Sometimes you need some good junk food. I've been dying to try the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks for a long time so I finally made it here and sadly they were disappointing. There was no flavor at all other than a generic mozzarella stick. I also tried the honey chipotle ones, they were slightly more flavorful. Those southwest egg rolls tho-they also hit the mark. I also got a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla with a side of fries and the marg of the month which was mango-all very good. I had to go with the Reese's pie for dessert and that was the highlight for me. It was creamy and the right combo of chocolate to peanut butter ratio. It was definitely a carb overload kind of day. Great food, just don't leave any personal belongings behind. This review is about an incident I had on 5/13/26 when I left a hat at the restaurant. I called later that evening at 9:13pm upon realizing my blunder, and made it clear to the employee who I spoke with that I would be there on or around the weekend of 5/23/26 to pick up said left item. I was assured they would hold it securely for me to pick up. Suffice to say on 5/22/26 when I went to pick up the item I had left it mysteriously vanished despite being held under the host stand, getting the runaround wasn't very pleasant or helpful either. It's not like this item wasn't picked up in a month, it was under 10 days. Supposedly they lost it or possibly threw it out ( likely covering for theft of individual personal belongings left on the property ). That is no way to run an establishment, and when a lost item is to be held for a customer it should be in a secured location where it can't be possibly stolen or intentionally tossed in the trash. Glad to know the lost item policy at this particular restaurant amounts to straight up theft. read more

This is by far the worst Chili's around! We usually love coming to chilis because of the food the service and the atmosphere. The food here was so so. This restaurant was extremely loud and pourly maintained. It wasnt that it was too crowded. It was the lack of attention you things like napkins on the floor and poor table arrangements. The hostess who sat us pretty much pushed her way past servers delivering food to a table to sit is quickly. When i asked her if we could just wait a second til the waiter had the tray off the stand because i was with my disabled family members she stopped, grunted, and moved the tray like 2 inches to the side and walked by. We were given menus but no utensils or napkins. The waitress came over quickly and asked what we wNted. I said we needed to look at the menus and needed a minute. Less than 30 seconds later she was back and pushy about us ordering. I asked for 5 minutes that time. She took another 30 seconrs and came back. Still no utensils or napkins which we then asked for. Ordered the drinks and my grandma ordered ice water with lemon. The waitress asked her what rudely 3 times before i said she will have wTer with lemon. We decided i would give her everyones orders when we ordered food bc i can be ghe best understood verbally. Plus it was so so loud. This review is getting long. Basically the service was slow. The people working there was rude. The restaurant was unclean and dont even get me started on the state of the ladies room. Reminds me of a bad gas station along the highway! My boyfriend and I came here for dinner. Service was a bit slow. Beers took longer then they should have to come out as did our food. We decided on ordering the 2 for $25 deal. For our appetizer we chose fried pickles. They were tasty. For my meal I had chicken crispers and my boyfriend had burger. Food was tasty. The 2 for $25 also came with dessert that we took home. They've hit upon a real solid choice here. Couple of different flavors here with a touch of savory and a touch of spicy...just yummy all around. The REAL story here was my server, Brooke! Sweet and attentive without being cloying. She was friendly and made a a couple of suggestions. She checked in every so often and STOPPED when she did...nit just a "drive by ". The drinks and chips came out fast, the music was louder then i though but not distracting from the food, TV's at every corner so you can always look forward and watch, many lights too.The handles of the cup help to hold it witch I love. Lots of windows and a nice cool temperature. Waiters are nice.There is a little ipad type of thing with games on it witch is cool. We ran out of chips but we got more very quickly. We were hungry and ordered our food to go to be eaten in the car. We didn't want to dine in--after a 2 hour long drive we just wanted go home. We ordered the triple dipper from the appetizer menu (southwestern eggrolls, big mouth bites, and crispy chicken crispers) as well as a molten chocolate cake. My daughter opened the bag as soon as we got in the car with the bag. I started to drive but my daughter discovers everything was cold except the vanilla ice-cream (I'll get to this debacle in a minute). The chicken was cold, salty, tough and tasted as if it were cooked hours ago and reheated once too many times. The eggrolls were not sliced and were cold. The burger bites were mildly warm enough for them to have melted the cheese. The cake was rock solid. The ice-cream--I honestly thought this was a cream to drizzle onto the cake. It was totally melted!! WTH To be honest, I wanted to drive back and return the whole thing. The only thing that stopped me was how tired we were and my daughter begged to just eat the edible parts and just go home. When we got home, I microwaved the cake which turned out to be okay after warming up--minus the "vanilla liquid" that came with it. I understand on the door of the place it says "Please excuse long wait times as we are understaffed." It should have said "Please excuse our poorly prepared food." Ugh. We will not be back. Greetings, my fellow Yelpers! Once again, here, I'm giving my most humble opinion about this establishment, when it comes to dining out. After doing some errands, me, my mom and sister, decided to have lunch here. As with any chain restaurant, it is expected to be a so-so experience. Despite being underrated, I can say that today's lunch was great. As soon as we entered, the host greeted us. We were immediately seated at a booth. I liked the fact that the lunch portions are smaller but satisfying. My mom and sister, ordered soup with their respective sandwiches. I had a green salad with half of a bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich. The lime-honey dressing was delicious. Mom's southwest tortilla soup, had a nice touch of mild heat and smoky cumin. My sister had the double burger. She also liked the flavor of the chili. Both food and beverages were were served were delicious. For me, the highlight of our lunch, as the tall glass of lemonade. It was the right balance of lemony sweetness. It had a good amount of ice. I give it a thumbs up for food and service. I haven't been to chili's in five years I decided to go and see if the food was the same. It was extremely crowded. Had a 15 minute wait. It was worth the wait. Had the sampler which wasn't bad the only thing I didn't like was the eggrolls. Had the fajita which was delish. But what really won me over was bundt cake with caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. Of course as I expected on a Friday evening it is packed. I heard this place is packed every Friday and Saturday and today I found out this is so true. It wasn't bad at all though. Seating area and Waiting: The seating area is similar to every other restaurant aligned with this semi-quick, chill, eat, laugh, get full quick type of restaurant- SMALL, but adequate for the size of the restaurant. Our wait time believe it or not was only about 10 minutes tops and this place is packed. Okay here we go, I ordered my meal and my shrimps were missing in action. However, my shrimps were brought out immediately when I brought it to our server Michelle's attention. No fault of hers, the kitchen staff must have overlooked my shrimps because I saw her record my meal correctly. Nevertheless, we were a party of five and the other four members in my family food were made to perfection. They all had their input and said they feel the food for this type of establishment is a 5 out of 5. Looking at their plates I have to agree. They ate everything. The staff were all polite and attentive to our needs. Every time I turned around the staff all were either cleaning, asking if we were good, or smiling at the customers. They even sung happy birthday to my daughter AWESOME right? It's the same at every other restaurant of this type. Of course she was embarrassed, I found it funny. As mentioned by other reviewers, menu offers 3/$11 (drink, app, entree) and 2/$25 (complete meals 2 people). Each of us enjoyed our meal, and the great service. 4 teens, 3 adults kept servers on their toes lol, they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They offered each of us our drinks in plastic cups to go and immediately bought us to-go containers for any leftovers. I arrived 7 minutes early and was expecting to be waiting awhile As I texted "here" in response to the text when I ordered on the website. A very nice man almost immediately came to my window and asked for the name on the order and went back inside. He came out a minute later (still before scheduled order pickup time) with all my food was very polite and told me to have a nice day. We have had Chili's more often since COVID and we place our order on the DoorDash app, park our car, and walk to the size entrance. There is a rack when you walk in that typically has our food waiting on time. The food is usually very good and is still warm by the time we get it home. Another little caveat, there is a Wings restaurant also inside of Chili's that you can order through DoorDash. The wing place only sells wings and curly fries and are very reasonably priced for a dinner or if you are ordering larger quantities. read more
