Secondly, they provide tap water in small bottles that barely filled three of our drinking glasses. This has us constantly asking for refills throughout our meal. Now, let's talk about the food. I opted for the Genovese Paccheri & Short Ribs, which was a pasta dish. While there was a lot of meat in the dish, the noodles were quite sparse. It was also overly salty. Maybe that's why I was chugging so much water? Anyways ... The pizzas are personal-sized, with four slices each. However, the dough could have been cooked a bit longer because it was so mushy and difficult to fold. Despite these minor issues, I must say that the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. At the end of our meal, the waitresses explained that they source many of their ingredients from Italy. This information would have been more helpful if they had started with it instead of ending the conversation with it.

We were hoping for some sort of meaningful gesture, perhaps a refund or a sincere acknowledgment of how poorly the situation was handled, but that never came.
