The server was incredibly friendly and even brought over a variety of sauces for us to try, including truffle aioli, garlic aioli, barbecue, honey mustard, and their special sauce. The Wagyu beef was cooked appropriately, and it's also nice to know it is hormone- and antibiotic-free. The combination of the savory toppings with the slightly sweet bacon jam and rich garlic aioli worked really well together. However, that's where the simplicity ends, as there are a large number of choices available to customize your meal. But most importantly, what really makes this restaurant shine over the others, is the quality of the food. The multiple protein options are tender, savory and seasoned perfectly, while the vegetables and multiple toppings are super fresh tasting.
