I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly parents. They have lived in Weston for 35 years and have been frequent customers of Enzo's since the restaurant opened more than 10 years ago. My parents ordered delivery a few days ago, and Enzo's forgot to include the sauce on the side for the chicken francese. The chicken and pasta were delivered dry. My father called and spoke with Valentina who said the restaurant would deliver the sauce in 45 minutes. 90 minutes later, and Enzo's still had not delivered the sauce. My father called Enzo's again and was informed that the restaurant refused to deliver the sauce unless he paid another delivery fee. Enzo's never informed my father of this the 1st time he called, nor did they follow-up with my parents. They just left them hanging. Terrible customer service for a mistake that was made by the restaurant. Enzo's has lost 2 extremely loyal customers. read more

The best veal saltimbocca I have ever tasted! The restaurant is not fancy looking, but the chef cooks better than restaurants that charge 50% more for the same dish. Portions are large. I give Enzo's 5 Stars because I go to a restaurant to dine, and the dining experience was excellent, if you don't focus on the ambiance. Dinners come with your choice of pasta. I have had lunch here two times & both times were just okay. I feel that if ownership/management made some tweaks here and there a lot of people would appreciate it very much. Let me tell you why. Service is a bunch of high school kids walking around clueless. They are polite; although short on common sense. For example; why would our server bring us burnt rolls? They were a dark brown (see picture). Either he didn't notice or he did notice and served them to us anyway. The rolls were delicious on my first visit, and once we requested a replacement for the new rolls they were okay. A bit dry but okay. I just wanted a plain roll to eat with my soup. Where is the butter? They don't serve butter, but they do serve little cups of Country Crock margarine. Seriously??? Come on guys, you can do better than that. Truly disgusting. They offer fantastic lunch specials Monday to Saturday from 11-3pm. And you can eat in, take-out or have it delivered. There are tons of options that are pretty cheap. The small salad ($3.25) was very fresh and had green olives. I love olives so that alone made me happy. The balsamic dressing was good. They have minestrone soup ($4.95) and pasta fagioli ($5.95). Both are served in enormous bowls. It would be nice if they also offered just a cup. The bowls are as big as my head and enough for a hearty meal. I was surprised to see that the pasta fagioli was a yellowish color. Usually it's reddish/brownish. Even though it wasn't the traditional version it was very good. Loaded with beans and pasta, but also a lot of slivers of fresh garlic. Wow, I never had soup loaded with garlic, but I loved the soup. I wouldn't recommend this soup if you don't like garlic though. The hero's are so-so. I like my bread extra toasty and I like extra sauce. The sausage and pepper hero ($7.75) was good. A little dry for my taste but still good. My meatball hero ($7.75) could have used more sauce, but I did like the meatballs which I ate off the bread. Next time I will ask them to toast the bread and add more sauce and I'm sure it will be more to my liking. All I can do is ask, what are they going to say no??? I doubt it. For a simple no frills lunch or dinner with affordable prices, average food in a restaurant that lacks any ambiance at all, with poor service, this is your place. I need good service to enjoy my meal and I personally would rather go to Vigneto's which is right down the road. They have reasonable price points, delicious and I mean very delicious food and the service has always been good. And they have real butter too. Go figure. read more

Cute Italian spot located right next to I-75. Well lit with picturesque paintings and well portioned, comfort Italian dishes. We ordered a started off with the complimentary garlic & plain bread rolls. Fresh and soft and buttery with the garlic bite. The minestrone soup was good with chunky pieces of vegetables and the house salad was a bowl of crisp, fresh lettuce. Then came our main dishes. From the pictures I have attached, you'll see these are well portioned meals. The calzone was served hot & fresh. The chicken parmesan was a nice, thin cut piece of well seasoned chicken smothered with melted cheese. The manicotti was a long piece of pasta nicely filled with herb seasoned ricotta and then topped with the cheese and sauce. The service was energetic and sincere. The place was spotless. This used to be a great local place to eat. Sadly, the quality and customer service has become abysmal. I normally eat from here 1-3 times a week and spend a decent amount of money with them. Tonight I ordered the Pasta Combo. The Pasta Combo is described as a combination of lasagna, manicotti and stuff shells. I've ordered meals like they from numerous places up and down the east coast. I was shocked when they handed me a tiny container. I thought it was just the lasagna and they told me it was all in there. I brought it home and was shocked to find a 1.5"x 1.5" piece of lasagna, A manicotti, and A stuff shell (not shellS) like they describe on the menu). I called and spoke to the manager. I told him how it seemed like something was very wrong since the meal was so tiny and only came with A stuff shell not stuffed shellS like in the menu description. He told me that he's not like other places and this is how he's been packaging this meal for the last three years. I pointed out that saying shells in the menu but only supplying one shell was false advertising but he didn't care. They had no desire to apologize or offer to switch it out for something else. I may be just one person, who just spent a couple hundred dollars a week there, so they won't care that I'm sadly not patronizing their establish again. This was a great place to eat but all the community reviews about how poor the customer service has become and how bad the food quality is now are sadly true. This was a last-minute change of plans. We were suppose to meet at Delvecho's at the Weston town center, but due to the Christmas tree lighting ceremony they were having there, there was absolutely no parking. I have been to Enzo's a few times, so I knew this would be an okay choice. It seemed like they were a little short on the help, but still managed to do a good job keeping up with all the tables in the restaurant. We ordered several things, first we got a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza for the kids. It looked so good. My wife got a bowl of minestrone soup, she only had a little bit and I finished the rest. There was no meat, not to heavy on the beans and was loaded with vegetables. It had great flavor. One of the other people at the table had a house salad, it was one of the freshest salads I've ever seen. Our other friends shared a veggie pizza with no green peppers, it looked good and it smelled good too. As for me and my wife, she penne pasta with broccoli. I thought it was good, but it had a ton of parmigian cheese on it and the broccoli was a little over cooked. I had the stromboli with meat. I ordered it with no salami so it had ham, cappicola, and pepperoni inside it. It came out and this thing was huge for a small size. Along with it was a bowl of tomato sauce, it was ok...it wasn't the best tomato sauce I have had. Most important was the Stromboli was excellent. read more

Great Pizza Spot! This is my go to pizza spot. Prior to COVID-19, I ate there often with my family. During this time, we have ordered pizza from here quite a few times! Each time it is still quality and great. Delivery was as expected and pizzas were still hot! I have also placed orders for pick up. Picking up, I felt very safe. The payment was not touched my staff and a shield was placed between myself and the staff. Additionally, hand sanitizer was placed on the counter. I also noticed that hand sanitizer was placed on each table as well! I feel that they are really doing above and beyond to make customers feel safe. That's the standard I wish I could hold this place to but today (photo 2) complete opposite experience! Barley enough cheese to cover the sauce & the cheese they so graciously did give was burnt. Poor management. I went to Enzo's last night and I left my credit card. I went up there today to get it and the host told me that they have my credit card, but the manager told her that it will be a few minutes. I waited for about 20 minutes and asked the host to ask the manager if she can go ahead and grab it because I have somewhere I need to be. The host returned and said the manager said that if I have somewhere I need to be then I need to leave and come back later, so that's what I did. The garlic rolls were over-cooked (slightly burnt) and the garlic topping was barely existent. We order frequently using the slice app and delivery is always quick and our pizzas are in great shape and hot when they arrive. We've also had their salads as well as the calzones and all were delicious. I've picked up orders there and the ambiance is friendly and family like. Took 45 minutes to get one plate of food. Absolutely ridiculous. I was hoping for a quick bite on my lunch break but this is not the place.

I have one hour lunch break for work and decided to indulge and order out instead of packing a lunch. I call in 20 mins before my break started and ordered the lasagna lunch special that came with rolls and a salad. The lady told me it would be 30 mins which I was shocked but then realized well it must be freshly made. To my surprise I waited 30 mins and picked up my food and even tipped without checking since the pay system prompts you to tip. I get to back to work and I work 4 mins away and my food is cold. Lasagna cold, rolls cold and salad old. Thankfully my office has a microwave but who wants to reheat food they just ordered, despite my hesitation I reheated the rolls and lasagna because I was hungry. I had to wait again. First it was Antonio's, then Antonino's and now Enzo's. Same decor, same furniture ans basically the same menu. All that seems to change is the employees. This storefront has been a pizzeria since I have lived here. Lets just say a long time. Always a good choice for a better than average pie and a pitcher of beer. Dinner entrees and subs have also been good. I started out tonight thinking I was going to Antonino's but to my surprise I was stepped into the grand opening of Enzo's. Well I am glad to say that Enzo's will still be my go to place for a quick good pie. Actaully the supreme pie I ordered was better than usual as were the garlic rolls. Due to the new management they are not currently able to sell beer and wine until there licensing goes through. Only a temporary problem I'm sure. But this didn't stop them from giving a complementary glass of wine or beer with my pie. Good move Enzo. Noticeably gone was the craft beer bar that I so loved about Antonino's. This will truly be missed. I can only hope that the new beer selection come close to the selection of the previous managements. Still offered are the daily specials hand written on a dry eraser board as you enter the restaurant. In the past a good choice. The service was wonderful and very attentive. Continually checking to make sure all was good. Orders were taken promptly and the food was delivered very quick. The grand opening seemed to be a success. Only one small complaint. It was very hot in the restaurant. Hot enough to make me sweat. Now it was a full house, very busy but no excuse for being this hot. Hopefully just a minor over site by the new owners or maybe an A/C problem but I hope that this is corrected by the next time I come back and I will be back. So, not much more to say at this time.
