Lifelong customer 50+ years. Before food was introduced,Big Daddy's Liquor Lounge was always THE Spot. Consistent food, no matter what location. Professional staff, and all around Good Vibes

10 wings

Casual bar to grab a drink and some bites. We stopped in for a late night bite, they close at 1am. We got a Texas burger and some wings. There was a special where you could get 10 free wings with the purchase of any pint, including soda. So we got that which was about $12 which saves you a few bucks. The wings were pretty good but it's surprising that celery, ranch etc aren't included since the price of the wings isn't cheap. Other prices on the menu are pretty reasonable, like the burger was $12. The burger was big, not the juiciest, but not bad. And the fries were pretty good. If you're hungry and not much is open, this will do the trick. Vibe of the bar is a little grungy, green lighting in places, and dollar bills with people's names/notes decorated throughout. Our waitress was nice and the service was good.

Flanitini martini

We drove through Miami, hoping to get some tasty Cuban food but the streets were mad packed with cars, Vespas, scooters and people so we drove around for a good two hours just searching. Finally we found a parking spot at Flanigan's so that was our nearly dinner time lunch stop. We walked in and it was a bit dark inside and busy so we made our way to the bar. I had flanitini martini ($6), and we shared the rocking rib rolls ($14), dolphin fingers ($16) and smoked fish dip ($12). The rocking rib rolls were tasty with a good amount of meat inside but be careful going in as their core can be blazing hot. The dolphin fingers were mahi mahi and they were tasty. The fish dip was savory with both chips and saltiness, I asked them to not include the celery or carrots. Our server was Shania and she was good at getting our stuff out quickly. The flaniti martini was not too sweet and I loved it.

Entrance from the back where the parking lot is.

Last evening we decided to go have dinner at Flanigan's because we hadn't been here in a while and missed their ribs and prime rib. This location is very similar to the other Flanigan's that we have been to. It was packed and there was good music. They have their Thanksgiving Day decorations up and we enjoyed them. Our server was Daniel. He arrived at our table with a big friendly smile and welcomed us. He has a great personality and we were happy to have him make recommendations. He is very knowledgeable about the menu and what Flanigan's offers. I ordered the ribs with curly fries which I split with my daughter. I hadn't had the ribs in a long time and boy, were they tender and delicious! My daughter ordered the Joe's Special Prime Rib with a Baked Potato and a Caesar Salad with thise amazing garlic rolls. Everything was good!. We both had the Burgandy Capri wine that came with the meal. For dessert, we shared the Dulce du Leches cheesecake which was so good! We had a very nice time. There is ample parking in the back of Flanigan's with wheelchair accessiblability parking as well as a ramp. No dogs allowed. Families with children are welcomed. We will be back again soon.

My first impression of the famous Flanigan's. When we got there off the bat hey seated us in the back of the restaurant where the kitchen was, even though there was plenty of seating elsewhere. Maybe there wasn't a person working the front is what I thought, but then other people that did not look like us were being seated in the front so not sure what happened. Our server took a while to get to us esp after we ordered just our drinks. My husband has been to another flanigans and had a different experience, where the wings were good and they brought celery and carrots with the wings and not charge them extra. It was also very very dark inside which was weird.

I've been coming to this flannigans for the past 10 years and it's always been a place to get good food for a great price, my server tonight was Matt and I want to say he was very attentive on top of everything but still gave me room to breathe, extremely high level service far beyond what you might expect from a grill and sports bar like flannigans, I also want to shout out Curtis another server who has always been great to us and clearly has a passion to give more than 100% in his work and really made us feel welcomed today and every time we come in. Big props to the team for always being welcoming and warm. I look forward to another decade of excellent experiences with family and friends.

Awesome space with amazing service! Chillest vibes out of all the Flannigans that I have gone to!

The ribs! Always a good choice

This is a classic Flanagan's location. Great ribs, beer, garlic rolls, you name it. They get it right. The fisherman/Irish pub interior works well. The food is great and the weekly deals are really nice.

Chicken stickers and curly fries

The location was not as busy as normal so we Sat right down. Our server was nice. The location was also quieter than normal even though a game was going on. The food was great. Served very hot and delicious. I recommend this location. My go to is the chicken stickers plain and the garlic rolls. Very good!

Really enjoyed the food at Flanigan's. The 10 wing meal for $15.99 is a great deal. I got my wings hot and fried hard and they were immaculate! The curly fries here are so good! The Caesar salad was good, comes with bacon which is different but elevated the flavor. The bread served is very tasty and buttery. The service is top notch. Chris went above and beyond and made us feel at home. If you like sports this is the place for you because the ambiance is very sports friendly. The cheesecake is top tier and very tasty. Glad we saved room for dessert.

We walked through the lobby to the restaurant, which is situated overlooking the Haulover inlet (far enough away from the nude beach so your meal is not ruined, LOL!). There is indoor and outdoor seating; both have great views. You can also sit at the bar. The vibe is upscale nautical. The server was great; friendly and just attentive enough! We opted to sit inside as the humidity level was near 100% and there were storm clouds brewing. If you opt to sit inside, bring a cover up as the AC is working very well here! During our meal, the usual afternoon storm arrived and provided a dramatic show, complete with theatrical lightning! We had the ceviche and watermelon feta salad to start. The ceviche was super fresh and beautifully tart. The watermelon on the salad was at peak ripeness! Next, we had the chipotle rubbed shrimp tacos - two tacos with two giant shrimp nestled inside alongside avocado. I did not partake of the cheeseburger, but Larry needed a nap when we got home, so I think it did it's job. The fries that came with it were excellent. I'm not a fan of flan - I dislike the texture - but the taste and presentation were beautiful. The sorbet was a surprising standout. They were out of blood orange, so I was offered mango or lime instead. I have a mango tree that fruits all summer and I am sick of mango at this point, so I opted for lime. It was unbelievably delicious! Tart, creamy even though it's dairy free, absolutely refreshing! In all, Artisan serves basic food executed very well in a beautiful setting with expert service. Well worth it!

Lovely staff all around attentive, warm, and professional. The ambiance inside was on the quieter side and felt a bit stale, with not many people around, but still pleasant. We chose to sit outside for the much nicer view, which definitely elevated the experience. We decided to try the Miami Spice menu, honestly, that's the main reason we picked this spot and it turned out to be a great deal. From appetizers to dessert, everything was enjoyable. While there wasn't a standout "wow" moment with the food, there were no disappointments either just a solid, satisfying lunch. Outside of the Miami Spice pricing, the regular menu does lean on the higher side, so for us, this special menu made it well worth it. Overall, it was a nice afternoon out with good food, great service, and a beautiful view.

My lemon drop martini wasn't even on the menu, but since I come here often, the bartender comped it for me, which I really appreciated. Between the specials and the comp, my meal was practically free can't complain about that! This is a great spot if you enjoy casual food, waterfront views, and watching the boats go by. Bonus points that you can dock your boat here, which makes it even more convenient if you're coming off the water. Overall, a relaxed vibe, good deals, and a classic North Miami Beach hangout. Definitely recommend if you like outdoor seating, sports bar energy, and a waterfront setting.

Everyone seemed to be playing. We arrived to late to join. The place was packed yet there were only two servers. Our server was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. However she managed to keep up with out party of 9. There were times we were waiting for assistance however we could see she wasn't just sitting on her ass. We order burgers, flat breads, tenders and steak tacos. Steak tacos were horrible Burgers were delicious Flatbread were good Tenders definitely looked like they were frozen tenders from the grocer. The beverages were nice not too strong but not weak. We were kinda profiled however as a black person you get use to it. My husband and brother stepped out for a smoke break..although everyone else was still seated at the table. We watched security run out after them. We laughed cause they looked stupid. When security ran out there they pretended to be looking at something when they noticed they guys were right outside the door. Irish pub we didn't expect any less. I realized that I had not actually been to this location since it was The Playwright (or whatever it was called) 4 or 5 years ago. The updated interior is nice - very "pubby" - and they offer a good variety of seating from bar seats to high-tops to couches. Two things here that were standouts: First, the burger is one of the best burgers I've had on South Beach. So much so that I'm craving it again this morning. They've done a good job with the menu in that it still has all those bar foods that you look for in a place like this, but they've put some thought into elevating a number of items (e.g. the short rib poutine!) Second, the service was great. Our server (sorry, can't remember his name - a nice guy from Kendall) was very friendly and provided excellent service. As many reviews mention, this is definitely a place to watch a game. While we weren't there for this purpose last night, the TV setup is great and I could def see myself camping out there with a few beers on a weekend afternoon. As someone who lives in the neighborhood, I'll be back again for sure.

This nasty bar charged us $20 to play one round of pool when the pool table next to us that unfortunately was occupied only paid equivalent of $3. That is robbery and discrimination & will not be coming back here ever again. I recommend staying away from this bar. Maybe it has to do with the fact that we were only gay people in there. Avoid it all costs, I love a loud bar scene, but I couldn't even hear my friend standing next to me. The energy was not good with the exception of the female Argentianian bartender who is quite kind, but whoever we closed out with was quite rude. 0 stars if I could. We want our money back.

They bill themselves as a sports bar, and maybe that is more the case if you sit inside. We opted to sit out on the sidewalk / patio in front. The inside appeared to be fairly large, so that might be better dining option overall. The 10 or 12 tables they have outside are okay - there is an awning to provide shade and when we visited it was in the evening so heat / sun wasn't a huge issue. However, it got pretty windy outside while we were there. Also, you are technically on the sidewalk, so pedestrians, cyclists, and electric scooter riders zip in between the two rows of tables. None of this was a huge issue, but if you want to have more control over your dining environment, inside might be a better choice. The menu provided quite a variety - sandwiches, a bit of pasta, fish, meat, salads, etc. I think any party would have a good chance of satisfying everyone. My wife opted for fish and I got a burger. We both enjoyed our food and had leftovers as well (which ended up being part of the next night's dinner). The menu consists of well known dishes but there are no surprises - everything is cooked well and tasty but not memorable. The best dish is the Ceasar's salad which is prepared table side, using raw eggs (!) and is a must-order simply for the show. Everything seemed to order it. The crab cakes were very good - crispy crust and big chunks of crab with a spicy mayo on the side - worth it. Lumache Alla Vodka was also good, with the pasta cooked just right and a nice spicy kick to the sauce. The almonds on the European Sea Bass made the fish - toasted and slightly caramelized paired with a very good sea bass. Get it if you are in the mood. The oysters Rockefeller are simply ok but not worth reordering. The chocolate layer cake was also very good but not extraordinary and typically of any good pastry shop's version. Finally the service is what you would expect of a Michelin Star, which was precise and well executed although our waiter has a pretty bland personality compared to the guy serving the table next to us.
