Out of all the burger joints I've tried, BurgerFi in Weston stands out as my absolute favorite. This is the best gourmet burger place I know!! I love to get the white cheddar green-style burger and it is always spot on. I love how they have the soda machines with a plethora of selections. The service there is always spectacular and the staff is very understanding and thoughtful. The environment is always clean and I love how they are eco-friendly. Whenever I am in the Jupiter area, I always go for a comforting gourmet burger-fi burger!! I also appreciate how their beef is 100% grass fed. Concept is great but execution is lacking. We recently moved into the area from out of state and this was supposed to be the burger place to go to. We went on Friday during lunch and were very disappointed . We ordered at 12:50pm and our buzzer did not go off until over 24 minutes later (see photo). Then I had to send it back because they didn't get the order right and left all the produce off my burger. Took another couple of minutes and by then we just ate the cold food. Not sure we will be giving this place another shot which is sad because it is so close to home. read more

Why 3 when the burgers were excellent. Here's why: The Today show this morning announced today is National Burger Day and to make it better they said At Burger Fi to celebrate the day, buy a cheeseburger and get a second burger for $1.00. The only item left out was @ participating locations. Guess what? Weston wasn't one of the locations. Moving forward: Giving an order is slow the only thing slower is making and delivery of the order. After we made the order it took almost 20 minutes for the food to arrive. May not return. read more

The service was great. I got my food within 5 minutes. My cashier's name was Devin. He was very respectful, helpful and kind. We were able to have a nice conversation and he always made us feel welcomed. As I mentioned earlier, the service was incredibly fast. The food also tasted very good. I ordered a cheeseburger, a drink and fries. The fries had the perfect amount of salt. The cheese was melted to perfection. The burger was warm, and the bun was soft. BurgerFi doesn't care! Very disappointed that employees at the Weston Florida location don't wear face masks, none of them. I assume the safety policy of this company during Covid19 PANDEMIC is not to protect the food that goes to customers, including kids and elderly. I do take out 3 to 4 times a week and every restaurant follows the basic mandatory safety guidelines.... EXCEPT BurgerFi. Unreal, very disappointed!! Great that there are other choices, places that care about employee safety and customer safety. read more

This is by far one of the better BurferFis I've ever been to, the cashiers treated every customer with amazing service and even if I had to send back my burger they made the experience as smooth as possible, extremely friendly and helpful cashiers help me make my order every time I go. And don't even get me started on the food, I reccomend the CEO burger, the mix of ingredients kills me every time I cant get enough! Will definetly be coming to this specific BurgerFi more often, keep it up! read more

I recently visited BurgerFi and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was unusually slow--we waited a long time just to place our order, and even longer for the food to arrive. When it finally did, the burgers were lukewarm and the fries tasted like they had been sitting out for too long. The staff didn't seem very attentive, and the restaurant wasn't particularly clean either. I've enjoyed BurgerFi in the past, but this visit really fell short of expectations. read more

Probably the best burger and fries combo in Weston! I love how they have a Coke Freestyle machine - probably the best thing about this place is that you can mix and match your own soda. Even Coke Zero + flavors! The burgers are to die for. You can add toppings like egg, prosciutto, bacon, jalapeños, and more. What's better than that? Oh, a fresh bun that is toasted! Burger Fi WESTON has AMAZING burgers, but that's not all.... the service is just wonderful. Sara is such a pleasure! Not only did she take our order, but she came outside to check on us since we were dining outdoors with our puppy. So nice to experience such a friendly face while ordering. After our Dr. visit at Cleveland Clinic we popped into this BurgerFI. We were warmly greeted by Iris. She was very pleasant and helpful. Edgar brought our food out to us on the patio. BurgerFi has seasonal/limited menu items throughout the year and I'm almost always sad when they stop serving them. BurgerFi in Weston has good service; they offered me a beer sample and that was a nice touch. The truffle fries were outstanding, and the beer was great, with friendly service overall. However, the burger felt a bit dry and lacked flavor for my taste. Considering the price, it left me wanting a bit more. Another burger joint, but unlike others, your food is made fresh to order. The food is light, & not as oily, greasy, messy. Employees keep the place clean, cleaning windows, wiping trays, sweeping floor. Other places restrict everything. And also not as expensive as 5 guys.
