And the Cabbage "cacio e peppe"? Unexpected, bold, and absolutely addictive. The raw fish dishes were also a highlight, beautifully sliced, ultra-fresh, and paired with bright citrus, herbs, and crunch that elevated the fish without overpowering it. The grilled fish was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and plated with a smooth, flavorful puree that tied everything together effortlessly. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is a whole vibe. As the night goes on, the lights dim, the music comes on, and it transforms into the perfect setting for a stylish dinner that slowly turns into a fun night out with friends. If you're hungry and not much is open, this will do the trick. Vibe of the bar is a little grungy, green lighting in places, and dollar bills with people's names/notes decorated throughout.
