The raw fish dishes were also a highlight, beautifully sliced, ultra-fresh, and paired with bright citrus, herbs, and crunch that elevated the fish without overpowering it. The grilled fish was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and plated with a smooth, flavorful puree that tied everything together effortlessly. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is a whole vibe. Irene was an excellent host and bartender. She was friendly, attentive, and made the place feel welcoming right away. Service like that matters in a spot like this.
