This is the first time we have ever tried this burger joint and for sure it won't be our last. The place has a cool vibe to it and the staff was really friendly. She helped us choose our meals and gave suggestions. We ordered the CEO, two bacon cheeseburgers, a cheeseburger kids meal, cHicken tenders and a plain hotdog. Everything was cooked perfectly. The burgers were juicy, the buns were buttery and the sauces were off the hook. Loved the Honey BBQ! The French fries we got "Urban" style and plain for the kids meal. Addictive is the term I would use for the fries. The garlic aioli and Parmesan on them takes it to the next level. I ordered a Beyond burger with extra premium toppings in addition to what comes with the burger. Not only did I not get a few of the toppings I paid extra for, but the burger had no lettuce, tomato, cheese, nor any burger fi sauce that are supposed to come on the burger. To say there was no attention to detail is a understatement. Additionally, I paid extra for 2 cups of sauce and didn't receive them. To top it all off, my two orders of fries were burnt and grease laden. I can't express how upsetting this was and how I regret ordering from this establishment. I lodged a complaint on the company website. They mention on their website how they value the customer experience and value feedback. I ordered through Grubhub so really can't comment on the restaurant itself although they have alcohol so that pretty much ups any food rating a few stars. I ordered the BURGERFI cheeseburger with the BURGERFI sauce, lettuce, tomato pickles, bacon and mushrooms . I also ordered the hand cut fries. The portion of fries was huge and I ended up throwing a bunch out. They were a little too salty but still good. Burger was really good- tasted homemade not like a typical fast food place. Usually when I come to Burgerfi I have a fantastic experience. My most recent visit, however, was not so fantastic. I ordered the breakfast all day burger and the hash brown was visibly burnt to a crisp! On top of this, the urban fries barely had the special sauce on top and tasted like someone dumped a packet of sugar on them. When I asked for a replacement, I only received a new burger in return. First time at Burgerfi in Commack. I ordered the Beyond Burger, which is a new plant based burger. Although the burger was small, it tasted great. It was loaded with lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard. I had them hold the cheese and mayo because I'm a vegan. The ambience is very welcoming and they have modern music playing. Very clean atmosphere with plenty of seating. I waited about 5 minutes to order. Manager was great - he apologized for the wait. I didn't think it was necessary but this definitely shows customer loyalty. He also went around to all the tables to see how everyone's food was. The food was great and the service was excellent. I ordered through Uber eats but once my order arrived there were 2 things that were incorrect. Once I realized, I called the restaurant and they granted me with a $15 voucher. I also found a note in the bag and a gift certificate because it turns out that they were out of one of the items and Uber forgot to update the app. When I called I talked to the manager,Ryan, he was very kind and helpful. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my first and only time I will ever go to Bugerfi in Commack. My family went on a Saturday evening. It didn't seem to be that crowded. We placed our order and went to find a seat. Every table, I mean EVERY single table was dirty. Upon further inspection.... We quickly realized how disgusting the entire dining area was. All garbage receptacles were overflowing with garbage. I watched three staff members throw garbage in them, yet it never dawned on them to empty them. My three year old daughter had to use the restroom. The first one we went to was GROSS... the toilet seat was actually on the floor.... The second one was just as gross, but at least the toilet had a seat. I spoke to the manager and she said they were very busy and were trying to keep up. We waited over 40 minutes... and finally got frustrated. I asked for a refund, however my food had just came out. I decided to take it to go... because I couldn't even bare the thought to eat in the filthy and I mean FILTHY dining room. Another thing I noticed was there were tons of gnats and flys behind the counter, not to mention how gross it was behind the counter. Piles of paper towels, bugs, overflowing garbage, that they continued to put stuff in.... Actually pushing it down with their gloved hands. If this is what it looks like for the public to see, I can't imagine what the kitchen looks like. Now, let's talk food. When we got home, the fries were soggy and my burger was actually missing its BURGER!!! We spent close to $60 on a horrible experience and mediocre, at best, food. Are you kidding me.? The cashier even brought the food to the table which I thought was great. I had the Waygu burger which was fantastic. The large fries are huge and too much for two of us to eat alone. Not bad. Got a standard cheeseburger with "BURGERF" branded on it. I kept looking for the "I", but it wasn't on there. They have a variety of burgers (obviously), beers and shakes, as well as hot dogs. (They really wanted to get diversity in there.) Honestly, I would also try one of those hot dogs if I had room for it. No complaints about my burger. Fries were okay, too. They also have the more recent self-serve soda machine, so you can have fun at pressing some buttons and getting your beverage. read more

This used to be my favorite burger place in my town for the last couple years but the last 2 vists I was their it was worse then way back burger fown the street, first things first the workers their should all be fired they are seriously no help and can care less. Second of all my order was supposed to be ready at 4:44 and I was sitting there waiting for it until 5:20 when I saw my food go right out the door with someone else and I asked them is that my food, their answer, no but the correct answer was yes and after waiting for 30 mins they give my food to someone else and keep telling me it will be done in 10 minutes. Visiting home from Las Vegas I'm always looking of new places to eat. My dad and I drove by here and he said he heard it was good. I walked in to a very efficient and clean store. Very well organized and great staff. Today Robert helped me. Man was he helpful and full of personality. He made great suggestions for me dad and I. I had the veggie burger. This was he first time I had a veggie burger where the base was quinoa. Quinoa is my favorite so trust me I was very happy to try this. Great flavoring and texture. Full of veggie flavor. I told Robert about my tomato allergy and he made sure none of my sauces had tomatoes in it. I really appreciated that. Robert proceeded to come and check on all the guests sitting down and eating. For this type of store this usually isn't seen or needed but it was really great to see staff go out of their way to make sure we were happy with our food and smiling :) thank you Robert for your hospitality. They have beer AND are children friendly. It's def nicer in my opinion than an Applebee's or some other sit down chain. They also have some beer deals certain days of the week. The deals are a good value as we ordered 2 burgers, 2 drinks, 2 fry and 1 onion ring, it was over 30 bucks. So def stick to the deals to save some skrilla. The burger was great and everything is super instagrammable (is that what the kids say? I have no idea anymore). I mean everything looks good, down to the burnt in stamp on the bun. I had the French fries urban style, and that was ok. The onion rings were huge! Like dinosaur big! The soda machine had lots of different sodas, my husband loves that. 3/18/21 have eaten here with my family about 10 times and never had an issue . My children 8 and 6 really enjoy and so did I . The Commack location was absolutely filthy tonight . The tables were not cleaned , soda machine had fruit flies and the floor was sticky . The screen of the soda machine was dirty as well . The bathroom looked like one you find in a bar at then end St Patrick's day . The toilet bowl was caked in everything you can imagine , sink filthy , soap dispenser was in the sink itself and once again , floor was beyond sticky . Very disappointed , i emailed corporate . Bad time to be dirty and the place wasn't crowded the first 10 minutes when we were there so it could have been cleaned . read more

Dropped in a few times specifically for their shakes and I will give those a 5 star rating for sure however, I decided to dine in for lunch with a bacon double cheeseburger and fries. The burger itself was juicy, melted cheese and fresh bun, Fries were steaming hot and tasty. The bacon on the burger however looked as if it was days old and constantly reheated until its sold. The dining room is nice but lacks cleanliness in alot of areas, specifically the ketchup and beverage dispensers which had dried up and crusted ketchup and sticky soda everywhere. It was the first week open so the lines were long. From the time we got on line to the time we got our food it was 35 mins. They offered several burgers as well as veggie burgers and kid sized meals. Made fresh to order and topped with their signature bun and fixings the burger was well made and tasty. The handcut fries and onion rings were also a hit. Didn't try a shake but they looked good... couldn't bear the thought of adding another 1000 calories to my meal.
