Went there on a Monday as not much else was open. Plenty of room at this location, huge bar, many tables. They're ready for a crowd. Went in last night with family. Margaritas were good even with the salt we asked to skip but no big deal. The employees were very vocal and nervous of the "big guy" being there. Got my dinner the yutucán chicken enchiladas and they were swimming in water (picture included). The liquid broke up every bite and so it was more like eating a chicken enchilada watered down soup. I got through half but that's when I pulled a long black hair out of my throat ending my appetite. Updating my review from 4 years ago! Still never had a bad meal here- consistently delicious house margs, flavorful burritos, tacos, salads, guac and homemade salsa. Tried the fiesta taco box tonight with chicken and pork and it was a hit. So much food is given for such a great price. It would feed 4-6 easily. Huge shoutout to KYLE who took my order and even brought it out to me while my daughter was sleeping in the car. He went above and beyond. Always a fave spot of ours. read more

This place caters to certain folks that like to drink and party at night and that's fine. Has those marg in Cabo vibes lol. So going for lunch during the middle of the week is quiet and really gives you an opportunity to actually eat the food. They have chips with salsa that they serve the table with which we're fantastic - literally finished the whole thing myself lol. I ordered a burrito with Mexican chorizo and a side of rice and beans. Staff was super attentive and gave me a pitcher of water to serve myself. The whole meal could've made it a five star place but the flavor of that chorizo in that burrito was not it. Something about it was a little off putting - there was something sweet in it I think that I wasn't expecting and I couldn't finish it. Ate through about half of it (it was a pretty big burrito) and gave up (no doggie bag since i just didn't like the flavor profile). Maybe chorizo is a little too out of their wheel house? Have been here many times. Got the Lunch Special bowl with Cauliflower on the side. I asked our cheerful waitress Brianna if she could have them top it off with some cheese. I absolutely loved it!!! It wasn't overcooked at all. The brisket bowl came with rice and beans which was an excellent blend of flavor. My husband had the brisket tacos. He has ordered this before and has told me it is exceptionally prepared. He always orders the hot sauce that they prepare. He likes the heat!! Absolutely terrible I've never been to a taco place that mixes, red and green peppers in with plain grilled chicken, paid $55+ for 6 plain grilled chicken tacos and it's gets mixed with peppers that I'm allergic to, nothing specifies anywhere saying that there is peppers mixed with the chicken, tasted so disgusting, off and weird ass flavor to the chicken. Came here for quick lunch on a Friday and had a great time! We were able to order our food and drinks quickly because of our attentive and friendly bartender, Cameron. We each had a house marg and then availed of their lunch special. Their tacos were stellar (better than other locations actually but shh, don't tell them) and we grabbed some hot sauces from the walls (and the bartender brought over more!). Now that my husband and I have been to Del Fuego several times since my initial review i am compelled to update and raise it a star. Each and every time we are greeted with a smile from the very pleasant staff. Never had a drink or meal that we haven't been 100% pleased. Love their complementary chips and the large selection of hot sauces for any palate. Many interesting items on the menu to choose from. Restaurant is very spacious and seating has never been an issue. Today there was a birthday party going on and the guests looked pleased and comfortable. So thank you Del Fuego for always being consistant and we appreciate the complimentary shot when we checked in. My favorite is Chili Tequila. Love the spicy kick! read more

My best friend daughter and I had a delicious meal at Del Fuego last night. We frequently visit the Babylon location on Main Street. I typically have the same thing. Which is the fajita platter some days I get chicken some days I get steak. Platter comes with rice and black beans guacamole lettuce tomato a.k.a. pico de gallo and cheese and sour cream. My daughter had the salmon fajita platter which she absolutely enjoyed. Her actual words were the salmon was cooked so good and it was sitting in delicious juices lol. My best friend usually gets a shrimp quesadilla, and also had barbecue wings lastnight. We didn't drink any alcohol beverages last night but my go to is usually any of the sangria's add extra fruit.
