Well, my quest continues for the perfect slice of pizza at local pizza parlors. Enzos had a large customer seating area and appeared clean with traditional italian decor. The front counter employee, Jill, greeted me and was friendly while taking my order for one slice of cheese pizza for $3.50. The pizza chef came out and slid my slice into the traditional mega oven for a few minutes then placed it into a nice box. It was very quiet so I decided to take a seat and eat my pizza. I added some grated cheese to the slice which was piping hot to the touch. The bottom char was perfect but the flop test was slightly weak. The first bite was good and was pleased with the melted cheese drip but maybe deeper garlic in the sauce would have prefected it, but thats just my taste buds talking. Now, the edge crust was incredible, which was evident immediately upon folding it for first bite. Very good 7.8/10 rating. They have a large traditional Italian menu with many delicious entrees with competitive pricing. The bathroom was not modern although very clean. Will return for another slice of pizza but will sprinkle on some garlic powder. read more

Wasn't expecting to be impressed but from the minute we walked in we were greeted and welcomed. Server brought us complimentary rolls he gave us a choice of plain, butter or garlic or half and half. We went for garlic. Rolls were fresh and delicious perfect combination of garlic and butter. We ordered grandmas personal pizza the crust was crunchy and perfectly cooked. The pizza was plenty my husband and I shared the flavor was delicious sweet garlic sauce was light and not too saucy pure deliciousness. Left this place feeling like it's my new favorite pizza spot. Today my friend and I went for lunch and I ordered lasagna and he ordered Linguine with Clams, when brought our order we asked for Garlic rolls that on the menu comes with meal. I asked the server and her reply we ran out cause we had big order this morning. I asked why didn't you tell us, would have went someplace else for lunch, if you couldn't fill the order properly. So I asked why didn't you order more, and her reply was walked away. So they never offered us discount or slice pizza or anything, is why we weren't returning here since we live in Plantation, it's not exactly around the corner., and there places to eat on every corner. I've been here and sat in before for lunch, their specials are pretty good price wise and everyone is always very kind. Also, complimentary garlic rolls when I've eaten in for lunch! I like the 2 slices and a drink for $8. They've even let me camp at a table for about an hour and a half when I was studying (it was slow, no one was waiting for my space or anything) and the server was really good about keeping my soda full. The restaurant looks inside about as you'd expect for a little place in a plaza. It's always clean and smells good, and it's a decent size. I just did our first take out order and was a little surprised at the price, given how reasonable lunch is. We ordered a medium pizza with chicken and garlic, and 6 garlic rolls and it came out to $31. Seemed kind of like a lot to me, and there wasn't as much chicken on it as I'd expect for the price. It was good, but not so amazing that I see myself paying that again. It's Super Bowl Sunday, so the restaurant was slammed, which is to be expected. But as overwhelmed as I suspect the young woman working the counter was, she was keeping it all together and multi-tasking very well (getting people's pick up orders, setting up delivery orders, and I guess she also cuts the pizzas for the eat in orders). Very efficient, and my food was ready on time. Overall I'll still go by for lunch, but if I'm picking up an entire pizza again I'll probably find something a little more reasonably priced. read more

Why do people enjoy dinning out? It's about connection! Synchronizing all 5 senses while enjoying good/or great service and good food, right? Well, That's not something you'll find at Enzo's. I've visited this crack on the wall twice. The first time I had my yorkie (3.5lbs toy dog) and they denied me service. The man behind the counter with the rudest attitude yelled "No dogs Allowed!". I respect and totally understand that. I hardly ever take my dog around, specially when going to a restaurant so I placed a to go order instead (Still, there was no need for the awful treatment). Today was my second visit (after years from my first one). I was in a rush so I called and placed a to go order. It was done fairy quick which provided with extra time and didn't need to rush as much. So I picked up the food and asked if I could seat and eat it there instead of in the car. Their answer was "NO, once you pick it up on the other side of the counter, you leave!" The place was empty, (like most places these days), I was still in a hurry so I wasn't going to stay long anyway, why the bad treatment? I'm not talking about someone being polite, probably excusing themselves for their seating policy which I would have understood. This was POINT BLANK NASTY, RACIST, GET THE HECK OUT OF HERE ATTITUDE! And I even had given them tip. I'm all about contributing and supporting small businesses, but no one deserves to be treated this badly! Restaurants are categorized as "service industry"- it's your choice to go to specific restaurant to eat, or not, or you can eat at home. But to pay for this kind of service??? I don't recommend it! Time flies when you are having fun! Enzo's never disappoints. I find myself eating through the menu and every time every dish is spot on. Portions are generous and great for a second go around. The fresh salad which is quite large starts the meal. The yummy garlic knots add a warm tasty touch the meal. If you are looking for a home made Italian meal this is the place for you. read more

So many highly rated pizza places in this area and after striking out at two we ended up at Enzo's. It's probably a good thing as our service was good and pizza was tasty. It wasn't one of the best pizzas we've had but it hit the spot. The complimentary garlic rolls were a nice surprise too. Loaded with butter and real garlic we devoured the four of them! Our service was good, fast, and covid restrictions were followed by staff. They have a fairly good sized eating area but it seems most their business comes from take out. Which means the locals love it!! We are glad we found Enzo's to satisfy our pizza craving. read more

I have no idea why because they are the best pizza in the Weston area imo. As an ex New Yorker, my rare visits to South Florida always include Enzos for the great NY Pizza. What made the last visit so memorable, was I was having a group of 12-18 diners and they setup in anticipation of our visit a long table and gracefully removed a portion when some didn't show up. Somewhere in the 45 minutes of me sitting in the table, drinking my Coke. A waiter was nice enough to ask if I would like a refill of Coke. The waiter then told us 45 minutes later that unfortunately, since I ordered the pizza with her, it's to go. A slap was heard from my hand and forehead meeting simultaneously. They dropped the ball. The definition of TIPS in Europe... To Insure Prompt Service. My total at the cashier was $30.48 with Tip. Prompt service was not given. Not even close. But since the waiter was nice enough to acknowledge us, we left a generous, additional $7 dollars cash on the table. So basically, I spent $37.48 for a medium pepperoni pizza lukewarm, two cokes, and some shit service. I'll never show up on a Sunday again . I have been meaning to update my review but honestly this corona stuff is making the days blend. Anyway...we have been ordering from Enzo's for the last few months pretty much 2-3 times a week. Don't judge. Part is the reason is they are one of the few places that has kept their prices consistent and doesn't have a high delivery charge. The hot food has arrived HOT 100% of the time. The salads have been FRESH 100% of the time and the delivery has been on time, if not early every time. Twice we have ordered and sometimes was missing. Once it was the zeppolis (which are very tasty I might add) and tonight it was one of our sandwiches. For the zeppolis they offered to send someone out with them and I told them the "you don't need dessert" gods were telling me something and within 5 minutes of hanging up the phone I had confirmation of the credit. Tonight, I called and we had the missing sandwich delivered in 20 minutes (maybe even less). When I called the staff was friendly both times, didn't tell me I had to contact Grubhub (which other places have made me do if something was missing/not correct) and they handled it with amazingly good customer service. I have probably have ordered over 20 times since March, if not more, and 2x there has been 2 minor mistakes and a lot of YUMMY food...especially the Pizza! read more
