used the online ordering tonight. It was kind of wonky. Because of that, I missed the option for green style. When I picked up my order, I explained what happened, and Matthew, the manager, and Carolina at the register got me fixed up quickly with lettuce for my burgers. Our order was prepared correctly, the staff was friendly, helpful, and understanding. Really appreciated what they did. Thanks! read more

This is our first visit to this location. Our food order was prepared to our specifications with the help of Jay who was extremely friendly , helpful, and accommodating. The portions were hearty and the food was tasty. I'll definitely return in the near future. read more

Went in today, September 15th. Ordered, when food was ready was thrown on top. Cashier made comment, that's why we have trays. Cook replied who cares, no manager here to watch. Cashier told him please put bacon back on burger. Response was you do it. Can't, don't have gloves on. Besides, I am up front, you must do as I say. Response, well if you tell me to eat ass I won't do it. Will never return. Was also told while paying that I must leave a tip or food will not be cooked. read more

From the cleanliness of the restaurant to the first interaction with a very excited and friendly employee I was extremely impressed. Food is what I expected, but from the cashier to the person who brought me the food and then extra sauce, again....very impressed. Fast, friendly, and the eagerness to go the extra mile was a pleasant surprise. This location is by no means near me but I will definitely visit once again. read more

Love this place. Great management, great food, great ambiance. The manager there is super nice and works his butt off for the customers. Onto the food. Always delicious. I enjoy the conflicted with lettuce. Their lettuce is big enough to actually hold together. read more

The food was ok,however the customer service was horrible. The young lady working the front refused to take a dollar bill that was slightly ripped. She advised me that her manager would be very upset if he saw a dollar bill like that in the register. She literally wouldn't complete my order until I gave her another dollar bill. read more

They are ok. It is not a home made burger it is a chain burger cooked well drowning in dressing. If you are hungry and need want a quick bite go there. Their onion rings are spicy good read more

Good but can get expensive since everything is à la cart. Burgers are oh the shakes are good also

I've never been much of a burger girl, I always opt for chicken everywhere I go, but I decided to change it up a bit. I am also trying to eat healthier so I figured I would try something on the menu that was on the lighter side. When I saw they could make any burger "green style" I knew exactly what I wanted! I ordered a single cheeseburger greenstyle. FYI: all burgers come double unless you ask for a single. Anyways, it was perfect! Delicious and light, just what I was looking for. We ordered a large side of fries for the table and it was HUGE! Not even kidding. A large is enough for 3-4 people. I may have snuck in a few. It's great to know that I can still have a burger every now and then and not get that super full feeling because of the bread. They also have a veggie burger that is supposed to be amazing. Will have to try that next time. I will definitely be back! read more

This is the best BurgerFi I've been to. Anytime I'm in the area I stop to get some vegeburger and fries. It's super clean at this location and the customer service is good. Don't forget to try their delicious shakes. read more

My food was ready to go as soon as I got there, it was all high quality, and was hands down the best service I've ever had. The cashier also had an awesome attitude and even struck up some nice small talk. Thanks Diego! It was a lovely conversation :) read more

I would do a fair amount of unthinkable things for the ice cream. I know, it's a chain...bet seriously, this ice cream is ridiculous. The burgers are great, but if you have never had the concretes (or just ice cream alone) you are missing out on one of the creamiest ice creams of all time. YES, KANYE WEST ALL TIME KIND OF STUFF. Came in on a weekday and there was a couple of tables occupied. The place was clean and the gentleman behind the counter was super friendly. I got a double cheese burger. lettuce, tomato, raw onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard, little mayo and a large fries to share with the wife (she had the same burger). The fries are MASSIVE. Really good fries. Salted just right. The burgers were great. A little messy, but I scooped up all the toppings that fell off. They have the Coke Freestyle machines. They seemed a little off that night - the gas or sysup might of been low? After the meal we wanted something sweet. I got the red velvet concrete. OH. MY. GOD. This was one of the best ice creams I have ever had. Layers of ice cream and red velvet cake. It was pretty big, and I didn't think I could eat the whole thing. WRONG. I finished that thing off in no time. Great food, great service and did I mention GREAT ICE CREAM? read more

The place looked nice and the menu looked promising.......but when I pay $10.00 for a double and I'm still hungry, something is wrong. Good flavor but the size of Krystal or Whitcastle burgers. It was a nice change of pace, but I guess my expectations were higher. They don't even have plates..... Bottom line they didn't knock One-burger off as king of Weston gourmet burgers. read more

BurgerFi is amazing! Hard to believe that burgers could be this good. As a lot of people are, it's easy to be skeptical. But I've been made a believer and have recommended this place to lots of friends. The burgers and tender and juicy. The fries are homemade and light. The variety of sodas and beers is great. The restaurant is cleaned regularly. You really can't go wrong here. Allergy Warning: they use peanut oil to cook. Why are you still reading? Get over there and get BurgerFi'd!!! read more

I enjoy coming to this location. It's clean, the service is quick (to be fair I do come either before or after the lunch rush like 11:30 or 1:30pm) and the servers are super friendly. There is adequate enough space for large parties or for you to just stuff your face at a table by your lonesome (my preferred method of consumption). Occasionally, again during the lunch rush, there can be issues with finding a good spot to park, but otherwise there really are a lot of spaces. I legit get the same thing every time- a veggie burger with grilled onions & the urban style fries. I will occasionally treat myself to a strawberry shake but not today. I'm trying to be good. And I legit never have any issue with them- love it. I can always rely on this place to give me the same good food consistency that is so important. Today the soda machine was out of service which was a bummer (I really only wanted water) so you had to purchase water if you wanted that to drink. But that has been the first time I've encountered an issue with anything. read more

The hamburger was good but the hot dog I ordered I noted "no hot sauce". Guess what? It had hot sauce so I couldn't eat it. The receipt on the bag even had it on it in red print. Shame as it looked good. So much for ordering on-line for delivery. read more

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried their cheeseburger. To be honest, I was expecting it to be greasy and messy but to my surprise it wasn't any of those things. The taste was really good and the angus beef was cooked to perfection. I also liked the BurgerFi sauce that it came with because it didn't overpower the taste of the cheeseburger. Their french fries are my absolute favorite. In fact, I initially wanted to have dinner here because I was craving their french fries. It's a must! They also have the touch-screen Coke fountain which I love because you have way more options than at a regular fountain. The service was fast, it didn't feel like we waited for too long and the upside is that the food was absolutely fresh!! read more

Definetly will came back for more, but beware: The burgers are NOT big, but very delicious! !!!! You are better off asking for the double cheeseburger and add bacon, don't adventure on the breakfast burger, with the egg and potato patty you'll lose the taste of the burger. The shakes are.......o k, nothing special, BUT the red velvet concrete is REAAAAAAAALLY GOOD!!!! Basically a layer of very creamy vanilla ice cream then layer of red velvet cake then again layer of vanilla ice cream then again red velvet cake. All together a strong 4 stars read more

BurgerFi - Massive onion rings!!!! Yum yum - Burgers Near Me - Weston, Florida

BurgerFI is the bomb! There are many locations that we have been to. This particular one in Weston is great! They were pretty busy ( It was a Saturday) but the wait in line and for our food was quick. I brought my sis in law and nieces who have never been. The women at the register was very patient and helpful. The manager was also great, he gave us a few garlic aoli sauces to try. We ordered two double fi cheeseburgers, two kids meals, a regular fi cheeseburger, a family fry, large onion ring, a few sodas and beers. I asked for a few Fi sauces on the side for the fries and they were very generous with the amount. The burgers are delicious and the meat is made with with no antibiotics or hormones which is a big plus for us. The fries are hand cut and cooked to perfection. Tip: get extra fi sauce to dip the fries in. The custard is yummy and the onion rings are on point. They offer lettuce for buns if you're trying to cut our carbs and they also offer a vegan beyond meat burger. This is our go to burger place and I highly recommend checking them out! read more

I have been there two times already in one week. That's after going there about a month ago. I had previously written and review about Angelina (one of the cashiers who's name I thought was Angela Lol) who had helped me both times. I was ordering with my family, and was very confused at first, but she helped me through everything. She seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely patient. It was busy one of the days I went, but she still really took her time with helping. The food is a bit overpriced, but the customer service really makes up for it. The tables were clean, and the food was amazing. The cooks really know what they're doing. My favorite thing was the Bacon Cheeseburger. read more

friendly , clean and welcoming recommend to all !! come here often with my friend we enjoy the atmosphere, food snd drinks!!

Great lunch! My wife and I wanted something different for lunch and mentioned that Burger-FI had a "burger, fries & drink" special for $10. This Tr-Fi was delicious and the service was impeccable with masking/plexiglass/social distance in place. There is a small outdoor seating area as well. Highly recommended! read more

I'm a fan of burger fi, but this was my first visit to the Weston location. It was a Thursday night and it wasn't too busy. The place was clean, the staff was very friendly, and they were really great with my 4 year old son. I ordered the vegefi, which I love. A veggie burger that actually doesn't taste like every other veggie burger out there. It's crispy and flavorful! I love the beyond burger too! My son had the kids hamburger with fries. This was his first time having a hamburger at a restaurant (he's very picky!), but he seemed to enjoy a good bit of it. I found the French fries to be a little too salty, more so than usual. We finished up with a cup of the chocolate custard with rainbow sprinkles. I do love their custard! I'm not one who will go to fast food restaurants, but Burger fi is an exception! Now, if they could just have a drive through, that'd be amazing! read more

Just walked out of this place after waiting 30 minutes for my food. I was never warned about the long wait. I requested a refund. They told me the food was almost ready, but after waiting for 30 minutes and really hungry, I just got the refund and walked out. I do not recommend this place right now, they are providing terrible service. On top of that, they have large plexi glass protectors that force you to shout to the person taking the order, who can barely hear you. To make things worst, the music is too loud, adding to the difficulty. read more

Veggie burger is the best! Love the ambiance of the place because of the decoration and look. Try the protein style with lettuce instead of the bread. read more

I used to love BurgerFi, hence the stars, but this last visit was horrendous. First, when bagging an item, all the contents spill out. The employee then proceeds to pick up the food off the counter and put it back in the bag. After complaining, we got a fresh batch. Second, one hamburger had 3 hairs in it. After finding this we proceeded to throw all our food away. The complete disregard for cleanliness is appalling. I tried calling to let the manager know (and get a refund) but when asking for the manager we get put on hold and then disconnected. read more

I am in love!! This place was love at first bite. I went traditional, a cheeseburger with lettuce, onion and tomato. The flavors took me to another level. WOW!! Ended it with a custom concrete. Can I just say OMG?!?! I'm always open to this option. read more

Awesome team great service !!! They were helpful and kind, Saturday's noon shift !!!!

Great burgers and fries. If you're from California, it's the closest thing to IN 'n OUT Burger! UPDATE TO REVIEW After three times of using their app for takeout, I can no longer give them a positive review. Each time my order was late and two times it was wrong. Today, my order was thirty minutes late, and despite my reminding them about the shakes (which the forgot last time), they still gave me the order without the shakes. The food is good, but for the price you expect much better service. Bottom line, don't use the app for takeout. If you must eat here, Dine In. read more
