This place is so good and has great options for everyone!! Their vegan burger (the beyond burger) is too good it tastes just like meat! Their shakes are great too and a good place to eat with friends and family. I'm writing this review in particular because today I walked in for my pick up order and went back home only to realize my order got messed up. Two veggie burgers instead of one veggie and one beyond burger. I called in and told them what happened and they got me on the phone with the manager. The manager told me to come in tonight or any other day of the week that worked best so they could make it up and give me a free burger. I got to the store and he noticed me right away and got my order taken quickly!! The customer service was amazing! Best place I could've gotten my order messed up! Highly recommend for great quality food and customer service. read more

Burger-FI is a gratifying franchise burger joint that always hits the spot when I am in the mood for a burger. It's especially convenient when I am hungry in between meetings and I need a bite to eat. read more

By the beautifully written job description, it sounds awesome. Training short. Menu items do not require memorization. Three flat screen TVs. Joe, the manager did not allow his food to be consumed by employees. Joe is such a rude manager that he verbally abuses the employees. Deplorable and insulting. Skip these overpriced burgers joints. Really great burger, good onion rings, fries are just ok. It is a bit on the pricier side, but you can tell all the ingredients are above average in quality. read more

Extremely friendly staff. Jessica was a sweetheart. Food was good and came out fast. Thanks again!!!

Ordered a burgerfi cheeseburger with a lettuce wrap and received 1 sheet of lettuce with practically no grilled onions! Super disappointed. read more

Amazing service at this BurgerFi and they went above and beyond with the service. The burgers were on time and delicious!

A very solid restaurant to visit when you are craving burgers. They provide enough options to satisfy most tastes.

Great food that was fresh but fast. Super friendly staff including Cami J. and Santi S. I would highly recommend for a quick lunch treat.

Come see Gianna at the Weston, Fl location. Fast friendly and attentive food is made fresh to order everytime we go

The food was awesome! Restaurant was super clean and the service from Camila was great!

This place is amazing! The employees were delightful, and the place is super clean! Definitely recommend!

My husband and I just came to this BurgerFi because we orders ahead and we were a little pressed for time. We order online from BurgerFi but this time my husband made an error (which discovered as we were sitting there trying to figure out if we messed up) when he ordered our Vegan Beyond Burgers. We got the burgers and they had cheese so he went back to see if we could remake them and was looking at the order. We could not tell right away that it was an operator order error but they quickly helped us and made two delicious vegan beyond on the fly! They apologized and were so nice and when they gave us the burgers we apologized realizing it was our fault. Thank you all for being so professional and having such kind attitudes. It is not as common now a days. Appreciate you all and everything was fantastic ! and sorry!!! read more

I loooove this place. It is my favorite burger joint in town. The breakfast Burger is like out of this world and so tasty it melts my mouth to think about it. They may take a little while to make, but they always taste fresh and are warm. They serve good amount of fries and even though they are pricy, they are worth it! If they make a mistake they are very apologetic and correct it/remake it. Nice customer service. They have healthy options too If you are into that! read more

A big thanks to Julie, Ruby, Amanda and Mateo for their great service. The best burger by far! Environmentally friendly too! read more

It tastes good but everytime I eat here (including friends and my mom) we all get sick. Once it was because they re fried the fries and they were super burnt and oily. So I came back and got just the veggie burger (I don't eat meat) and my friend got the regular burger, and we still got sick. I'm not sure what's going on back there but I'm done eating here. I kept trying to give this place another chance but it's been 3 years and it just messes me up:/ the milkshakes are very good though I'll give them that. read more

Giving a five star rating primarily for the quality of service and the veggie burgers. I'm used to Shake Shack in the northeast and I can confidently say that BurgerFi is far better. Definitely recommend the veggie burger with the lettuce buns though it can get pretty messy. read more

UPDATE: Joe, the General Manager of the Weston location, was very accommodating and reached out personally to make amends regarding this situation. On the phone he made sure to tell me that the problem was assessed and prevention of this situation happening again has been ensured. He gave me a free meal, which was very generous of him, and I was back to give the Weston Burger-Fi another go. It was definitely worth it. The food was great, it was timely and everything was definitely in stock! Thank you for your prompt service Joe and to the staff as well. Also, when we were ordering a young manager was helping the cashier (she seemed new) on how to make the call-out to the grills more efficient by telling her instead of calling out a beyond burger with no cheese and mayo by just saying "vegan beyond". Very good training by the looks of it as well. OG REVIEW: Went in to order a couple of burgers and the young man at the counter said that they were out of bacon, fries, onion rings, beyond burgers.... wouldn't it be easier to just close if you're out of product? Before I was told this, a worker that came from the back had an exchange very quietly and the man on the register nodded then we were told that the fryers were off after starting the order. Why would the fryers be off before closing? I work in the service industry at a deli that aserves hot food as well and I know that a quick excuse to deter people from ordering food is to say that the grill or fryer is off. At my job that would not fly at all, my boss would be livid if we ever turned our grills off before closing. The fryers should be on the entire time that an establishment is open. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to be a judge of the food but was showed that the customers aren't valuable here. read more

We come to this place at least once a month. But today the meat had a lot of hard pieces and the fries were burned. I'm very disappointed

The worst hamburger I have ever eaten. Had to wait 20 min for a lukewarm burger that tasted like it was under a heatlamp for 6 hrs. Seriously, the hamburgers from Burger King that sit under a heatlamp for 8 hrs taste better than this. Service was awful as well. read more

The cook David served and made my food. He was very nice and greeted me with a smile well he served me my food. The food is amazing and the place is even better! They are keeping it very safe and cautious with the current pandemic with making sure masks are on and everyone social distancing. Poor conditions!! Usually we like to come here, tonight we got there at around 9:20pm, the place was with only 3 customers, trash cans were packed, tables and floor dirty, even the station where you get the straws, ketchup, etc was disgusting, water all over the floor, my husband talked to the the supervisor in charge and showed him how embarrassing was to see such a great place in such bad shape. I hope BurgerFi Managment can verify this their cameras and take actions. read more

I am a regular patron of Burger fi, however my visit on 12/26 at 6:30pm was a great disappointment! I cannot recall getting a burger from anywhere that was this bad. Two over cooked dried up beef patties slapped between an over toasted bun with lettuce and tomatoes. Absolutely tasteless. I had to toss the whole mess after one bite. This was a zero star experience, however I am rating it 3 stars because previous visits the food was great. read more

Went to this location to get the $10 promo (1 BurgerFi cheeseburger and 1 regular size fry) and they gave me a "junior" fry (a kids fry). When I went back in to ask about it the person knew what they gave me (they purposely gave me a "junior" fry instead of a regular size fry). He gave me a whole story about how if they gave me the regular size fry like the promo said then they wouldn't make any money-- he also went on to tell me how their food was quality food compared to McDonald's (I'm aware that's why I came to a BurgerFi) to justify why they PURPOSELY didn't give me what I was suppose to get. I don't think it was very professional to talk to a customer about your stores finances. And at the end of the day the gentlemen did NOT even try to fix the problem by correcting my fry order because he clearly thought it was okay to not honor the promotion. Don't get my wrong I love BurgerFi but this is not a corporate store. This is a franchised store location which might be why they think they could do whatever they want and give me a "junior" fry instead of a regular fry as advertised. This location makes BurgerFi as a company look bad. read more

I have no words to describe how badly treated I was in this restaurant. First of all it was not a clean environment at all. The employees were rude, and my fries were burnt, plus I asked for no cheese because I cannot eat it and there was cheese on all of the burgers. On top of that the tomatoes tasted old and kinda rotten. Don't think I'm coming back. EVER read more

I love this establishment! Every time I come here, I get treated like I am friends with everyone I come in contact with. My favorite person at in this BurgerFi is someone by the name of "Joe." Every time I walk in I happily yell, "JOE MAMA!" And he excitedly greets me by shouting," SalesWOman!" Which always makes me chuckle. I will make sure to come back time and time again with my Toyota co-workers. Thanks, Joe! You make this place worth it. Update: I came back and although I am unable to find JOE MAMA, I was greeted by two friendly woman - Sofia and Maria. Maria's awesome blue hair gives this place funk while Sofie's kick-ass attitude makes this place whole. Thanks girls! read more

If you go to BurgerFi, just for the hamburgers that is a great idea. They are amazing, great flavor, and perfectly cook. But if you have a chance you should also try the desserts. We had a Oreo milkshake and the ice cream with so many topping option was unbelievable. But shout out to the general manager Joe and a great recognition to Mitch, they really stand up today! read more

Was in there the a couple days ago and overheard staff and a tall manager talking about frozen angus patties, and how they are selling frozen patties.
