Ran across this lil trattoria while out and about one day running errands.... Mind you I'm a pizza taco beef stew meatloaf : KISS "keep it simple stupid " attitude towards food... We (friend and I) stopped in and decided to check it out. Well lo and behold I can only say lovely things about the place since they make everything fresh you can see them cooking the food there and you sit and converse and relax.... They have a build your own pasta dis option and they have the regular options and the ratio to person food is a lot... I had sausage personal zaaaa and friend had chicken fettuccini and we were both full with just a couple of bites... the food is flavorful and come to you piping hot which I like my food to be. They have wines and soft drinks. My favorite the moscato wine, fruitful and bold... their deserts the tiramisu ohhhh light and heavenly just the right amount of everything.... If you're going to be in Broward near the city of Plantation it's a must try .... Place is tucked in a lil strip mall area but the ambiance is absolutely worth going.... And the wait staff is very attentive to what you may need ....

The garlic rolls were insane... honestly some of the best I've ever had. We shared a house salad, and it was huge--definitely big enough to split. Everything tasted super fresh, and the balsamic dressing was perfectly drizzled and flavorful without being overpowering. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta. I'm pretty picky about marinara sauce (and I'm Italian, so I hold places to a higher standard), but everything was completely on point. The flavors, the sauce, the portion--just really well done. What made the experience even better was the owner coming over to talk to us. She shared details about the food and the restaurant, which made it feel really personal and welcoming. They also host special wine tastings at the end of the month with a curated menu, which I definitely want to come back for. We didn't try the pizza this time, but I already know I'll be back. They offer thin crust and even a deep dish that you can order ahead (about an hour in advance), which sounds amazing. It's a smaller place, but it's cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back--and next time I'm saving room for dessert (if I can stop myself from eating all the garlic rolls again).

We shared two large pizzas: the Brooklyn and the Joey D. I had the pollo mateau: breaded chicken cutlets with prosciutto, a sprinkle of cheese, caramelized onions, and mushrooms with a marsala sauce. The pizzas were both good. (I still don't like it when my crust gets charred, and some of parts of our crusts were black.) Nevertheless, the pizza afficionados at the table were pleased with their fare. The chicken dish needed something to help soak up the sauce. I was not told that the entrees weren't accompanied by a side of pasta and didn't bother ordering any when I realized the meal needed it. I took home the leftovers. I decided to get a pizza and garlic knots. Their 6 garlic knots are about $7 dollars. They were very good but I do wish they had a little more oil on them because they were a little dry to me. The pizza was very delicious! A 12 inch pizza was $17 for a plain cheese. The cheese was melted wonderfully and the crust had a nice crunch to it. my only thing was I am not a fan of sweet sauce and this pizza has that flavor to it. it was good but I don't think I would order a pizza from here again, personally.
