Our table ordered a milanesa sandwich, milanesa a caballo, gnocchi with pink sauce, and matambre. The matambre was excellent: well seasoned, tender, and full of flavor. The beef milanesas were also tender, but, in my opinion, they were sliced a little too thin. In the sandwich, the tomato ended up being more noticeable than the meat, and since I was expecting the milanesa to be the star of the dish, I was a little disappointed. That said, the bread was fantastic. The gnocchi were good overall. I really enjoyed the pink sauce, although the pasta itself seemed just a bit overcooked. To finish the meal, we ordered cappuccinos. They were wonderfully creamy, though I personally would have liked the coffee to be a little stronger. The medialunas were excellent--fresh, soft, buttery, and delicious. To top off the night, I took home a box of ham and cheese tea sandwiches (sándwiches de miga). This morning I toasted a couple for breakfast, and honestly, it was the best part of my day so far. Finally, the service... it felt unmistakably Argentinian. Warm, genuine, and welcoming. Thank you for making us feel, even if just for a little while, like we were back home. And, to top it all off, we won!!!!

I've been countless times, service is always great and the staff is really nice, though the place is mostly always packed. We had a sandwich de milanesa which was good but a bit dry. We were staying at a nearby Airbnb and decided last minute to try this restaurant. We came with our…read morebaby, who was understandably very hungry, so I began giving her some crackers I had with me. Shortly after, the manager or owner approached us and said I could not feed her those crackers because they were not kosher. I asked if there was something suitable we could order for her, but options were limited, so we ordered fries, which thankfully came out quickly. We initially wanted to order a smaller steak along with several appetizers, as we enjoy trying a variety of dishes. However, after a lot of back and forth, the server strongly pushed us toward their recommendation instead. We eventually went with it, but the food was mediocre and the sides were very basic. We felt pressured into ordering something we didn't really want. Later, the steak arrived medium rare instead of the medium well we requested, which meant we couldn't give much of it to our baby. Wanting to be respectful, I asked the manager if I could feed her a Serenity-branded baby food pouch. After examining it for a while, he said no -- again because it was not kosher -- with no explanation or alternative offered. Overall, the experience felt rigid and unwelcoming, especially for a family with a baby. The food did not justify the price, and we left feeling that we overpaid for a disappointing and uncomfortable experience.

This is nothing like Motek or Abbale, not even close. From the very first bite, my taste buds (and my expectations) were blown away. We came as a girls' night out, sharing plates and ordering "just one more dish"... and then another. The Truffle Wild Mushrooms Polenta was incredibly rich and silky, deeply earthy without feeling heavy. The Pappardelle Tomato was perfectly cooked, vibrant, and comforting in the best way. And the Cabbage "cacio e peppe"? Unexpected, bold, and absolutely addictive. The raw fish dishes were also a highlight, beautifully sliced, ultra-fresh, and paired with bright citrus, herbs, and crunch that elevated the fish without overpowering it. The grilled fish was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and plated with a smooth, flavorful puree that tied everything together effortlessly. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is a whole vibe. As the night goes on, the lights dim, the music comes on, and it transforms into the perfect setting for a stylish dinner that slowly turns into a fun night out with friends. Chic, warm, and energetic without feeling forced. I left wishing I had more room to try the entire menu, but happily signed up for their VIP rewards program (available to everyone), which basically guarantees my return. Next time, it's another girls' night at Neya, and we're coming hungry. If you love Mediterranean inspired cuisine done with precision, creativity, and soul, Neya is a must.

I gave them another chance today. I ordered a chicken breast for my puppy. the waiter brought it out on a plate and placed it on the floor for my puppy. About 10 minutes later the drag queen manager came up to me and started lecturing me that dogs cant eat off real dishes. I told him I had nothing to do with what dish they served it on. And he should talk to his wait staff. He was arrogant and to be honest a flaming queen with control issues. He told me he hoped I enjoyed my meal and walked away. What kind of manager says stuff like that to a patron? I'll never go back to this poorly run restaurant. Drag queen hair. Green nail polish? Hardly professional. No thanks

Steak -$52 ordered Medium Came out Grey With some sorry, cross checkered sears on top. Clearly sous vide. Medium well through and through. Another person at our table, ordered the same steak and looked exactly the same. They complained and instead they got a completely raw steak. They must've just been hit with a flame torch on either side. I don't think that this restaurant has an actual grill. We didn't complain about our steak, but the other members of our party did and they eventually took it off the check. Never once did they come to ask if the food was good or if the steaks were up to scratch or anything like that. The quality of the meat itself was also atrocious. Stick to the seafood in this restaurant and don't waste your money. What's even more pathetic is that they automatically charge you 18% gratuity plus they want you to use a system that tries to charge you an additional 7% gratuity plus a $3.45 platform fee.

The restaurant itself is modern, stylish, and impeccably clean, with beautiful photographs of old and modern Baku decorating the walls. But the real highlight is, of course, the food! There is a wonderful selection of traditional Azerbaijani dishes. We also tried a few things we had never had before, including an amazing duck salad that everyone loved and some of the most tender and delicious liver we have ever tasted.
