We saw an ad for Pinsa 104 on Instagram and decided to give it a try--and we're so glad we did. Tucked away in a strip shopping center, this spot feels like a hidden gem. Although the restaurant has only been open for about six months, the owner brings 15 years of experience and is originally from Italy, which definitely shows in the food and hospitality. The space is very clean and has a relaxed, informal vibe. The menu is simple, printed front and back, but desserts aren't listed--so be sure to ask, because you won't want to miss them. The owner personally took our order and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered the prosciutto, mozzarella, tomato, and basil pesto panini, which came out warm and absolutely delicious. My friend had a pizza topped with artichokes, mozzarella, tomato sauce, mushrooms, and black olives, adding prosciutto instead of ham. It was just as good--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We ended our meal by sharing a tiramisu, and it was the perfect finish--creamy, rich, and truly delicious. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, and a cozy atmosphere. I'll definitely be going back.

Delicious food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything we ordered was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend Pinsa 104 --we'll definitely be returning!

I have been wanting to try this place after seeing it when we are at Menchie's. The inside is very cute just a few tables. It's not the type of place to come if you're in a rush, but if you are willing to sit and take your time, the food is delicious. The server was very nice. They have wine, beer, and Prosecco. We ordered bruschetta for an appetizer, the margarita and sausage pizzas, and cannolis for dessert. Everything was delicious. I will definitely return here!

Although this hidden gem is easy to pass by while driving on University, if you're a fan of authentic Italian food, you must stop in. Of all things that come to mind when describing this place, all I can think of are: fresh & inviting. As soon as you step into this cozy eatery you're greeted with a warm welcome by the owners while the amazing smell from the food around you fills your nostrils. I came here with intentions of trying their Roman style pizza & that's exactly what I did. As a self proclaimed pizza enthusiast, I know a thing or 2 about the many styles. However, amongst all the variations, I hadn't tried a proper Roman pie until coming here. After one bite, I couldn't help but think how much I've been missing out. Although it's much different than the ordinary slice you have in mind, it absolutely goes toe-to-toe with the best of them. While the toppings & fresh ingredients make all the difference, the real star is the dough. It's thick, yet airy & crunchy while also retaining some softness. It's advertised as having more hydration & less salt than traditional pizza. This makes "pinsa" lower in calories, fat & sodium, as well. I usually don't have "healthy" in mind when eating pizza but this place sure does it right. The Capri & Romana were incredible; I especially loved the Capri. The chunks of fresh mozzarella, generous layer of basil, balsamic topping & touch of olive oil created something magical. I've had all of it on many pizzas before but nothing quite like a pinsa. The tiramisu is also phenomenal! The owner told us it's his grandmas recipe & you can surely taste the love. Some of the best I've ever had. I'm always looking to support small business & this place deserves ALL the recognition. Be sure to stop by the next time you're looking for an eye opening pizza experience. Even if you want an authentic Italian dish one of their hand pressed/cut pasta options is sure to amaze you.

Take out order- nice service at the counter, explained it would take a bit longer due to an issue with the first one made. Water was offered while I waited. Got my order home and have really been looking forward to trying this place. Appearance was nice, veggies fell off when serving onto a plate. They fell off again when biting in too. The crust is excellent, sauce is good, just could use a little more of it. The veggies however fell short. They were raw, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers. The mushrooms cooked ok because they were cut better for cooking. The other veggies were thick and did not cook at all. I would recommend roasting the veggies before putting them on the pinsa. Glad I tried, but probably won't try again.

Just had lunch here and the food was absolutely delicious. I'd never eaten a Pinsa before and I'm so happy to have finally tried it. Pinsa was made popular in Rome and it's very similar to a flatbread except the crust is airier and lighter and easier to digest due to the added moisture, wheat flour and fermentation process. They also have some pasta dishes available and wine, as well as soft drinks you can help yourself to from the cooler up front. The owner Andrea, couldn't be any more hospitable and by the time we left it felt like we were leaving family. While we were there several repeat customers were there as well and they told us how much they enjoyed the food. I ordered the Romana Pinsa which had stracciatella cheese, mortadella, pistachio and pesto on it. This was one of the best things I've ever eaten. All the flavors melded together to create the most delicious bite and the light, airy crust just enhanced the overall great taste. On the tables they have bottles of olive oil imported from Italy which I drizzled on top and that took it to another level! Another table had ordered the homemade tiramisu so I took a piece home and it was absolutely delicious! The owner said it was his Nonna's recipe and you can definitely taste the love he put into it when making it. I'm already planning a return visit to try the lasagne and eggplant Parmesan that I've heard great things about. Prices are very reasonable and the quality of food is outstanding. Please go support this small business. I promise you won't be sorry!

We found this place after trying the frozen yogurt next door. I was super intrigued by their authentic Rome pizza. It did not disappoint! Service was okay. The place is cute but very small and not many tables. we got some small plates and a pizza and were very happy! The artichoke appetizer did not seem grilled as advertised and was a bit bland. Other than that, very tasty! Definitely worth trying the pizza!

Stopped in to try this place for lunch the other day. Very clean, very welcoming and the traditional Greek salad was delicious and fresh tasting. You can tell they use quality produce and feta cheese from the taste. Also got to taste their house made bread which was amazing. Def worth the stop on to try

Gnocchi allá Sorrentina absolutely delicious! Can be a meal or shared with friends.

Our first time trying out Pinza, the atmosphere and the staff were fantastic! It's a mom and pop restaurant, small and had to wait for a table to open up, but I have to say it was worth the wait! Delicious!!!

Wow Wow, we're so surprised by this little spot from Rome in Davie. It opened on September 20, 2025, and brings a unique menu and wine selection, featuring pinsa and poca. Based on the photo, pinsa is a lighter, airier crust with more hydration and less salt than traditional pizza. It's a healthier alternative with fewer calories, less fat, and reduced sodium. The service is attentive and incredible, and the head chef is super cool.

Omg, so good!

Ran across this lil trattoria while out and about one day running errands.... Mind you I'm a pizza taco beef stew meatloaf : KISS "keep it simple stupid " attitude towards food... We (friend and I) stopped in and decided to check it out. Well lo and behold I can only say lovely things about the place since they make everything fresh you can see them cooking the food there and you sit and converse and relax.... They have a build your own pasta dis option and they have the regular options and the ratio to person food is a lot... I had sausage personal zaaaa and friend had chicken fettuccini and we were both full with just a couple of bites... the food is flavorful and come to you piping hot which I like my food to be. They have wines and soft drinks. My favorite the moscato wine, fruitful and bold... their deserts the tiramisu ohhhh light and heavenly just the right amount of everything.... If you're going to be in Broward near the city of Plantation it's a must try .... Place is tucked in a lil strip mall area but the ambiance is absolutely worth going.... The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish…read more We started with the calamari, which was cooked perfectly--light, crispy, and not greasy at all. The garlic rolls were insane... honestly some of the best I've ever had. We shared a house salad, and it was huge--definitely big enough to split. Everything tasted super fresh, and the balsamic dressing was perfectly drizzled and flavorful without being overpowering. For my entrée, I ordered the chicken parmesan with angel hair pasta. I'm pretty picky about marinara sauce (and I'm Italian, so I hold places to a higher standard), but everything was completely on point. The flavors, the sauce, the portion--just really well done. What made the experience even better was the owner coming over to talk to us. She shared details about the food and the restaurant, which made it feel really personal and welcoming. They also host special wine tastings at the end of the month with a curated menu, which I definitely want to come back for. We didn't try the pizza this time, but I already know I'll be back. They offer thin crust and even a deep dish that you can order ahead (about an hour in advance), which sounds amazing. It's a smaller place, but it's cozy, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be back--and next time I'm saving room for dessert (if I can stop myself from eating all the garlic rolls again).

One detail that stood out immediately was the visible service dog sign near the hostess stand. I was seated right away, and they even brought out a water bowl for my service dog without needing to ask. The server was knowledgeable about the menu, offered helpful recommendations, and confirmed they provide a 20% discount for military members and first responders on select meals, which is always appreciated. I shared a large Mona Lisa pizza topped with fresh basil, prosciutto, and thick slices of tomato. The thin crust came out perfectly crisp with just the right amount of char from the brick oven. Service was friendly overall, although it appeared the server may have been covering too many tables. Drink refills were missed, and it took a little while to close out the check. Even with that, the food, atmosphere, military-friendly discount, and service dog accommodations make this a place worth visiting for either lunch or dinner.
