I ended up going for the Parrillada for 1 at bat comes with 2 cuts of meats, chorizo, chimichurri and salad. Was DELISH! Just a good Argentinan steak should be. I watered everything down with a Quilmes that actually tasted good. There is music and videos so is not quiet but not extremely loud either. I really liked the service and I learned they have a lot of live music events, so I'm ready to come back for more. I recommend!! read more

Live music and happy crowd! Everyone singing along definitely a happy vibe. My filet mignon was a type of cut or meat I wasn't used to but it was ok. My wallet steak with chimichurri and bacon only came out wrapped with bacon inside no chikichurri and the waitress said she would advise the kitchen but never came back. This place was a last minute find for us for a Friday night dinner. We had never heard of this restaurant but the reviews and proximity of this place made us give it a try. This place was really cute and if it weren't for the OPEN sign I may have thought it was closed! Thank goodness it wasn't! We were able to put in for a reservation before we got there and they had a cute little tag with my name on it! The ambience was so cute and very comfortable. The service was great!!! I met with the server, Romina, who was friendly and provided me with information about the three year old restaurant. They have live music on October 11th and an exciting Night of Tango on October 18th. I love that they offer these events. The counter presented a fresh stack of macrons and I had to try them for $3.00. Behind the counter was a beautiful espresso machine with a decent pricing at $3.50. The macron was a moist sugary delight. Small outdoor seating to relax and sip espresso. Dramatic indoor seating with several tables sufficient for large parties. I know, I know. Blood sausage is a disgusting name. I wish these little guys would have been baptized with a more appealing name but hear me out, they are so good!! For real. Give them a chance. Dab on a little Chimichurri. You won't regret it. We also had a spinach quiche that came with a little salad on the plate that needed extra dressing. My wife and I went in for lunch and had the picanha steak with a side of fries. We also had the Morcilla (blood sausage) and molleja (sweet breads) as an appetizer. The provided complimentary bread as well. Service was excellent and they checked up on us regularly to ensure we liked the food. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted authentic. Their lunch prices were good considering what you get as a lunch. Also included with the lunch special was dessert at the end, we decided on the flan and it was tasty. I was excited to try Caminitos an Argentinian steakhouse. There is quite the reputation to live up to. Showed up around 9:00 pm and the first thing I noticed is the door is propped open. That is almost enough for me to hit the road. As a Floridian, I prefer full AC. However we were starving so we just stayed and wanted to try it anyway. It was not as cool as I would like but it wasn't terrible. Our waiter was really a nice guy. We ordered the NY Strip and the skirt steak pinwheel rolled with bacon. We also ordered a couple of empanadas as an appetizer. The empanadas came out only about a minute before the steak. They were too hot to eat, and were just ok once we were able to bite into them. The steaks had amazing flavor. The seasoning alone lived up to all of our expectations. The skirt steak was very tender and cooked perfectly. The NY ordered medium came out very red. No problem, The took it back and minutes later it came back a perfect pink medium. While I would recommend if in the mood for a steak and a new family owned place, you can probably get better value elsewhere. We would repeat, but probably aren't in a hurry to do so. read more

First of all I belong to a "Gnocchis on the 29th " club. We have been looking for the perfect gnocchis for years and the ones at Caminito were one of the best. Home made pasta tasted just like my mother used to make way back then. The variety of the sauces was perfect. We experienced up to 6 different sauces and the softness of the gnocchis was without a doubt that of a home made kind. I definitely recommend this restaurant for there quality. We had a delicious meal at Caminito last night. We had garlic shrimp & pumpkin soup for appetizer, then split a beef tenderloin for dinner. It was all served HOT and perfectly prepared (a real tender medium rare on the steak!). We finished with the apple crepe/ vanilla ice cream, which was also perfect. The servings were a reasonable size for two seniors and prices very fair. I appreciate that the food preparation was not overly elaborate so the quality/freshness of the ingredients was apparent. Service was leisurely but efficient: you can expect to take time having dinner while your food is being prepared to your liking. We worried when we arrived to find no other diners. Our gracious server Diego assured us that Monday evenings were often slow. By the time we left, two other larger parties had arrived which was a relief. This review is not to harm you but for you and your team to improve the service. Yes it was one hour waiting. The chicken, as I mentioned to the waiter and explain was under cook. You can feel it when you taste it. I dont do reviews to harm people, actually i never do reviews but this was not a good experience at all. And yes the server mentioned that it was a delay because of the two big groups were there. We also thanked the waiter when offer the cake , etc but we were not happy and we did thank him for the offer. We told him we will pay for the food. Our intention was not no to pay. An absolutely amazing experience. Service is top notch, the seating is comfortable and good for groups or couples. The food is an out of body experience. We had the appetizer of various organ meats and sausages, everything was delicious. I ordered the pumpkin soup, and that cannot be skipped. The portions are large, so if you have three people, a meal for two is more than enough. Now let's talk desserts. The caramel crepe is a must order, obviously. But the apple crepe, DO NOT SKIP THE APPLE CREPE! That dessert was an out of body experience. I have never had something so delicious in my life, it's worth the trip just to have that. This place is next to some fast food take out place. Very nice decor. I wasn't too big into their seafood special because of the actual amount of seafood for the price. But everything was well presented. Service was alright you have a single waiter and the time at least I went was a little slow. I would get the salads and do some wine. Sodas are served via can. I'm disappointed :( I'm an Argentine native. I was excited to see this restaurant open for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. I got the rice and salchicha parrillera - my kid loved it! - I thought, yay! We're off to a good start. We got water and bread, and were seated at a nice roomy table. Our waitress didn't speak English which I think is necessary in a neighborhood like Weston (I'm fluent but my husband is English only). Anyways he ordered the lobster ravioli with pink sauce and I got the milanesa with mashed potatoes. My husband was happy with his ravioli. I was so excited about the milanesa as it was always an at home staple - well seasoned with bread crumbs, and parsley. Well I was served a greasy un-seasoned milanesa that not even salt, mayo, and lots of lemon could fix. The mashed was cold - I thought okay - maybe it was sitting for too long while the milanesa was cooking but nope not the case as I found a cold piece of butter in the middle of the mashed (see pic for reference). I was so hungry that I ate all my food. I told my waitress when she came to the table but unfortunately she came to the table when we were done with our meals (though the restaurant only had two other tables that were occupied with guests and two wait staffs). CAMINITO is the latest gem in town. We drove past it one day after we ate at another restaurant in the same plaza and I really wanted to try it. Upon my neighbor's recommendation, we went today. The restaurant is very clean, bright and modern. We ordered a baked beef empanada to start. It was one of the best ones that we have tried. The filling was generous, very tasty and juicy. Next up were Milanesa Con Papas Fritas and a Ribeye steak with sweet potato fries with an extra order of side salad. I forgot to take a picture of the Ribeye. Both entrees were delish. We asked about dessert and the Chocotorta sounded heavenly. It absolutely didn't disappoint. Chocotorta is not your average chocolate cake. It's rich, not too sweet and melt in your mouth good. The preparation is somewhat similar to a classic tiramisu or a grandmother's biscuit cake. The medium black coffee was strong and on point. Many cafes/restaurants serve good coffee and so-so desserts or great tasting dessert but below par coffee. This was the first restaurant that we thought both their dessert and coffee were outstanding. All in all, this restaurant will be on our rotation within 10 minutes drive from our house. We didn't know where to try Argentinian food since were not from Florida, but something came came out in Google saying that it was a must try Restaurant when it comes to Argentinian food. We ordered gnocchi bolognese which we rate a 9/10, Steak and fries (steak came back medium rare rather than medium well which is what we asked for so the steak had to be returned back to the kitchen) we rate that a 7/10, Milanesa de carne 7/10 (milanesa was very thin compared to other Argentinian cuisines), Grilled chicken with fries which was very salty and we rate a 7/10.
