If I could bestow zero stars upon this establishment, I would. I specifically requested all flats, which I acknowledge can be a challenging request. The server did at least inform me that this monumental request caused my order to be interrupted due to the chef's distraction. Subsequently, upon receiving the wings (an hour later), I was presented with an appearance that resembled a child's finger painting. The wings were un-tossed, and the sauce was loosely poured over them, approximately the same temperature as a refreshing glass of water. The cherry on top being that every wing was a drum... I mean cmon. While I must commend the seasoning of the wings, this does not diminish the fact that this was one of the most unsatisfactory dining experiences I have ever encountered. I went on a Saturday night with some friends. Seems to be a family friendly crowd. Unfortunately that night it rained and people left early. However, according to friends, older people tend to leave around 10 or 11 and the younger crowd starts coming in then. Seems like a nice area with live music and a fun environment. Dublin Deck is located in the parking lot of a small Boat Yard and Marina. It just re-opened earlier this month for the season. It's a nice place with good service that overlooks the water. The food is average bar-type fare, with some seafood options as well. We ordered a Hamburger and the Chicken Burger and both were fine. The french fries were really good. They have a weekly line-up for live music and happy hour specials. It seems to be the place to just kick back for some drinks and appetizers after work, if you live in the area. read more

Dinner with my love then catching O El Amor for dessert. Summer on Long Island is Thee best! Having waterside views (and low tide smells), people gazing and cold drinks. Mostly pub fare and seafood dishes- lots o'fried food , burgers n such but it's the bar scene and crowd that makes this a hot spot. Revamped back area with yet ANOTHER bar in the back, along with extra bathrooms. Corn hole games galore, televisions abound and just a fun spot to drink, dance and listen to good, hometown artists who get everyone on their feet. Always a good time. read more

Beware! Opening time is 12 pm ... not 11am. Through no fault of their own, I did a quick google search to meet a friend for lunch and opening time came up 11, when I arrived 1130am I realized very quickly it was wrong by how few cars there were in the parking lot. No biggie we waited. We ordered the nachos for an appetizer, I feel like the waitress should have let us know this thing is HUGE, I didn't see it noted anywhere in menu and by the time it came out menus were gone, so my fault if i missed it. But I have to emphasize it is ENORMOUS. Like 4 people would have a hard time finishing it. I got the jacked up chicken wrap with regular fries took half home delicious and appropriately portioned for a wrap, tightly packed to perfection. My friend got a large burger with bacon and potato fries, no complaints. For cocktails Miami vice and blueberry tea but wonderful. This is literally the best place for summer vibes and cocktails. We sat on the porch in the upper bar area with an umbrella minimizing the blazing sun and a nice breeze. This was at the suggestion of the hostess who said the down patio would be a bit hotter. Ambiance (5/5): The live music was amazing with talented singers that rocked almost every genre the whole night. There is plenty of space if you wanted to be on the dance floor or hang out by the fire pits in the back. Speakers are wired that you can hear the music back there too but much softer that you can hear. At one point, the back area also set up 2 corn hole boards! There's a Photo Booth (fits 2 comfortably) Service (3/5): We saw negative reviews about the bouncers but thought they were the sweetest gentlemen! Maybe their attitude was towards the drunkards or underaged?? The front bar is cash only but the middle bar accepted card. There's a third bar in the way back. Food (2/5): I don't know if ppl come here for the food but don't do it. Everyone's dish of our party of 8 thought their meals fell short. One of the blandest burgers I've had. Took my family for lunch there and was extremely disappointed. We are a family of five and the waitress seated us at a table for four and then walked away. The appetizers were good but the main course was a disaster. Poorly cooked burgers and the fish and chips looked like a kids meal. $180 lunch that three of us barely ate. I want here with a girlfriend to catch up. It was pretty busy, with loud music playing. We ordered a soft pretzel and our first round of drinks (mango margarita and the pain killer). The drinks were extremely sweet. I ordered the margarita. Next I ordered the piña colada which I couldn't finish because again, it was way too sweet. We both ordered burgers and fries and they were really decent but costly. The live bad was OK, they played a lot of music from the 70s. There was not a very diverse crowd, and we got a few stares from other patrons which was awkward but staff was friendly and quick. Our bill was a little over $100. This is just for their volleyball... Played volleyball at their facility. We won - and never received our t shirts or $200. The organizer told me to speak to Mackenzie, but I never heard from her or anyone else at Dublin Deck. It's been over 8 months since we've won. While I realize Dublin Deck closes for the winter, we had September and October to possibly use the $200, but Dublin never gave it to us. Very disappointed. read more

They force you to take a photo after you show them your ID around 7 at night to get in? It really is a violation of your personal privacy frankly, you show them your drivers license as it is. And the guy at the door is so nasty about it, I don't like the "big brother" mentality and nastyness they give you if you don't want your photo taken. Meanwhile they say to show a form of ID is too much to vote and then you have this nonsense at a restaurant/bar after you show your drivers license thats not enough. What a joke! The short: this place is a fratty kinda fun-- complete with $10 cover, live & DJ'd music & a ton of good, strong cocktails & cheaper boozy deals. The longer: I've been here a few times at night. It's a cool bar that seems out of place in Patchouge. I'm into the scene and vibes. I came here for dinner with my family tonight, and the apps and stuff are good (my family loved the fries, nachos & chicken fingers), but my salad was WEAK. The chicken is cold, the dressing was subpar & overall just meh. No one in my family liked their buns on the sandwiches, but my sister liked her wrap. Honestly one of the dirtiest and rudest places I've EVER gone to. This would have been my second time going, but half of my party was turned away after an hour-long wait on a Thursday night, the entry fee increased another $10 by 10 pm, the bouncer only accepted New York licenses, and males only 25 years and older could get in (females 21 plus could go in, but I wasn't about to leave my friend who came to visit for the holiday weekend). The first time I came here was during the daytime with a family member, and I was disgusted by how filthy the place was. During the day, I would think that staff would clean up the place from the night before, but the food was left out, causing bees and other insects to be all over the place, and beer cups/cans were scattered in every square inch of the place. It was so bad I felt like I was in a glorified Frat house, and the staff could not be bothered. Despite these red flags, I wanted to give this place another chance after a few co-workers of mine wanted to go, and I honestly didn't think I would care all that much about the filth after a few drinks. By the time we got to the front of the line on Thursday night, the Security staff was really rude to my male friend, who was visiting from out of state, and told my sister and me that it didn't matter that they were kicking us out since we went against the dress code which I assume they meant the no shorts policy (there was only one sign written in size 18 font right before the bouncer so I didn't get a chance to read it fully) mind you, it was also 80plus degrees outside. After we were taken off the line, My friend was able to talk to one security guard who was sympathetic, but in the end, I was so fed up that I just wanted to leave. My advice, stay on Main Street in Patchogue and don't bother with this place! (Edit: also, the website does not mention anything about a dress code). read more

Always, good and then... I got a leave and I ran over the wood parking space which was now wedged under my car and I'm going nowhere! *FOOD POISONING- DO NOT EAT THERE* Manager harassed me for getting food poisoning there. I had the vegan burger and after just a few bites, I started getting a heart burn. Could not even finish it. And a few moments later, I was running to the bathroom to throw up. The lady manager followed me to the bathroom while I was in the middle of puking and instead of showing concerns, aggressively asked if I was drunk. I explained that the food made me sick and that I was definitely sober as I did not drink much. She agreed that I looked and sounder sober I later found out that she went to the table where we sat to ask my friends how many buckets I had drank. They told her the same story not even knowing she had already harassed me in the bathroom. As soon as I came back to the table, she came to tell us that they ask drunk people to live. I told her that we were gladly leaving not because anyone was drunk but because her food was rotten Later on, everyone on the table also got sick for what they ate. I had my daughters birthday party here. She wanted to invite the different teams she plays with, and just have a nice afternoon with her friends. This was the perfect spot. They renovated the back patio and !OMG! what an amazing job they did. The place has tons of room and looks amazing with several fire pits and seating areas. It's so nice. Kathleen's helped with everything from start to finish, made a nice kid friendly menu for us, and was on top of all details ! It's so nice not to have to worry about anything. All we had to do was show up. 40 kids, a great DJ ( DJ SALTY), wonderful staff, and a wonderful venue ! Really is a little Gem in Patchogue !! read more
