The ribeye, ordered medium, was pink but extremely dry -- it honestly seemed like it may have been pre-cooked and then reheated. To make matters worse, the steak is served already cut, which doesn't allow it any time to rest and retain its juices. The picanha bowl was also dry and tough to chew. It's a shame when establishments that were once consistently very good go through changes like this. Unfortunately, for the prices they charge, the quality just wasn't there this time. I won't be returning.

I hung out with our daughter while my wife ordered and ate. Then, we switched. A quiche was brought to the table. I wasn't expecting it, so I asked the waitress to confirm it was for our table. She said, "Yes, it is." I assumed my wife had ordered it, so I ate it. I was about to leave when a manager came over to ask if I had ordered the item, to which I answered, "I don't know." She asked for the receipt, which I didn't have. At this point, three staff members were standing around questioning me about this quiche. One of them brought out a receipt with "154" written on it; our table was 54. They were speaking Spanish among themselves, so I wasn't sure what was happening, but they eventually walked away. I thought the matter was settled. I went outside, and my wife went back inside to wash her hands. The manager approached her to ask if she had ordered the quiche and requested the receipt, explaining that I had probably eaten an item I didn't pay for. My wife hadn't kept the receipt, so we couldn't confirm or deny it. Maybe the person at the counter added it to our order by mistake. Maybe the waitress brought it by mistake and confirmed it was ours by mistake. But ultimately, we didn't make the mistake. Don't harass customers over your own errors. It isn't worth it for a quiche.

And the only thing I would eat again. But it also had the freezer burn flavor to it. Canele my first time trying this one. It was okay. I liked the flavor but it wasn't anything I would get again. Ojo de Tigre it was stale. And didn't have flavor. I wouldnt get this again either. Traditional baguette it was already a little hard by the time I got it. I don't think they are busy enough to be making them fresh throughout the day. But for $3 it was okay. Overall it was a flop for their bakery side. Their cakes are okay. I may try some more. Maybe they are known for their hot food.

Overall, a very enjoyable dinner. The pork chop, sauce, and mashed potatoes were the standouts for me, and I'd happily come back to try some of the other dishes. I recommend.

The barometer for us indicating that this might be a legit decent Korean restaurant was the amount of Asian diners in the restaurant and there were an overwhelming majority of them at the time we went in. So we knew it was going to be a good meal. We got our drink orders in and for entrees went with the Army Stew (Budae Jigae), bulgogi, and the Seafood tofu soup. The army stew was considered 2 portions- it was huge but my friend was able to finish it himself. He said it was delicious and lived up to his expectations after having had the army stew in Seoul and have been looking for a place that offered back home. Though not quite as good as in Seoul but very decent for SoFlo. Next up was the seafood tofu soup. The flavor was on point- soft tofu that melts in your mouth along with clams, squid, shrimp and an egg topper. I will say, they were rather skimpy on the shrimp (only 1 in the pot) and a couple clams and squid but it was delicious nonetheless. The bulgogi was seasoned well and they included a number of banchan which all tasted fresh. I asked for lettuce to wrap my bulgogi with as that's common in South Korea but here it is a $4 upcharge for lettuce. The food did hit the spot so we were all satisfied with the quality of the food and will likely return.

I have been there two times already in one week. That's after going there about a month ago. I had previously written and review about Angelina (one of the cashiers who's name I thought was Angela Lol) who had helped me both times. I was ordering with my family, and was very confused at first, but she helped me through everything. She seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely patient. It was busy one of the days I went, but she still really took her time with helping. The food is a bit overpriced, but the customer service really makes up for it. This is the best gourmet burger place I know!! I love to get the white cheddar green-style burger and it is always spot on. I love how they have the soda machines with a plethora of selections. The service there is always spectacular and the staff is very understanding and thoughtful. The environment is always clean and I love how they are eco-friendly. Concept is great but execution is lacking. We recently moved into the area from out of state and this was supposed to be the burger place to go to. We went on Friday during lunch and were very disappointed . We ordered at 12:50pm and our buzzer did not go off until over 24 minutes later (see photo). Then I had to send it back because they didn't get the order right and left all the produce off my burger. Took another couple of minutes and by then we just ate the cold food. Not sure we will be giving this place another shot which is sad because it is so close to home. read more

Why 3 when the burgers were excellent. Here's why: The Today show this morning announced today is National Burger Day and to make it better they said At Burger Fi to celebrate the day, buy a cheeseburger and get a second burger for $1.00. The only item left out was @ participating locations. Guess what? Weston wasn't one of the locations. Moving forward: Giving an order is slow the only thing slower is making and delivery of the order. After we made the order it took almost 20 minutes for the food to arrive. May not return. read more

The service was great. I got my food within 5 minutes. My cashier's name was Devin. He was very respectful, helpful and kind. We were able to have a nice conversation and he always made us feel welcomed. As I mentioned earlier, the service was incredibly fast. The food also tasted very good. I ordered a cheeseburger, a drink and fries. The fries had the perfect amount of salt. The cheese was melted to perfection. The burger was warm, and the bun was soft. BurgerFi doesn't care! Very disappointed that employees at the Weston Florida location don't wear face masks, none of them. I assume the safety policy of this company during Covid19 PANDEMIC is not to protect the food that goes to customers, including kids and elderly. I do take out 3 to 4 times a week and every restaurant follows the basic mandatory safety guidelines.... EXCEPT BurgerFi. Unreal, very disappointed!! Great that there are other choices, places that care about employee safety and customer safety. read more

This is by far one of the better BurferFis I've ever been to, the cashiers treated every customer with amazing service and even if I had to send back my burger they made the experience as smooth as possible, extremely friendly and helpful cashiers help me make my order every time I go. And don't even get me started on the food, I reccomend the CEO burger, the mix of ingredients kills me every time I cant get enough! Will definetly be coming to this specific BurgerFi more often, keep it up! read more

I recently visited BurgerFi and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was unusually slow--we waited a long time just to place our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally did, the burgers were lukewarm and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for too long. Probably the best burger and fries combo in Weston! I love how they have a Coke Freestyle machine - probably the best thing about this place is that you can mix and match your own soda. Even Coke Zero + flavors! The burgers are to die for. You can add toppings like egg, prosciutto, bacon, jalapeños, and more. What's better than that? Oh, a fresh bun that is toasted! However, the burger felt a bit dry and lacked flavor for my taste. Considering the price, it left me wanting a bit more. I get a cheese dog meal, and they have a great variety of sides. I get maduros, which is a nice change from the usual fries. Their onion rings are also really good, thin, and crispy. This location was great! Service was friendly and quick, and my order was correct and delicious. They've started making their own soda, which was okay. Their prices have increased quite a bit over the years which keeps us from going as often as we used to, but it's still great food!

She apologized, refunded me & even decided to let me have a remake for the inconvenience & trouble I went through. I did use my 30 minute break to fix this. I actually appreciated the tremendous act of kindness & thoughtfulness since I did go 4 hours without my intended meal. That made up for the inconvenience. Still a little nerved wreck since it was my first time. But it was worth mentioning.

I wish there would have been some human interaction. Also the soda fountain machine was broken. The chicken sandwich was a let down and my husband wasn't a fan of his bun-less burger. The one thing that was very good were the urban style fries. At some point the staff noticed how frustrated we were and they offered us canned and bottled sodas. The quality of the food and the restaurant has definitely gone down.
