Fettuccine al tartufo, pear ravioli, and grilled lamb chops. Yum yum yummmm.

This place is a gem! Met up with my girlfriends here for Galentines dinner and we had a fantastic meal. The plaza is very unassuming, located in a space that lies between Weston and Sunrise off the main road. But inside One Italian is a lovely modern interior with ambient lighting, chairs that swivel, and an ornate gold accented ceiling. On your way in, you can watch their pasta being made fresh! We made a reservation in advance for 7:30 on a Friday and got seated right away. There were so many things we wanted to try so we did family style, which I highly recommend. They have no pork on their menu and their meat is halal, as noted by our server since one of my friends doesn't eat pork. She really appreciated that detail and was stoked not to have to tiptoe around her menu options for once. We had the ceasar salad to start, fettuccine al tartufo, chicken piccata, pear ravioli, lamb chops, and a pitcher of red sangria. Every bite was fantastic, but the pear ravioli was the crowd favorite! The portions were perfect, we cleaned off every plate and left with our dresses feeling tighter in the middle. Unfortunately, we couldn't make room for dessert this visit, but would definitely love to come back some time to try lots more off the menu. Perfect for a girls night, date or special occasion!

One Italian came highly recommended by a friend, so we decided to check it out. It's located in the former Italian restaurant space in the Weston AMC plaza, right next to the movie theater. First impressions: the new ownership did a full transformation of the space. Elegant, upscale, and easily one of the most beautiful restaurant interiors in Weston right now. They really elevated the entire feel of the location. Parking was easy since it's in a plaza, which is always a plus. We made reservations for Sunday at 5:30 PM for two families (8 total), and I called ahead to request two high chairs. Nice touch--they had both ready when we arrived. Our server, Ivonne, was friendly, attentive, and spoke both English and Spanish, which was appreciated. Service overall was good, though there were a couple moments where drink refills and water took longer than expected. It seemed more like they needed additional staff support during the rush. What We Ordered: Beef Carpaccio - Excellent start. Fresh, tender, delicate beef with well-balanced flavors. Definitely recommend. Truffle Risotto - Good flavor, but not a standout for me personally. Slightly heavier/richer than I prefer, though still enjoyable. Bone-In Cavatelli Short Rib - This was the star of the night. Outstanding dish. Great value for the portion and quality, and the combination of short rib with pasta was incredible. They were out of the usual pasta it comes with, so I had it substituted with pappardelle--and honestly, it should come that way permanently. Absolute must-order. Salted Nutella Chocolate Tart - Good dessert with rich flavors, though a little too elaborate to be unforgettable. The music and ambiance were excellent--perfect for either a date night or a family dinner. It's one of those places that feels lively yet comfortable. A Few Opportunities for Improvement: Service timing could be tightened up a bit, especially with beverages and table check-ins. Also, when we arrived, we were asked to move our stroller to make room for another nearby table, despite other tables being available. Small moment, but it created unnecessary inconvenience for guests with children. Final Thoughts: One Italian is a strong addition to Weston's dining scene. Beautiful atmosphere, standout dishes, family-friendly touches, and plenty of potential to become a local favorite. Definitely worth visiting. Go check it out and let me know what you think.

I was here for a friend's farewell and birthday get together. The place is tight in spot but cozy -- good for smaller gatherings. The walls and ceilings were fancily decorated. This restaurant is located in a plaza shared with the AMC movie theater and a Circle K. I enjoyed my sangria -- it had lots of cubed apple pieces. Some might eat them or some might leave them behind. Silly detail, I know, but that has to make you wonder. The food was just simple, but portion wise not so bad because I still had leftovers I couldn't finish. I was accidentally brought the chicken parm instead of eggplant one. Putting myself in the server's shoes, I gently let her know the mistake and she quickly apologized and took back the chicken parm to get it replaced with the correct one. There were 10-15 other women in this gathering, so I could understand her not hear me well over the overlapping voices. The corrected dish which was the eggplant parm arrived a little over half an hour later. It came with a side of spaghetti. The eggplant was crispy with plenty of melted cheese over it. I didn't see any micro basil that menu mentioned -- it looked like parsley instead. Maybe it was under the large amount of cheese, who knows? It was tasty, regardless, and still satisfied my hunger. When I asked for the leftovers to go, the container they had might've needed a rubber band to secure it, just a warning that the contents could spill in the paper bag they provide. The tiramisu we shared was absolutely decadent and delicious. Would I go again? Maybe another gathering, sure. Since it's out of my way, I don't know if I'd frequent it for solo dining. Yes, service was slow but not horrible, but that was to be expected.

Went to One Italian Grill for a birthday dinner for the first time and was truly impressed with the authentic pasta dishes. Every pasta is made in-house from scratch, and they really nailed the flavors. On a typical Friday night, you'd expect live music, but instead, they had a magician going around the tables which was such a unique and fun touch that made the experience even more special. The service was top-l notch from start to finish. For starter we got the beef carpaccio with had Arugula, pickled mushrooms, capers, lemon vinaigrette, umami aioli, parmesan foam and some pine nuts it was so good ! Anytime I see pear ravioli on a menu, I have to order it, and this was probably one of the best I've ever had, especially with that little pistachio garnish just truly amazing. I tried my friends Fettuccine Al Tartufo with Wild mushrooms, cream sauce, truffle dust and she addedcickrn to it . I already can't wait to go back!

We decided to check this restaurant out after passing it a couple times. They did a nice job of updating the space since the last restaurant was there. We came around 5pm and it was a light dinner crowd, only a couple of other families. The staff were very attentive and all of the food was good. They serve you complimentary garlic knots. We ordered the meatballs, burrata, shrimp risotto, and vodka pizza. Everything was tasty and made fresh to order. Would return!

Absolutely incredible!!I have been waiting to try this restaurant since it changed owners and was remodeled. My family owns 14 restaurants so I am incredibly picky when picking a restaurant to dine at and rarely write a review like this one. To save you from reading a long summary I decided to just break it down by categories and score from 1-5 and 5 being the highest: Overall Food Quality and Taste:5 Food Temperature: 5 Food Presentation: 5 Service & Server 5 Ambiance & Atmosphere: 5 Cleanliness & Hygiene: 5 Kitchen and Service Help Organization: 5 Expedience of food delivered From Kitchen to Table: 5 Professionalism: 5 I really felt that I was at one of our restaurants. It was clearly family owned but since I did not know I saw a man going around to tables greeting the guest and working with staff, I asked the server who he was and she acknowledged that he was one of the owners. Come to find out that they also own One Lebanese. Can't wait to try this restaurant on Saturday. This will be a true test since I'm Syrian & Lebanese.

We had such a fantastic lunch today! Our server, CJ, was outstanding -- attentive, calm, and perfectly timed with everything. The entire atmosphere was warm and inviting, yet bright and lively. Even the music was just right -- not too loud, which made it easy to enjoy great conversation. They put out garlic rolls and focaccia to start with a side of herby garlic butter. Every dish we ordered was exceptional. The appetizers we chose were the Caesar salad which was perfect and the eggplant tower, also super flavorful and delish. We started with the clams in white wine sauce, followed by the cavatelli short rib and the gnocchi à la vodka -- all made with fresh, handmade pasta. That truly makes all the difference! If I'm going out for Italian, I want pasta that's made from scratch, and this place absolutely delivered. You can taste the care and craftsmanship in every bite. Also, nothing was bland, everything had great flavor. To top it all off, we surprised my mom with the panna cotta dessert, which was a total showstopper -- it comes out surrounded by a cloud of dry ice smoke, and it's as delicious as it is beautiful. Everything about our meal was perfect -- from the service to the food to the ambiance. Highly recommend this spot for both everyday dining and special occasions. Thank you again to CJ and the entire team for making our lunch so memorable!

Let's start with the good... The place is beautiful. Nice decor, floors, table ware, and it smells flowery. The bad... Garlic rolls were hard on the bottom and tough. The food was tasteless, no salt, no lemon, no white wine. The linguine was mushy, not aldente. The worst part was the ICE TEA, it was $5 for a small glass and NO REFILLS! We will not be returning.

And the food delivered on every level. We started with the pizza, and it was exactly what you hope for: fresh, well-proofed dough with zero flop, a perfectly crisp bite, and that spot-on sauce-to-cheese ratio that's harder to find than it should be. Balanced, flavorful, and just plain satisfying. But the real star of the afternoon was the Spaghetti Carbonara. Instead of bacon, they use prosciutto, and it takes the dish to another level--deeper flavor, a cleaner richness, and an overall more elevated bite. The sauce was silky and indulgent, but never heavy or overwhelming. Every forkful felt like the perfect mix of comfort and "wow." We didn't get dessert this time (big mistake), but that just gives us another reason to come back--because we will be back to work through more of the menu. Highly recommend. Great food, great service, and absolutely worth the stop.

Review of Salumeria 104 - Weston, FL…read more I had high hopes for Salumeria 101, especially on a special occasion like Mother's Day, but the experience ended up being far too inconsistent to recommend. Reservation & Check‑In We arrived at 2:15 PM for a 2:30 PM reservation made earlier that morning at 11:30 AM via OpenTable, which was also confirmed in the app. Despite this, both the receptionist and the manager (short, bald, with a beard) seemed confused and unprepared. The manager struggled to accept that a reservation could exist simply because it wasn't on the hard‑copy printout he had made earlier in the day. It created an awkward and unnecessary delay, and it didn't inspire confidence in how the restaurant manages its bookings and how management values guest experience. Service Service throughout the meal was extremely slow. While it was Mother's Day, the restaurant wasn't at full capacity, and the pace didn't match the level of busyness. It felt more like a coordination issue than a volume issue. Food A true mixed experience--half the dishes were great, half were disappointing. Highlights * Arancini - Crispy, flavorful, and well‑executed. * Calamari & Shrimp - Tender, lightly fried, and delicious. * Cacio e Pepe - Nicely balanced and enjoyable + great table side presentation in a cheese wheel. * Penne à la Vodka - Creamy and well‑prepared. * Tiramisu - Outstanding. Easily the best part of the meal and absolutely worth ordering. Misses * Lasagna - Extremely dry and lacking proper saucing. * Caesar Salad - Also dry and under‑dressed. Both dishes felt neglected and didn't meet even basic expectations for Italian staples. Overall With slow service, reservation confusion, and half the dishes falling short, Salumeria 101 didn't deliver the level of quality you'd expect--especially on a holiday. While some items were genuinely excellent, the inconsistency makes it hard to justify a return visit. Weston has more reliable Italian options--Tarantella's, for example, consistently delivers better food and smoother service. Verdict: Pass.

Based on the photos I thought I was going to get a nice fluffy, gourmet pizza. The menu had ingredients on it that I equate to high end, relatively fancy pizza toppings. We ordered the nduja pizza, it's a type of pork that you don't see very often and it's almost like a delicacy to me so I was really hyped to eat it. But when the pizza came and we tried spreading the burrata that came on top of it, it was obvious that we were going to be very disappointed with this pizza. The red sauce was so watery, that when we tried to spread the burrata or even cut through the pizza to take a slice, all the toppings just pulled right off the pizza and you just see soggy, wet, paper-thin pizza crust left over. It's one of those pizzas that you either have to eat with a fork and knife or it's going to flip flop all over you. It tasted fine, but it was a pain in the ass to eat and definitely not what I would consider a high quality pizza. Also, for being a pizza literally named "Nduja", there was only 8 small dollops of nduja on the entire pizza. We also made the mistake of getting tap water, it tasted like what burnt oil in the air smells like. I say this about very few restaurants, but I would never come back here or recommend that you go here, unless you happen to very much enjoy wet, soggy, difficult to eat, falling apart pizzas.
