Was craving a pizza slice and decided to stop at Pizza Heaven based on some good reviews. I was in a hurry though so I grabbed a quick size to go. Staff were friendly and inside seemed pretty clean. They quickly got me in and out so that was good. The slice unfortunately wasn't great. Was super greasy, to the point that it was dripping off the slice. Seemed a bit pricey for the size and lack of quality. Maybe I just came on a bad day or got a bad slice but that was my experience. I'll give them another try but it wasn't a good first try. read more

My son and I stopped by Pizza Heaven for lunch after his soccer game, and it was the perfect spot to refuel! I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious -- perfectly breaded chicken, great sauce, and fresh bread. My son had the large cheese pizza, and he loved every slice. The place filled up pretty quickly while we were there, which says a lot -- but despite how busy it got, the service was amazing and attentive the entire time. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us without missing a beat. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We'll definitely be back! read more

This is an overpriced pizza "restaurant". Customer service is a joke. Pasta is bland and lacking any quality. A can of spaghetti is better than this place. We just moved to the Davie area and being a pizza lover, I immediately looked for a pizza spot. The pizza and the food is good, absolutely no complaints there!! Having eaten here a few times now, I decided to leave this review. We usually get the traditional cheese or pepperoni large pizza and a kids spaghetti and meatballs. My biggest complaint is the price of it all. $27 for a large 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni pizza is a bit steep and then you add the $20 for a kids spaghetti and meatball. I have had better mom and pop pizza places in the area that are more affordable. The convenience of having this close by helps but just wish the price was more competitive! read more

Let me start off by saying I moved to Weston in 2000 and Pizza Heaven has been our favorite pizzeria, hands-down. We use to even compare it to NY pizza. The crust is delicious and crispy, the sauce and cheese taste authentic , the pepperoni and sausage . So what happened?????? If it's under new management and you plan on, still calling yourselves Pizza Heaven why would you change the recipe for the pizza? The crust was not cooked properly and soft like bread. we asked them to cook it again and now it came out like a cracker. It has to do with the recipe for the dough. Please go back to the other recipe. If you have the same pizza maker, he should know the recipe. This is so sad the end of an era. I guess now we have to get our pizza from Bellini's. We went for lunch during the week and there was only two other people. It use to be busy for lunch. I guess your pizza is not so popular anymore. RIP Pizza Heaven read more

Last night I ordered my pizza for delivery at 8:21 PM with a promise of delivering between 9:08 and 9:18 PM, I was never notified when my pizza was delivered, which was an hour later I had to go outside and find out that my pizza was left on a bench outside in the rain, completely ice cold, of course. I called to complain, but the boy at the cash register said I'm sorry I'm just too busy right now. The owner will call you, owner never called. Forget this place. It's unprofessional, DoorDash is the worst cause supposedly that's what they use even though they don't say that when you order it on their website(PIZZA HEAVEN). Never again!! read more

What a shame. I moved to Southwest ranches in 2014. I started eating at Pizza Heaven and thought that it was a true New York Pizza. I consider myself a big pizza fan. I brought friends over to eat Pizza Heaven pizza every chance a got. It is obvious that the restaurant got sold which is normal but the pizza went from one the best to one of the worst. We were given Burned Pizza and Garlic Bread - took back the order. Gentleman named Mathew claimed he is the owner got very nasty and said that's how it is and explicitly said don't come to Pizza Heaven anymore. We like Pizza Haven when it was owned by Mr. Frank, we told Mathew we have been customers since 1996 when the restaurant opened and never had any issues or complaints. Thought give it break this time, may be Mathew was under some type of stress. Ordered again this time ordered was incomplete and everything was burned, there was extra charge for asking more sauce on meatball sandwich and some of the order was missing. Had to go back for missing items, Mr. Mathew again got very angry and explicitly said don't come to Pizza Haven anymore. If Mr. Mathew is the real owner of Pizza Haven he is insult o Mr. Frank the previous owner. read more

Service was excellent HOWEVER i thought is was incredibly unprofessional and awkward for a customer to hear a manager berating a waitress because she accidentally served my wife the wrong type of wine. Food was ok I ate here years ago and the food was way better than today. Garlic rolls and mozzarella sticks were amazing, however the pizza was terrible absolutely no flavor we ordered half cheese and half veggies. The pizza was soggy had horrible flop and the veggies they just threw on top after it came out of the oven were BAD! It's one of those pizzas that you either have to eat with a fork and knife or it's going to flip flop all over you. It tasted fine, but it was a pain in the ass to eat and definitely not what I would consider a high quality pizza. Also, for being a pizza literally named "Nduja", there was only 8 small dollops of nduja on the entire pizza. We also made the mistake of getting tap water, it tasted like what burnt oil in the air smells like. I say this about very few restaurants, but I would never come back here or recommend that you go here, unless you happen to very much enjoy wet, soggy, difficult to eat, falling apart pizzas.

The restaurant space has been extended since I've been here. Back in the day it was one large table and small tables close together. Now, the space has been doubled and it's comfortable. The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave her recommendations. The food and coffee was amazing. We couldn't ask for more. The prices seemed to be reasonable in comparison to other places. I'd definitely recommend.

The chicken Parm does not come with pasta, but the size of the chicken Parm makes up for the lack of side. The quality of the chicken was fantastic, and the quantity was more than sufficient. I thought that the chicken farmer was extremely solid, it's hard to find a good chicken Parm in Indianapolis so this definitely surpassed all of the chicken Parm I've had in Indy. Another important part of the meal is the bread that we had, it felt like it was homemade, and was truly one of the better breads that I've had from a restaurant. Small note, nothing wrong with it, but the Parmesan that they use is probably very authentic, because it is a bit sharper than what I've received at other restaurants. This restaurant has been a staple for my family for the past 1015 years, and it rightfully deserves its recognition based on the quality of the meal I had today

He helped me place an order online, and gave me a gift card once when my order was wrong. My only issue: Last time I went to pick up an order, I told them my name at the counter and they said it wasn't ready yet. There were orders sitting there ready that looked like they may be mine, but I trusted that they'd checked. After sitting for maybe 15 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready, I asked again, and it turns out it was one of the ones that had been sitting there the whole time, so I was waiting for no reason while my food was getting cold. Mitch's is one of my favorite go-to's, and I'll be a loyal customer forever! They have the best bagel sandwiches around!
